Food here is so good, even though they took some time to bring food to us it's worth it . The ambience, service, taste is so good.

I came around evening time for dinner and ordered Dum Gosht biryani and mojito for drinks. Service was really prompt and the food was super delicious. One of the best dining experiences I had lately Would definitely recommend this place. They have a lavish buffet as well. Well lit up and spacious. Great ambience.

Have to be very honest here. They are understaffed so it will take you around 3hours for a meal here. So visit with alot of time on your hands. Food- The phulkas and kulchas were undercooked but Paneer lababdar, chili paneer, Paneer tikka, triple Schezwan rice,Veg pizza were really good. Staff- very polite but u literally have to drag them to your table to get them to take your order Ambience- 5/5 (visit for bfast/ lunch to enjoy the ocean view)

I only had the pleasure of dining here once. Whenever I wanted to go again they were at capacity since this hotel is a hub for weddings and other auspicious occasions. The food was good especially Nasi goreng and gutthu vankai. The tar tar sauce with fish and chips was simply amazing.

We went their to celebrate our anniversary lunch but very disappointed with the food quality.. However we only tasted the food but we were charged the entire amount.. They apologized by saying sorry... I wont recommend anybody to celebrate their special occasions here it will spoil your mood n taste bud.

I had dinner at Dakshin in November, the food is worth every penny, the thali costs 900/pax, the food is satvik purely made of Desi ghee, doesn't feels heavy after a big meal since they cook on low flame, the staff is professional, the best part is the classical live music being played indide the restaurant, one may opt for additional drinks if they want...

It was a great experience in this restaurant I had a family gathering buffet dinner here for 11 family members. I was with my mom. The service was amazing and the food was excellent 👌 the place was so beautiful and spacious. I was on a vacation to India and. This was a great memory that I took back with me. The staff was very polite 🥰🙂

Post COVID I think their standards have come down significantly. Rooms need immediate attention. Bugs in the room and on the bed.

The most terrible experience ever. Flies in and around the food. Food delayed by 40 minutes. Staff is not able to understand instructions or take orders.

Me and my wife went to have lunch on special occasion but we came back with disappointment as food is not at all of 5* hotel standard... This place is the best. I simply loved it. The costs are a bit too high but since they've clearly mentioned it's an upscale restaurant , it makes sense. The waiters are super polite and courteous. There's this person , Sudheer , who's honestly one of the best people I've ever met. He's just a ray of sunshine and super fun. The food is quite good too. All in all , this is a place I definitely recommend.

Cons: Very expensive and the food taste not to its best, there are many places outside which serves good authentic taste food for a reasonable price. Only serves variety of South Indian food, no other food items unfortunately. Remember to take cash for the bill payment as the card payment dosent work. Pros: A better ambience with less crowd.

Food was really nice, even though options for vegetarians are limited. The live classic music was outstanding. The restaurant staff were excellent in their job. They we're accommodating all along. The food was pricey though. The waiters sometimes have no clue about the food they are going to serve. Other than that, thus is one of the places you should visit if you have deep pockets.

I've always enjoyed the food here and we celebrate all our special occasions there. However this time when my sisters came visiting and we took them to Dakshin, the prawns were overcooked and rubbery. They weren't pleased with some other foods too. Please be careful.

The food is very great, tiramisu is a must try. The fried shrimp is great too, the garlic naan is too good. The welcoming nature and the ambience is very pleasant, the waiters and waitresses are very hospitable especially Kuintina( she's one of the waitress here) who is very welcoming. I'll probably come here again with my family and friends, it's a great place for student reunions and family gatherings. 10/10 I would recommend it.

Went there on two consecutive Mondays for dinner and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The first time around, Kuintina and Julius were so wonderful hosts! Absolutely loved their vibe. The next time was on the day before. My parents, me and my aunt visited The Oceanic to celebrate an occasion :) And we were delighted at the top notch service yet again. This time around we had Deepak and Rahul who took special care of us and ensured that their service matched the impeccable food quality too! LOVED the experience guys. Coming back soon, definitely!

After it’s been taken over, it’s no more an ITC which are known for their food, hospitality & ambience. Executives behave like they are at a 1* or a 2* hotel! Never again going back!
