Now let's start with what's lemon tree like in this place, there is absolutely nothing other than a few people wearing the standard lemon tree uniforms. This is old property that's been taken over, the rooms offered are of below standards if u have experienced lemon tree before. Only on Google you see the name lemon tree, no where else it exist. The room and beds are very average. For this price there are many places in vizag that are more centrally located and upkeep in far superior. I would certainly not be excited to have my dinner again in this place. The wet part of the room is not appointed either, I had the experience of the thoroughly leaking shower. Only request to lemon tree is ,when you takeover properties and fully do justice to the redo,pl sell under your brand...this is very mis leading and not appreciated

The staff mean the word hospitality, staying here for 4 days, I was feeling little bit uncomfortable in room, the staff specially Ms Jyothi and Mr Ganga understand the problem and immediately upgraded the room, its worth to stay here, food is awesome, would highly recommend to stay here while one visits Vzag. Full marks.

I am happy with my one day stay in this hotel. Loved their hospitality and friendly nature. The room has all required items and if not, we can request them. Room size is average. It offers buffet breakfast (don't miss it). In breakfast, you will get all the varieties including north Indian food. You should definitely opt for breakfast. Overall I had a great time staying in this hotel.

Hotel is in the center of the City. Nice Ambience.. Facilities are ok and reasonable. Booked 3 rooms for 2 night. You have free complimentary breakfast.. Taste was good. Overall it was fantastic.

It is just OK, 3100 per night from Agoda app, Room no 803 and the whole floor AC stopped working, staff took am hour to Relocate. Food not so good. Breakfast very less options. Needs more attention from corporate seniors. Floor damaged in some rooms. All in all not a pleasurable stay till now. After complaining chapati came.

One star is for courteous staff and second star is for tasty food. General housekeeping and cleanliness are missing big time. Filthy carpets in corridors ruin your overall experience. Towels are also not upto mark.

Waste of money, atleast we expect a decent quality food, For two puri they charged Rs.191 but the taste is very very bad, no room cleaning, just refurbished items can see in room. ZERO satisfaction towards 1. Food Quality 2. Room cleanliness 3. Bad environment 4. Worst response from staff 5. The most ugly things ever experienced is for towel every day you have to request.

Was at this place for 2 days at it was a bliss stay, the staff was very friendly and the room cleanliness was very good. Restaurant ambience was also good but some smell will irritate you when you enter the restaurant

Service is very poor. TV could not be connected even after several calls and requests. They took 8 hrs. Yes! Eight hours. Food to room also very late and food quality is not up to mark.

Keys is very good hotel to stay while on a business or family trip to Vishakapatnam. It is located centrally and well connected to all places. Shopping centres are also near by. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Bathroom come with glass walls and curtains. Hence, it could be little inconvenient with family. However, blinds (curtains) are of good quality and provide adequate blinding to make you feel comfortable to use bathroom. Morning breakfast fast is served between 7:30am to 10:30am. Food tastes good and has good spread along with fresh cut fruits as well fresh fruits juices. One could easily have a wholesome, healthy and calorie rich breakfast. Nice budget hotel with a touch of luxury.

Rooms are okay but have poor maintenance. No quick response from the front desk people. They need many remainders to get into action. Though Narendra(front desk manager) helped in changing room, service is poor from the hospitality team. Need to improve alot in the point of maintenance. No shower, no dust bin available in the mini suit room. Poor amenities provided. Breakfast is yum. Milli services are appreciable during the buffet breakfast. Shankar done good job in replacing the order. Mr. Malik in the cafe took good care of guests who arrived last minute breakfast that's really appreciated. Food wise satisfied but the room maintenance is poor and not worth of money spent.

This is a very well maintained hotel. It’s rt at the proximity of a major shopping and 10 mins to beach. The staff all the way from reception to room service is all excellent. I would definitely recommend to others to stay here. The breakfast is on the house and it’s delicious.

The location is perfect located at dolphin circle, rooms are clean and sheets are maintained well. The hallway carpet is bit stained but it's a minor. Breakfast is good with decent options of south Indian, continental. Best value for the price.

Feels like hotel is closing down. Lacks staffs at Cafeteria and lobby. No proper air conditioning at Lobby and cafeteria. Feel pitty for few staffs struggling / working hard to serve customers. Very very regretful and disappointing to have booked this hotel for my stay.

Keys select hotel in vizag .. an honest review. Best thing about it that it is budget friendly. Foods are not costly. I stayed here for 5 days on 10th floor. Sea is not visible. One thing I noticed entering the room is the scarcity of space. One can hardly walk in the room without hitting sofa, chair or table. It has 32 inch television with few free channels. You cannot enter the bathroom without hitting the toilet seat.Bathroom has glass wall on two sides facing rooms, but no curtain. So someone taking bath is visible from inside the room. I was staying with my daughter and wife. I don't know what good purpose it served. Room service was lousy.they would 30 minute to serve a cup of tea. It has one restaurant. Food lacks variety, quality is just okay. I had stomach upset . Though I cannot blame this hotel for that as I took meal outside also.

We had an excellent stay here. This is a really good hotel, quite close to the railway station, with clean rooms and very polite and friendly staff. The food was excellent. There is a lot of variety in the breakfast and dinner buffet giving you a range of delicacies for you to pick and choose from. There is also a live counter during the breakfast buffet where the chef prepares dosas, omelettes etc as per your requirement. We sincerely thank Mr. Ekbal Hossain (dining staff) and others who took care of our every need.

Rooms are outdated. Bed was too small for us(couple + 2year kid). Bathroom door doesn't had any knob from outside so it remain open always. Food was good. Service was too late. Had to remind so as to get the service.

I visited this place during recent dusaerah holidays 2023, location is the great advantage for this stay. Had breakfast and dinner at hotel, Food is tasty and had more options to try and choose. Overall I recommend this hotel.

My short experience about this hotel after staying for 4 nights - Great location, vehicle arrangement for local tours is very good, food is high quality, parking is spacious, rooms are a bit small, tarrif for bigger rooms is a bit high.

I stayed with my family for 3 nights on June 1st week. I booked direct not using any travel sites thinking the stay will be good. - The room is Very tiny - they gave on 10th floor where a Lizard came to our room - AC problem: every nights we have to ask that the AC control not working - Room service was ok for the price they charge it should have been better - Food was ok, not a family feast - No fun for kids: except snooker they don’t have anything. End of the day I thought to save a 1000 bucks I chooses this hotel rather I should have stayed in Marriott for 3 days. For family this is not a right hotel to have fun.

Worst property in vizag no one cares ur issues I have face lot of problems in keys property I will describe below with proofs after goin 1. It takes long time for checkin and they will ask you to wait in lobby where u don't have any Ac or minimum fan you have to get ready to swim in ur sweat 2. After check in u have to request for toiletries 3.First 3 star hotel which doesn't have 24 hours hot water service you have wake up at mrng 5 am to 7 am for hot water 4. Worst buffet dinner they will buffet but will not get buffet meals will be rice dal rasam curd and curry this is called buffet dinner 5. I have ordered pure papaya juice without sugar and but I received musk melon juice ( sugar water) with full of sugar and ice even though it was not replaced even I rejected to take more over it is chargeable 6. At mid night 11:30 pm they have stoped my ac power supply but I have tried thrice to reception but not responded at 5 am they cleared the issue and said their is technical error 7. Buffet breakfast is good 8. They charging extra for dinner buffet even though u book along with package

It's a nice and comfortable place having clean rooms. It has altogether 12 floors of rooms. Very neatly maintained. Corridors are covered with mat and fresh. Very helpful staff. Check-in at 12 noon. Check-out at 11AM. Good view of city from higher floor. Plenty of car parking space available in underground parking area.

The rooms are decent for the price. But the hotel felt like ghost/desserted building. The ambience is poor and uninvited. Breakfast is served in room no buffet and no dining available. Breakfast service was poor and took long time. You can get better hotels in the same price.

It's not suitable for family ..Very small bed even a kid cannot be adjusted considering 4000/day charge.its not worth it..I stayed from 15th April to 17th April ,Acs were not working on 17th.... No indoor games against what is mentioned in Gobibo. Overall I think it's a business hotel ok for Sales and Marketing people...

First when we enter in hotel nobody is bother and nobody came and take bags ...then inside the room wifi was no woking. curtains are darty.then no hand towels ...when it was our last day we called front desk guy to take may bags then he answers .....you bring bags by yourself...

The stay was satisfactory, booked 2 regular rooms. One room for 2 nights and another for 3 nights but got upgraded to a suite after requesting which was appreciable. Among 2 rooms, 1 room(1107) was cleaner and neat whereas another room (1205) had stains in the washroom, faucet water was leaking, no overhead shower. #Hot water was available only for limited time which is not acceptable. #Every floor is neatly maintained with good fragrance across the floor. # Breakfast items was limited, varieties could be improved. #Staffs were courteous and no complaints about them. #Air condition should be ON at all times inside lifts and lobby which was missing. Overall for the price paid it was a great stay. Will definitely recommend this place.

Hotel is decent with amenities and in such a low price. We had booked through Agoda and stayed there for 2 nights where I had included breakfast n dinner. Food is good, service satisfactory. Room amenities should have been more but as per pricing this isn't bad either.

They only had two staff in the entire hotel. The rooms are not clean to the standard of 3 stars. I would not recommend it to anyone. You get BETTER hotels and services for a lower price.

It is an excellent 12 storied hotel in Visakhapatnam. One can visit and enjoy top floors view of Visakhapatnam. Rooms are neat and food is good. Ambience and design is quite awesome It is located beside dolphin hotel and near Saraswati Park. It is very near to railway station and bus station

This hotel is located in the center of the city, and I am having fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with everything I needed within easy reach. What's more, the staff are incredibly polite and helpful throughout my stay. They even gave me a room early, even though I arrived two hours before the check-in time. My room is very comfortable and is the perfect size for two people. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. I am lucky enough to be given a room on the 11th floor, which offered a stunning view of the city skyline. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. The central location, helpful staff, comfortable room, and stunning views all combined to make my stay a truly memorable one. Surprisingly fast service I have ever experienced in a stay. Well maintained room, lobby and even hallways. The food was great, multiple breakfast options. The lunch buffet was impeccable

We stayed in keys by lemon tree for 4 days.Rooms are clean.Excellent breakfast buffet 😋 with many options. If you have small kids with you they also make non spicey food as per your requirement. We booked with breakfast and dinner option.Dinner buffet experience was average it could have been better (Food was not that yummy). There room service is quick.

A three star hotel with average amenities. Not a upscale property. Good for budget stays. The buffet spread lacks variety. Don't be carried away by the Lemon tree branding. It has no lemon tree quality. Average stay. Wifi was not working at all. Bathroom is small and very congested.

Thanks to Ravi verma for his great hospitality and humble attitude. During my 3 night stay he personally made sure that my stay is comfertable and relaxing. He used to call me every night to ask if I have any concern. The food was good but the entire kitchen staff was great. Great location for the traveller with own car, this hotel has good parking space and petrol pump is just next door.
