Good Veg restaurant right in the city centre. Food tastes great, the ambience is beautiful, the staff is friendly, the parking space is limited, Drinks not available. The only issue is price is slightly higher side.

I went for lunch at this place with my colleague. From outside you can see two restaurants - Tycoon and Heritage. Tycoon is the Non-vegetarian Multi-Cuisine, while Heritage is Pure Vegetarian. As soon as we entered through the main door, we understood that this is an upscaled restaurant. The ambiance was beautiful. The pictures on the walls are actual art pieces and not some printed stuff. The restaurant has a good vibe. It's purposely dim-lighted to bring the old times/European vibe. The chairs were wood and cushioned which made the sitting comfortable. We ordered one egg biryani and one paneer butter masala. The egg biryani was not the best. However l, I don't consider any biryani without meat a biryani except for Bengali Egg Biryani. The Paneer Butter Masala was sweeter than expected. The food was okay. But the best part was the waiter. They were really nice. So were the managers taking orders. It's surprising that in India, untrained waiters and managers perform so well in contrast to what the West offers. Lastly, I think that every restaurant must follow these etiquettes. Also, the plus is the free pans(betel) at the desk in the entrance/exit. The pans were very good quality, much better than ones we can buy at shops.

Food is good but taste is zero. The chef should learn how to make vegetable curries, regarding samberg you have to name it as sambar, but it's not sambar, if any familiar tasts it then he will never go to that road again. At least they have to learn how to make rasam. In overall all items are tasteless except one brinjal curry. The same has been informed directly to Tycoon inorder not to spoil the good name.

Very bad experience as on Saturday evening the hotel was crowded and the steward in heritage has asked to sit in tycoon and will serve veg as it is saturday. and the tycoon fellow shouted to go out as it is for non veg section. Had felt insulted infront of all the customers due to the way treated. Veg Thaali is a worst choice and better not to opt for Rs 250/+tax is a waste of money. I suggest people having self respect not to choose this hotel.

It was not that great. Starters were good but the main course was bad. Even a simple veg Biryani was not good

Chilli mushroom were delicious and quantity was generous. Tandoori roti was actually made out of wheat and not refined flour which is norm these days. Staff is courteous and has interesting ethnic decor.

Good standard of service and food. The decor and interiors feel a bit run down and could use a touch up. Food was good and service sizes are decent.

As always one of the best restaurants to have your food and gathering. We had dined on the nonveg side of the restaurant and the items were delicious. Tycoon retained their delicious food n flavours even after these many years of being open. Parking is hectic if not planned properly so be prepared for that. Arrive little early than your scheduled time to avoid frustration at parking time. Take my comments with a grain of salt. Thank you.

High quality fine dining restaurant offering a wide variety of dishes throughout the day. The service staff are courteous and prompt in providing assistance as well as delivering the orders on time. The cost is high, but understandable given the wonderful ambience and quality and taste of the food. A good place to visit in case you plan to eat out on a Sunday morning.

Wow experience! We ordered a lot of stuffs, and me being from odisha, i am totallly intolerable to excessive teekha food. The biryani we ordered was next level teekha! Taste wise 5/5. Highly recommended. Staff are amazing too

It's Heritage By Dasapalla. We have ordered Vegetarian Meals , Firstly served with Tomato Soop and Pappad , had a good start. Later meals are served in a talli with variety of items, I felt like the chef has showed all his frustration in cooking food. Individually none of the items were good, I hunger is replaced with disheartness and anger . If you people value my opinion 1. Never visit this place if u really want to have a good food. 2. Not a place for children who want a weekend food outside. Thank you. I am really not at all happy with the food and it's my opinion.

Good Food, Good People, Quantity and Quality is good. But... parking space for 2/4 wheeler is very limited. During peak time, you cant get any parking space. Overall good.

Food is tasteless, not many items as well. No proper serving response after asking multiple times, staff are so rude there.. Not that hygiene as well. They cost you double for any mrp item and say they have licence and permission but actually they have just permission to sell water/drink but not branded bottles and they sell it saying that.

  • 4/5 Rahil S. 8 months ago on Google
It is part of the Daspalla group. So the food has maintained its standard. We had Veg thali @ 275. It has 2 separate units - one for veg and other for non-veg. Look forward to trying their nonveg thali. The only problem was the parking. You will have to park the car in one of the lanes as the parking can accommodate max 5-6 cars and there are many shops there.

Our go to place whenever we visit vskp. We love exploring their non veg & veg thalis. It's worth every penny spend. Even South Indian snack items like idli, dosa served with karam podi and ghee tastes amazing. Do not forget to try their black grape juice. It's amazing.

  • 5/5 Santosh K. 9 months ago on Google
The ambiance of this restaurant is good. I loved the South Indian cuisine here. Masala Dosa and chutneys were awesome. Authentic taste of food. The place is quite neat and clean. Service is very prompt and good. The order to delivery time is between 15 to 20 minutes. This is a good place even for a quick bite.

The food was very average. The pricing was the opposite. It was pretty high. The quality of the service was not at all good. I had to sit and wait for rice to come for more than 5 mins even when the restaurant was not at all busy. Overall I would not suggest this restaurant

  • 3/5 Shabana Z. 5 months ago on Google
Went for breakfast, prices are seemingly bit high but ok. It didn't appear much as an upscale place. It was pretty much crowded at 9 a.m. ordered some Rice crepes ( dosa ) and savoury rice cake ( idli ). Didn't meet much expectations. Juice was extremely expensive. Service was okayish. Just a normal place, not much recommended to go again.

Awesome food, Beautiful deco with excellent service. As per cost it may tilt a little high but it makes up for it on the taste and service factor. And remember that toward the left of the entrance is tycoon (non veg and veg) and toward the right is Heritage (pure veg), they both share the same door.

Food quality is good, we need to wait for a table. It's crowded over the weekends. The taste of the curries and veg biryani can be improved. Few things like gravy and onions are not provided by default. Changes should be made.

Ah , so I visited this restaurant to eat some good vegetarian food. But there were no varieties and the dishes were too pricey ! And the manager was quite rude as well . I had to leave the place without ordering anything (we went to Mantris instead , which was 100 times better in all the aspects :)

  • 1/5 Touka K. 1 year ago on Google
Found a strand of hair in a fry. For thali , waited for 35 minutes to get rice. They didn't serve sambar , rasam or dal for it as well. They neither gave soup nor juice which is normally accompanied with it. Only after repeatedly reminding them after i finished my meal, they got the soup Terrible experience in whole. Won't visit again

One of the oldest multi-cuisine restaurant in vizag. But, during all this period of time, their quality has not changed. They are still among the best in town.

One of the best place in town to have a vegitarian food. Food tastes good. The staff inside are polite and kind. The parking outside is well organised.but it is very limited space.

Worst possible experience. Wish I had an option to rate negative. Very late service. Very ordinary food taste(does not match the pricing at all). Ordered Veg stuffed Kulcha but was served Aloo Stuffed Kulcha which was not properly cooked. The cutlery wanst proper. Malai kofta was so sweeet as if the Kofta was made out of Gulab Jamun. Kadai Paneer lacked gravy.

The ambience and taste of the items are same from more than 10 years. We had thali, Schezwan fried rice with mushrooms in hot garlic sauce. They tasted very good.

  • 5/5 Santanu M. 1 year ago on Google
We went for a lunch as a group from office.heard about the popular veg thali at the heritage restaurants. Ordered 5 veg thalis. Each and every item were cooked to prefection. Highly recommendes. Each thali is priced at 250 inr. However i feel if the pricing is 200 , it should do more justice.

  • 4/5 amlan t. 1 year ago on Google
Food was fantastic. Once you take a look at the menu, it would look a bit pricey but trust me the quantity justifies the amount. I wouldn't go there for ambience but the food is good. Don't miss the starters.

Server i knew him since years gud service remaining guys r really annoying. Food is very low standards not at all up to mark. Ambience is classic.
