1.VUDA park recently name changed to VMRDA SMART CITY PARK. 2. it is of the oldest amusement park since my childhood it's a first park attraction for the public & tourists. 3. Its has so many recreational activities like boat ridding, skatting, volleyball court, outdoor gym and wide area of park with full of greenery everywhere. 4.Its main spot for photography shoots like pre-wedding shoots, birthday shoots and others. 5. Simply we can it's a all in one park just we have to inhale the nature and end of the waves sound at the beach view.

It's a nice place to hangout with friends and families. Usually people visit this place for Photo shoot. All kinds of photographers are all available over here. Huge place for walking and peace of mind 😃

Very nice and large park which has been kept clean and well maintained. Ideal for kids with the play area even padded with rubber tiles. Boating facilities have been retracted but you can still go around the entire park and even exit to the beach.

Excellent place. All facilities are there. Nature friendly smart park. Gym facilities, tennis, badminton court, roller skating, cycle tracks, boat club and boating are there. There is a small entry fee of 20rs for adults. Beautiful walkways are also there! Well maintained area. The park is very big and have view points. Also it has play area for kids. It is a park for all ages! A must go place in Vizag!! Some people put plastic wastes in the park which must be taken into notice of the authorities. Because it causes damage to the surroundings and then the park will be spoiled. People should either be not allowed to bring food items inside because they spill the cover and food here and there.

Good park located in the heart of the city, game zone, boating zone and even sea beach available inside. One can go here for morning or evening walk, there is plenty of space to relax also there is badminton court and a kids park including slides. Main attraction is skating ring which is very popular among kids. Visiting whole park may take time and then in the evening you can relax siting on the beach, the beach here is dirtier than usual but you may ignore it. The old lighthouse is also near the park. Kids enjoy the most here as it is like a big playground for them. I'd recommend to go after 5 PM to avoid severe heat waves and spend time till 8PM.

Wonderfully decorated and designed park. They have added many new attractions and play areas for the kids and adults alike. Skates hockey ring, international skating ring, basketball court,...... Best of all is the luscious greenery that drives the stress away. A must visit place for the whole family.

There is ample parking space for four wheelers with 25 rs parking fees. The park is blessed with lush greenery, two skating rinks, boating facility, few food spots, children playing arena, outdoor gym, lots of photogenic spots and an extension to open sea beach. The park provides a glimpse of the old Vizag lighthouse also. The park is a sought after place for professional photography and photoshoots. Huge area, greenery, sea breeze and cleanliness will make you to like the park. Easily anyone can spend around 2-3 hours within the park premises. Overall verdict- definitely recommended.

Playground for kids is good and it is a nice place for infants as well. Restrooms are maintained well. It is also good for picnics. Over all it can be improved

City Central Park also known as (VMRDA City Central Park) is an urban park in the city of Visakhapatnam. The park is located at the heart of the city. It covers an area of 22 acres (8.9 ha)[1] and was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Nara Chandrababu Naidu on 15 September 2016.[2] This park has the first musical fountain of Andhra Pradesh state. It comes under the maintenance and operated by Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority.

This is a peaceful spot near the beach. With ample facility to sit and relax, children can play in the park, one can walk around, restrooms available, eateries built. Ticket for adults @Rs 20. A little away from the city but a must visit spot of Vizag. The chessboard replica ground does need some maintenance.

Nice park. All the places were neat and clean. With children, I was enjoy it a lot. At my visit time, the pet show is goin on. It's a very fantastic program conducted by Visakha kennel club. 💐💐💐💐

This is so much my favorite park so far in AP. Its so big and has all well managed facilities. See my video describing this place and get a clear picture of how beautiful it is. Vuda Park is a Great park and located close to the beach which makes it even more interesting.

Very decent park for young people and adults. They have some classical yoga sessions taking place early morning. The yoga academy is very unique and scientific in their approach. Roads in side the place are very spacious and full of greenery. There is good sea view seating arrangement to spend during evenings. Well done skating rink. Don't mind any good restaurant in the park. Very big boating club is also there for all the visitors, for a good price.

Wonderful place. Perhaps we enjoyed the best here and spent a lot of time in photo session... When hungry we get food from the different stalls inside the park. I think we should come again here... Some photos are given. Enjoy..

It is a very well maintained park, and it's pretty big. After the renovation, it's almost like a different place. You can get a great beach view and can play sports. There are badminton, tennis and basketball courts. There are canteens for you to snack in. There is boating as well. All in all a great place to chill after a long day of work.

The best park for all activities. There is a special pass for morning walkers. You can find badminton, tennis, basketball, skating courts and bicycle off-road track. Overall the perfect park for all age groups.

I visited VUDA park after a huge gap post COVID lockdown and completion of renovation of the park. Very much impressed by the total make over of the park with loads of different activities. A definite visit for anyone visiting the city as well as a weekend break for even a localite. Good job by the authorities.

In many areas tree plantation can be done. Visitors spend lots of time in the park with their kids. Lots of display boards on conservation of water, energy etc, controlling pollution etc can be introduced to bring in awareness. Below the benches you can see lots of weeds, which can be a hiding place for snakes. Needs to be cut and maintained.

This place is serene and they have enough space to walk , run , cycle , and also inside that park there are 2 skating grounds where they teach it. Behind this park the beach is there . Best place for every age group to sit quietly and chill.

The Best Park and Tourist Attraction to surely check out in Visakhapatnam. I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself a lot here. There are skating rinks, walking tracks, playgrounds, play area for kids and soooo on. And there's a great view of the Sea and even a light house.

Vuda park has really developed a lot in recent times. The whole surroundings is very astounding and very pleasant. There was fresh nature, cool breeze and a very delightful atmosphere in and out of VUDA park. Once upon a time it was meant only for children but now every age group can happily visit the park. So, on a whole i would absolutely recomend this place to chill and hangout on a nice weekend.

Now it's at it peak.. with the technology and lights and the infrastructure development.. it's pretty awesome now

Liked it. It's different from regular parks. Neat. Easily we can spend 3-4 hours in the park. Evenings are a good time to go. Walk walk and walk,it is a big park. Boating is a must try,fishes in the boating pond gives a nice experience. You can enjoy a beach view from this park.
