The food here is very tasty also pricy.The food was excellent quality.I came to KFC for having evening snacks after watching Race 3 3D in Chitralaya on Sunday(3rd day) because i am Bhai's Fan.By the way the place is well maintained also the staff are very friendly.Overall my experience was very good.

Got 3 Veg Zinger burgers and they hardly had any souce as can be seen in the picture. I got decent taste only for a quarter of the burger and the rest tasted bland.

Worst of the kfc outlets across the world. They took 15 mins to deliver the order and gave me a wrong item. Staff are useless and walk like ants. No punctuality, discipline or ethics

I have ordered 2 zinger bungers and one tandoori burger and an extra dip ( tandoori). But received all zinger bungers and haven't received extra dip. I was in a hurry and haven't check at that place. I thought KFC delivery would be accurate. Very much disappointed with this delivery at take away point

Despite Sunday. Only one billing counter open. So many people were in queue. When asked the reply was no staff available. Food was as usual good. No Handwash liquid at wash area. Overall very ordinary experience.

Place is good two floor service could be improved a little bit and cleanliness wise it was fine!

One of the worest kfc I have visited in recent times I have ordered 2 chicken rolls and I have paid money and they gave me bill and I waited for 30 minutes for two basic rolls and I asked to cancel my order they are like it's not possible to cancel the order and the way of behaviour was very rude negligence don't ever visit this KFC.And there are no sufficient seating near to the counter me and my friend standing like 30 min.The taste of the rolls was terrific street side rolls are far better in taste and money and they are humble

Very worse experience. No fan ,no ac,no taste, food taste was not good and it was not fresh chicken,totally disappointed.

I visit 2 times here , KFC is a brand , but chitralaya kfc taste was different and worst to Cmr central KFC , tastes different quality differnt but price is always high, I ordered rice bowl and hot wings rice bowl both are not fresh , I feel bad for this review but we pay money so please do serve good quality… Thank you

Bitter experience I've never had..had an undercooked veg burger 🍔they replaced the burger...but again I got the same ... it's not cooked properly..if we eat like this will get stomachaches for sure. Decided not to visit again.

This is certainly the worst KFC I ever visited. Hot wings are burnt. Fries are served cold and with smell of oil. Air conditioning not working and not a single fan is around. Not even able to finish my meal with that much heat and sweat. Never expected this from KFC.

No proper response by staff, extremely without AC provision in second floor for customers seated in eating lounge....no fan no AC and no proper ventilation,when escalated to the serving desk they did not respond and i ordered for krush lime but they provided me virjin mojito which I did not prefer..... completely dissatisfied

Ohh god,worst place ihave been.Street food is faaaar better than this kfc, chitralaya,vizag.less staff,they won't provide food as per menu,only huge quantity they are encouraging,order taking is delayed, delivery delayed,taste is better to worst,after visiting 5-6times I'm writing this review, thought they will rectify but worst maintenance,not trained staff.try to go to another kfc rather than this.

No Tomato ketchup bad services packing was not good we ask for a ultimate saving bucket they charged us for packing and covers and gave us in a box not in a bucket the staff hospitality was not up to the mark of kfc standards they don't supply what we need it's better to close this outlet or keep this store as the rest of the kfc outlets in the city

I would not give a one star either.Today that is 26th of august me and my family visited the Chitralaya kfc-Vizag outlet where I had the worst experience ever. The boy at the billing counter named Parmesh and the service girl named Leela behaved very inappropriately with us(u can check the cctv footage at 8 to 8:15pm).Instead of our asking if rice bowl is available at 7:45pm?Mr.Parmesh said yes it is available, so we proceeded to order the rest of the food.When it was our turn to pay for the food Mr.Parmesh said that rice bowl isn’t available.We we’re very upset about their behaviour towards us which is why we left the counter as soon as possible, but came back again to raise complaint on the complaint book which was not present.The girl named Leela was in a hurry burry to leave for the day at 7:30pm,she shouted at us that rice bowl cannot be prepared now…The ambience was not good at all,very untidy and poor service…I request to look into this matter immediately and take necessary action for the same so that the customers doesn’t suffer like us anymore as customer satisfaction has to be at the top. Expecting a reply soon.
