This is one time i decided to try some new food options to go with family in vizag and trust me this is one of the best food options i have come across be it the food the ambience or the service , i was hesitant when i visited because it was a little empty at around 1 but by the time i left i came out with an amazing dine in experience. It's easy to find and locat also . One of the best restaurants in the heart of the city just opposite to entrance of dutt island . Do vist for an amazing experience of good food , great ambience and great service, the manager Mr.David and also the staff are very humble and nice they also have lodging and door service.

Just awesome food, especially their signature Biriyani. A dish not to be missed.

Restaurant is small but elegant in every aspect. Be it the ambience or hosting or rest rooms or quality of cutlery used ... Everything.. as the reviews say the Rayalaseema mutton pulao is worth every bit of hype. It's damn tasty. Soft drinks available in cans. Cost me 483₹ for the Waltair kitchen special Rayalaseema mutton pulao and a Thumbs-up can. A bit on the costlier side but worth the taste.

Worst chicken dum biryani i had here. For a price of 262/- the taste is bland. It is part of hotel PLgrand. Only thing is ambience which is above average.

Flies inside the ac dining hall. And took forever to serve the food. Even forgot to serve one main course item which we had to forego due to time constraints.

It's a very good restaurant, and the service is good. You should try this out.

Everything is top notch from ambience to service to food taste!!! We tried Chicken Get Rost, Hyderabadi Prawn (Tandoor style) and Waltair Kitchen's special Mutton Biryani. You can have the Biriyani without Raitha and any gravy. It is prepared only by order and in small quantity only but worth having it. Mutton is cooked slowly with so much that it melts in your mouth!!!

Food and service, both were horrible. Only 2 tables were occupied, still they took 40 minutes to serve the food. The taste of everything we ordered was below average. Never going back again.

Had a great time with my family. Enjoyed mouth watering dishes. Can't forget Rayalaseema Biryani. It is their signature dish.

I think it's a new place in the city. The food was really tasty and the staff & their service was also really good. The ambience was also pleasant. Just that instead of loud music they should try playing some soft and soothing music and also it takes some time to get the food.

Located in heart of the city, Had breakfast buffet, and Chinese, both were quite delicious. Food will pamper you with lots of dry fruits and loads of veggies. Beware quantity is huge, go as a group, we went as 2, had to pack and eat dinner as well. Looking forward to visit again.

Awesome service and response from the staff. Had the best lunch on a lazy weekend. The best mutton biryani, it was mouth watering with a combination of perfectly delicious mutton chops and the mutton bone soup was heaven.. a must try place for the best variety.. 🤤 😋

Loved everything about this restaurant. We were running late and they were about to close down, but as we Indians believe "Atithi devo bhava", they keep upto that and served the best dinner in the wee hours. Thanks team. 🙌

Ordered: Fish rohi sarso, got rohi curry.NOT upto mark. Mutton curry: I was in dire need of tools to pull the flesh apart..half cooked mutton curry. Malai chingri: Good One. If you are craving for some bengali food, not the right place.

Don't get fooled by the name waltair' kitchen. I have never experienced such a low quality food. 1. The food was served late where we had to wait for 40 mins for the food. 2. The items we ordered were basic as we thought not to risk. Then comes the veg fried rice with foul smell full of oil, it tasted "The Worst" we preferred not to eat and returned that. Then we ordered phulka and paneer tikka masala and our regret continued. The phulka served was the dough may from the last decade LOL, the tikka masala is full of burnt paneer and the gravy tasted disaster. Overall it was a regretful experience, never gonna visit again.

Poor and pathetic service. A/c was switched on after demand only. Food is the worst one which I never tasted. Very much disappointed. In fact, the rating should be zero but no option to give.

The food was really really superb we had a kitty party in waltair kitchen we had ordered some Starters like vanjaram fry, Appolo fish, Chicken Tikka & some veg Starters all these items were simply yummy and coming to main course we had ordered waltair kitchen rayalaseema mutton biriyani & waltair kitchen rayalaseema chicken biriyani all these items were mouth watering and delicious Thank you waltair kitchen for your amazing service & delicious food

Worst food I've ever had, Ordered Food: Crispy corn, Chicken 65, Veg fried rice, Egg fried rice, Bone less Chicken Biryani, Avakai pappu annam But there's no difference between Veg n Egg fried rices, and Boneless Chicken is like Mint Rice, Avakai pappu annam is without avakai, And mainly there are no Regional foods in the menu. And this is not Waltair Kitchen, Waste Kitchen.

Very Delicious food...had Mutton Biriyani and tandoori items all very Good. Simply superb 👍👍👍 Great Ambience as well. Definitely recommend

According to the atmosphere, it's very pleasant with ambient lights which you can see in every restaurant so this is not a vital point. I'm very disappointed with the food and charged too high which doesn't worth for that taste. Not even a single cuisine I can tell positively. Don't ever go for ice cream and lime soda which makes you even more hateful.

Food quality is excellent but I find that management is a bit lacking especially when there is an occasion taking place.

We have ordered cocktail biryani its price 600 and quantity is very less..but taste is ok and chicken fry piece dum Biryani is 400 and its too much spicy and taste is ok..finally prices are too high.. and quantity is less quality ok
