Based on people's talk, we came down to vishaki... vizag... with full of special vegetarian... we found a non-veg insect...in the veg special thali. Wow daspalla hotel. What to rate. And he offered icecream and fruit salad and many fryums.. to keep calm and quiet. We were billed for 1 , when we ordered 2 south thalis. Wow. What a service. Also a waterbottle costed us 35rs instead of 20rs bottle. Maaaannnn. What kind of a hotel is daspalla vizag.

The food is very good,but the service is very poor (even during this covid time). Overall it is a great place. The only problem is with the staff they dont listen to what customers say. We ordered 1 meal with soup and two meals with juice . But they served all meals with soup. This is very bad service especially by the people who take the order. This is not for one time but I encountered this many times............... but the food is good and quality is very standard ...................... ... but if they improve service it would be very good .........and one of the good places to visit in the city..............................

It's a nice place, taste is very good, especially butter masala dosa, it's a mouth watering dish. I can't believe that taste. It's really amazing. I also had puri, it's taste is average, overall it's a nice and decent hotel, you can visit with your family. Service is good. And they are following covid measures. Pricing is okay. Had heard a lot about Dasphala Vaisakhi but the worst experience today. We went there for dinner at 8.15 or so with a train to board at 10 pm. We ordered spaghetti and pasta from their menu as my 8 year old son likes it a lot. They did not supply for 45 mins and nor bothered to update and provide alternatives. They were happy to keep a child hungry and waiting than go talk to the customer an unavoidable problem they were trying to ignore. When we started becoming impatient- they started asking sorry and what else can they provide by which time we were already getting late for the train also lost patience. We walked out without food with a hungry child after waiting 45 mins. Pathetic customer service.

Quality of food and ambience is very good. Good place to go for lunch with family and family friends. Located in city centre.

Worst veg chinese food , ordered for veg spring roll and sezwan fried Rice , both taste was below average , stuff veg was not good

DONT BOTHER GOING HERE! We had gone for dinner today for all the publicity we have been hearing on Daspalla hotel. The staff there was the most unbothered about anything from start to finish. Food arrived late, and even after asking multiple waiters including the manager for a bill, they all acknowledged but none bothered right after until we actually had to get up and go to their counter and chase the people around to have the payment done after waiting to be heard for 20mins!! RIDICULOUS!!! The waiter if right next to you doing something on the next table and you request for something, they will either ignore you or say ok and forget the next moment or would pass on to another waiter who would then pass to another and so on but the request will never be accepted. There’s a certain decency the staff need to maintain given how the public knows about the popularity of this place. However, the continued poor reviews from other people below also show there is no improvement whatsoever. Just getting worse by the day. Food quality was average, not the Daspalla quality/level you would be expecting.

The worst food with the name of the brand hotel... don't prefer this at all even if you are getting free money from somewhere.dont waste your hard earned money here.many good restaurants around here for good food. Veg thali for 280 Water bottle for 40 Manchurian for 300 Really worse.they dont have any payment options from swiggy dine out /eazydinner.
