Tulips is in green park.. This place is dine in.. food was great and staff service too.. I was disappointed with the serving time.. Lot of delay.. Alcohol is also available here.. I loved non veg platter , golden fried shrimp, Mixed fried rice. Creme of chicken soup was great.. Kids friendly Parking friendly. You can take pictures too.. Has good ambiance with lights..

One of the worst experience in the life ever. Waiting time is more than 1 hour, actually once star is also not required for this restaurant.

It was the worst experience which we ever had at any hotel in Vizag, we went for a lunch today (26th June 2021) and we had to wait for 2hrs to just to get served with some cold stuff at our faces. Such a reckless service. Kindly maintain your standards.

The restaurant is well connected and is in a good location. The staffs are friendly and service is prompt. The food served is delicious too.

Horrible Place. My last 3 visits to Green Park have been a disaster. Final nail in the coffin was when they took 30 mins to arrange a table to serve cold lunch. Food quality has deteriorated over time. Prefer daspalla or dolphin any day.

Service and Taste are horrible . They take a lot of time to deliver the food but after all the waiting what you get is cold and horrible food. The waiter's where spilling water all over the place and dropping dishes . Not worth even trying this place . One of the most horrible restaurants in vizag.

I never had such a worst experience in any hotel. We were a group of 20, we got the place and there was no person to get water glasses or take food order untill 15min from the time we got our place. We ordered the food at 10:10pm and untill 10:45pm we neither got any update on the order not got the plates on our table. We had to ask each and every thing for them to do and food came after waiting for an hour. The food was served in such a way that raita wasn't provided for biryani, chutney wasn't provided for Dosa and literally we had to ask them each and everytime. This isn't the service expected from a reputed hotel that too after being seated idle, waiting for more than an hour. It was the worst experience I faced and it's not only with me instead this is the case with people on other tables as well. Totally disappointing and waste of time - 2 and half hours.

We went for a Sunday lunch. It took almost 30 mins after ordering we got a food which is not only tasteless but served cold. The 3 starters we had were hard and chewy which is a thumbs-down. The big mistake we did was ordering Biriyani after that. Both(Chicken and Mutton Biriyanis) had the same rice and its far from worst. Believe me, I am an Hyderabadi, This is not even called a Biriyani. They just mixed up some rice with couple of chicken pieces and served them hands down Gajuwaka's Alpha hotel biriyani was 10 times better than this. The chicken is not fresh and feels like rubber. Finally, I was shocked to see the price of these pathetic dishes. It's not worthy and you can have a better lunch on any roadside places.

Please go and eat from a road side vendor than this hotel. Soup is horrible and food tastes very bad . And service is unprofessional. The waiters where spilling water , dropping dishes …. Messy messy place

This tulip restaurant always disappoints with their pathetic service,,zero rating,service staff need to be trained a lot, There is no word call hospitality, only for the bill they made us to wait for 15- 20 min...all useless, unprofessional staff, not recommended ..big zero

Unbelievable bad experience. The waiters didn't follow my diet restrictions and served us with things I can't eat, multiple times. The AC is way too cold, I couldn't sit comfortable dressed in jeans and T-shirt (think about the environment too please!). At the time the food didn't taste too bad but I did think it was way too expensive for what we ordered. The next morning both me and my Indian host weren't feeling well and spent quite some time in the smallest room of the house.

They have the worst service ever.. just don't have enough staff to attend their customers.. As soon as we walked into the restaurant, there was literally no one to atleast greet and arrange for a table.. We waited and found ourselves an empty table and sat and waited for someone to come and give us a menu card which was also not done.. so finally we had to call them and ask for a menu card just like we do in a normal restaurant.. And the restrooms were pathetic.. wet floors and unflushed toilets.. Dint expect such an experience in such a 4star hotel..

Worst experience. I have been to Tulip earlier but this by far was the worst. The staff are not well trained, do not know basic etiquettes. They were not at all proactive, after waiting for long this guy came to take order but was not at all trained. The food came after 45 min and to top it all up it wasn't tasty at all. There was so much chilli that I was forced to order dessert, waited for another 15 min but it did not come. Fed up with this service I chose to leave cancelled the dessert, and while paying told the incharge of this bad service, but he seemed totally indifferent, it didn't bother him and he was least interested. Never ever going to this place, I have wasted my money totally.

The food, staff, ambience overall is awful. We ordered for prawn curry and rice. Unfortunately they didn't de vein the prawns. My husband had a serious case of food poisoning after eating here. Also I ordered fruit salad. The apples had pieces of sticker and none of the fruits were washed or fresh. Also fruit salad is just apples, pineapple pieces (not cleaned) and papaya. Terrible dining experience 😪

Green park is a truly a green park hotel. Tulips was short handed for a Saturday lunch service!! though the available staff are very fast and customer focused. We were the second, two pax table before two other tables. Everything was fine how ever we had to call some one to give the order as they got busier suddenly. Dear chef paneer tikka* was severed cold? Probably it was not picked up on time!! Veggies were too small n less for a main course skewer*. Mint chutney or sauce is too much diluted I shared with your manager who was sincere enough to take feed back and get back to check on quality on other items, thank you. Soup was delayed and it was super spicy (🔥🔥🔥) more than a hot and sour can be..kindly revise your recipe n suggest ur staff to stick to it. It was not so spicy before(🔥). Lastly service team r not suppose to ask the card pin number from the guests while settling the cheques, my friend was from abroad so he didn't bother. Thank you and all the best.

Service and booking : not at the range of 5 star. Food : taste is not good at all. We have ordered Apollo fish , crispy corn - experienced worst taste. I would never suggest anyone this place
