Hotel ambience is good Rooms are ok bathrooms are somewhat different it is like slide door..there are no cupboards in our room rooms have digital lock.. rasa hotel is there in ground floor ambience is good there breakfast buffet has less options upma and idly not good chutney is cool ..service is late omlette and dosa are good room service is there

Very nice and well maintained property.All rooms are NO SMOKING rooms. In house restaurant available so outside food not allowed. Clean and sanitized rooms. Good for families. Buts rooms are a bit small but clean. Restaurant food is OK but overpriced no bill provided for Restaurant orders they just tell you the total amount. Reception and staff are Cooperative. Car parking is OK.

I am so happy that we decided to stay at Vivana. Vivana was amazing from start to end. From the moment we walked in the lobby we knew that we would confirm our stay HERE. The lobby was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were gorgeous and clean. The maid staff were all so friendly and always checked in with us to see if we needed anything extra (towels, toilet paper). The food at the Rasa restaurant was also very tasty and overall we enjoyed our stay at Vivana.

We came to have Food the food is good but the space is very small it would be better if you give us a proper dining feel . Wait is also Little high.

Not service room very bad hotel booking in my family weekend and very bad hotel no parking

Came here for dinner with family. We do enjoy the food here. Our favourite is mughlai biryani. Starters are good too. Space can be a problem on the weekends because it does get crowded and the space is small. Fairly a good taste considering the other hotels in Vizag, for someone who is used to better taste from hotels in Hyderabad. Although ive had a good experience here, some things to avoid ordered by my friends: The chinese food like american chopsuey and fried rice is not good. I didnt like the kung pao chicken a lot, but it wasnt bad. The mutton pulao was also bland.

I have been here many times, and I most like this hotel because of its good service and staff support. But this time I feel the rooms are not maintained properly or the charm is coming down slowly. It is good for a solo traveler, but ask for a better room while you check in, and they will support you. Stay safe. Near the city, restaurant options are many.

Nice Place. Well designed. East Asian kinda designed walkways and rooms. Professional staff at hotel * . Good ambience. A good restuarent. However problem is room service is stead slow. Calls made to restaurant are unanswered at actual times. Many a times , the properties are made great by make and facilities but they still go down only due to staff. I just wish it doesn't happen here and management takes care of it.

We were at their restaurant for dinner. Quiet place just off the main street. The food was very good and the service excellent. We really went by reviews posted before us and tried the recommended dishes. Just that the A/c is so cold that we had to request for it to be turned off. Remember that if you are looking for alcoholic beverage then you have to get one before you get here. No alcohol served. Mutton pulao I think it is called that... Really subtle flavours. If you like spicy then stay away. We loved it.

We had lunch here and felt very rushed and they asked us to leave before we were even finished. This is the second time this has happened. This is a basic service mistake that anyone who has studied business or hospitality in a credible institution would know. If they need faster table turnover the answer is not to chase customers out but optimize your kitchen to get food out faster. There are basic industry standards for how long customers stay at the table after food is delivered. It is not rocket science!

Non-Veg Starters were good, Biriyanis are bad, not at all worth trying. They seriously need to work on making their biriyanis better.

Great experience for 2 nights, no hassles at all right from check-in to checkout, good people, humble and eager to help. Comfortable rooms and ultra clean washroom. Peaceful and comfortable stay. Close to rk beach and in the centre of the city, I recommend vivana to every traveller. And wish the team more success.

Good hotel for business trips. Room and Bathroom was clean. Basic facilities are taken care of. Location is pretty much prime, nearby RK beach. Complimentary Breakfast menu was good but service was dismal and slow, something which needs to be improved.

I did not stayed in this hotel but I h ave orders fish Appolo after listening to so many that the food in this restaurant is very good , but my experiance was very bad . Food is too salty and oily . I have ordered through swiggy but they did not take any action .thank you

terrible service. we ordered food from outside nd requested the reception to give us some disposable plates nd spoons but they r too shabby to give us one, we had to ask them 3 times until they finally send us some(10plates nd jst 1spoon md fork). the rooms lack so many essential stuff, the bathrooms doors dont lock, nd some are broken. they r too stingy to even provide proper wifi. i never experienced such awful sevice

Why so much plastic ? Despite requesting no plastic .. u deliver in plastic cover , 1 plastic box for biryani , 1 for raita , 1 for sherwa ...🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Please stop plastic pollution.

Worst hotel. Worst service. Banquet hall boys don't have manners to talk to guests. Better to avoid at any cost. No parking space. No facility nearby to park your vehicle.

Best experience at Vivana hotel. One of the nicest service in India. Also, the food is bang on! Very delicious. Not to forgot Vinod and Nani they are very humble and polite. Hats off to their service.

The staff are friendly and sweet. The location is great. Convenient. Food is good. But quantity for a person is just too much. I think small plates should be introduced. hygiene is something that needs to be maintained. The rooms aren't really clean. Very superficially clean, if you get what I mean! Stayed here a couple of times because of work. And this time the bedspreads weren't clean enough, torn in some places. The kettle was super dirty.

It was above expections... truly impressed by the cleanliness, hygiene and courteous staff. My stay with family for a week made me think about booking for my uncle's family who also had the same feeling. Food is also very good and unlike typical local spicy cuisine. Special thanks for Mr. Murali garu (GM) for accommodating additional requests during peak wedding books, and his ever genuine smiling approach to customers.

The rooms are ok when we told them that in online the cost of room is low compared to the price what they were saying thr.They told if we book thr they will give breakfast complementary.so we booked the only. we took 2 rooms in one of the room the fan was not working so they gave another room and in that room thr were n cutains n mat nothing when we asked they told they will see but didn't even bother to give and during breakfast time they told they can't give breakfast as we have not booked for breakfast when we argued that u told that if we book here u will give then after lots of discussions they gave us.thr was n buffet in it as shown in the pics they were serving what we asked but very late our time wasted for breakfast was More than 1hr. Plz do mentain what u say the breakfast was very tasty bt very late service and the items whr not hot at all

We stayed in vivana recently..I have never stayed in such a respectable and comfortable hotel before.They take care of u as a family and the food in the resturant RASAin the ground floor serve u the best tasty food ever.Try sponge podi dosa,it is out of the world.We had fantastic stay here.If u r visiting Vizag,stay here as a straight option.

For the cost the food is just OK. Lazy staff, none of their Credit Card machines work. For a supposedly 3 star hotel not worth. Spen your money and time elsewhere.

Very excellent customer service. Food items are very very tasty. Today 19/06/22, we had bouquet service excellent. Taste of food items are marvelous. Service personal are also extended full support and excellent service.

Very bad service. No one will response properly. We ordered chicken, fish and biriyani. All items are too bad.still we are in dinning, we ordered ice cream, they told cooking was closed. Even they didn't have commonsense to intimate last order for dinning customer's. Overall bad experience.

Right from a welcoming reception to next day super breakfast a very heart warming experience, a guest friendly atmosphere by the staff, gives a feel of real Telugu culture. I will quite happily recommend to anyone who wants to visit Vizag for the first time or even on a return visit. Perfectly located facility close to many local interests and well maintained.

Visited the place for business meeting. Good ambience. Parking is little bit issue but as we are not staying long it is negligible. Good service and ambience. Food tastes good enough and quality is assured.

We had Naming ceremony for our son at this hotel in shubam hall, Mr Sugunakar did very good job in organising the event, food was excellent especially non vegetarian dishes were awesome. Around 100 guests turned up and almost everyone gave very nice review, thanks to the hotel management and event manager.

Decent function hall with. Excellent cuisines!! Food tastes soooooo good here! Lovely dining experience...my favourites are chicken dum biryani, gulabjamun, chicken drumsticks, dragonchicken, chicken manchow/ hot&sour soups!! Must try!! If your taste buds crave for but spicy and yummy notes..!

I stayed here for over 30 days as I need to take care of some personal business in Vizag. I loved it. Before I talk about anything else, what makes a place five star is the people. So, let me talk about that. Sravani at the front desk is phenomenal, Super efficient. First she made my reservation, finding me a very good rate. When the day came , she checked me in and everything was smooth. After that she made sure every whim I had was satisfied. Getting the safe ready, getting my bills on time etc. She is a joy to work with. She even gave me a fantastic room the second time I checked in. Mr.Murali was awesome as the operations manager. His attention to my needs was excellent. Anything I wanted, he would get it...and fast. Very communicative, very reactive. Very flexible. Ms.Mani running the rasa restaurant is a joy. Always smiling. Efficient. Tough when need be. Fulfilling my room service orders quickly. Ms.Satya in the restaurant is a joy to have around. She would make my breakfast just the special customized way I like and bring to me, even without asking, chatting with me, making my tea in the special way. Manikyam is always there to support me; treating me like family. Running and getting me what I need. Reddy, Chinna all serving me hand and foo. Overall, they make me feel like I was an important member of their family that they needed to make happy. LOCATION: Is fantastic. Brisk walk to the beach, all the nice restaurants there, transportation so close by, so many shops near by, VIP road is 5 mts walk FOOD: Is Awesome. So many varieties. Cooked so well. Very large menu. Served to the room so fast. I love their soups, rices, biryanis, ROOM: Is very nice, excellent airconditioning, good wifi(needs some improvement), good light, very comfortable bed, clean bathroom etc. Overall, I am very happy with the place for what it offers for such a reasonable price...
