Nice place to have food with family and friends. Delicious food at a good price. Ambience is good and the service is very good. We had Chicken mandi and it was quite delicious. We were 2 people and we finished one half mandi platter with 2 joints. Though we were full halfway through, we couldn't leave any food so we stuffed ourselves with the remaining food. We enjoyed the food..

Starters we good. We ordered dragon chicken and Chicken 555, tasted wonderful. We ordered Biryani together, but they brought it cold and the Chicken was not cooked, may be because we went late around 9pm. Ambience is very good. Waiter or the person who takes order was very serious and felt like leaving the restaurant, not a hospitable personality. Overall it was ok too visit.

It can't be expressed in words, the atmosphere and the food of the Zeeshan restaurant is too delicious and amazing. You will love it.

Best place in Vizag for Hyderabadi biryani. Apart from that it also has separate restaurant for Middle East cuisine. Biryani was excellent but meat quantity and quality needs improvement as it less and mostly bones. Service is excellent and it was nice to see them provide finger bowls.

As in last moment..no thought of going anywhere from mall nearby..we went to this restaurant.. I can rate only two star for the dessert...I recommend you guys..if you want visit this restaurant..better go for indian style section..dont go for arabian mandizz...The worst food..staff they dont know about their menu properly...it like..nvu aadigindii ikkada undadu..ikkada unnadey nvu tinali anatlu matladatharu..vallaki nachanavi rendu mundu techi padesaru...rice is okay..but they dont serve any onion shorba or katta or raitha or even mayo..just eat plain rice and eat dry starters....So its our view on our recent experience

Chicken Dum Biryani was just above average Hard Rice with masala coated boiled chicken. In mid summer A/c was not working. When we asked for a soft drink they said chilled drink is not available, but when some female customers approached the waiter told them that he will keep it in deep freezer for 10mins and give a chilled bottle. They forgot that customer is a customer irrespective of gender. And waiter was demanding for TIP Which was quite embarrassing That was a bad experience Overall it is ok

Large dining area available in ground floor, still you find heavy crowd in weekends. Rates are slightly premium but the services and food worth the money.

Tasty food and we tried fish also.. Don't afraid of fish taste here it is excellent.. Mutton bone soop is complimentary for mandi

For the quality and taste I can give 4star But for the cost most of the items are overpriced, not recommended for a budget meal. Example: Earlier when I had my first meal here, Mutton Ghee Roast Full Mandi Biryani is 750/-. Now the same item is drastically increased to 2000/-. By seeing this, you guys can decide whether you were ready to bear the high prices here

Ambiance is ok ok, not bad. Briyani taste is very good not too spicy, But the starter spice was a bit high and the service was good if you visit on weekends Saturday or Sunday it will be a little rushed on those days. Overall review was Good.

As we ordered mixed Mandi and there after I have noticed that the mutton is not well cooked as it like a rubber and informed the same with manger and he said the mutton is like that only in zeeshan very irresponsible answer he gave.

Waiting line is humongous. But the wait is worth it for the final product i.e. Biriyani. Cant say enough for this Biriyani. Apart from the good food the issue is the a bit bad behaviour from the staff regarding tip policy.

I went to zeeshan and I had worst experience, the onions are very dirty and unclean, I asked the waiter to get new ones and then he just cleaned them and got it. The waiter was expecting the tip even after this, the food is not hot, the chicken is really cold, we couldn't eat and the food is worst. They are not maintaining standards. Visit this place as a last option.

Located bang opposite to Alpha hotel in Jagadamba. They’ve got decent ambience and seating arrangements. Ordered chicken malai tikka and chicken dum biryani. Both the dishes were average in taste,chicken pieces were a bit chewy. Quantity wise Biryani was ok for two. Staffs were courteous. Rating 3 out of 5 because quantity of food is not at par if price is considered. Recommended once in a while.

Not the best in business. Ambience was good. Service can be improved. Didn't enjoy the starters or the biryani that we had. Nothing too bad and also nothing good about it too. It was pretty neutral. Not a lot to write about. If you don't want to eat bad food, you can consider this place. But if you want to eat the best food, this isn't the place.

For the first time went and ordered Mutton Dum Biryani which was their signature dish today. Did ask for less spice but they gave me with spicy ones may be they might have packed and kept them ready for delivery. Taste and flavour isn’t good and mutton pieces too aren’t cooked properly. Price is high. Quantity is good for two. Raitha too is diluted and watery.

It has 2 dining halls spread as 4 parts in the same building and it can accommodate 200 people, still the waiting time is around 20-30 Mins. Parking space is underground for 4-wheelers & at the entrance for 2 wheelers.

Dining in hasn't been super pleasant. The food is low key and excellent. Flavours are on point and can very much adapt to your palette. The staff however aren't trained enough to provide a fine experience. The experience has been rushed since the very beginning. If you're looking for something tasty and can compromise on the hospitality, do visit it and give it a shot. Might be a better experience with take out or delivery.

As we alzys know it's the most rushy place ! Alzys busy ... This time I'm disappointed with the food! The oil was too heavy I have order 1) Butter Naan 2) cashew paneer 3) Paneer biryani 4) Veg konaseema biryani All of them are average! & Soups are not available. Cost of food was too huge ! Not at all reasonable for taste & quality but coming to the biryani quantity was superb😍💚.

Compared to Hyderabad Mandi places this is ok ok. Had the Ghee roast mutton Mandi which was basically juicy mandi meat added to restaurant standard red gravy with a dash of ghee for the flavour that's all. The ghee roast mutton in the mandi was disappointing. The onion slices that were served were having the Black Fungus on them which could cause serious health issues later. Basically the restaurant doesn't even wash their onions properly! This speaks of the hygiene levels of the kitchen. The mandi rice was okish nothing great to mention about it. The service was good though.

Good food.. nice ambience.. everything nice but the way waiters demanded TIP was very bad.. they don't actually do any service other than putting plates and selling water bottles.. no other serving.. still they demand to give more money is bad..

Prices are high for the standard of food they provide there. I came to know that the lollipop biryanis here is must try in Vizag, but i dint find it that good. post Covid period avoid going late , as they dont have most of the items expect biryani.. Soups n others basic starters are also missing.. Best seating arrangement it is comfortable, it has good ambience, friendly staff, car parking is available in such busy area,

We ordered tikka biryani and appoli fish..one item got saltless and another item got more salt...at final worst place to dine...
