Just
had
a
stay
on
03
&
Feb
24
as
part
of
a
large
group
of
22
families.
Checked
in
with
a
lot
of
expectations
after
seeing
the
infrastructure
there.
Their
highlights
and
actual
status
on
ground:-
a)
Flower
street
-
Blocked
for
conduct
of
some
function
b)
Pools
-
Filled
with
leaves,
not
enough
running
water
on
the
slides
for
people
to
use
it
c)
Battery
buggies
-
not
enough
in
number
to
handle
the
weekend
rush
d)
Restaurant
-
Can't
handle
the
spurt
of
guests
at
peak
hours.
Not
enough
crockery
available.
Average
breakfast
buffet
menu.
e)
Bicycles-
Available
,
but
small
ones-
all
suitable
for
shorter
people.
f)
Event
management
-
Very
poor
coordination
between
internal
departments.
Can't
handle
large
groups.
Pros-
Landscaping,
games
facilities
Experience
:-
a)
Parking
-
available
outside.
But
when
I
checked
in
and
during
the
course
of
stay,
I
found
that
there
are
more
vehicles
inside
than
they
are
outside.
Do
not
understand
the
double
standards.
b)
Reception
-
A
cold
one.
I
had
to
request
for
a
welcome
drink.
c)
High-Tea
-
The
F&B
staff
agrees
to
serve
the
h/Tea
at
the
pool
where
our
group
was
engaged
(at
3.30
PM).
On
enquiry
at
4.00
PM,
they
say
it'll
be
available
within
10
mts.
at
4.35
PM
they
say,
they
can't
provide
the
tea/
snacks
at
pool,
everyone
has
to
reach
restaurant
for
the
same.
When
asked
for
the
name
of
the
staff,
he
refused
to
say
his
name
and
disconnected
the
call.
At
restaurant,
the
not-so-great
tea/
coffee
is
served
in
paper
cups
of
"cheap"
standards.
For
a
group
of
60
people,
only
1
counter
was
set
up
which
remained
empty
most
of
the
time
due
to
very
slow
refilling.
d)
Pool
Banquet
-
Non-adherence
to
time.
Insufficient
lighting
arrangements.
Starter
dishes
weren't
available
in
time
and
they
were
being
served
along
with
dinner
which
wasn't
serving
the
purpose
of
"starters".
1
Supervisor
who
was
unable
to
handle
the
event.
e)
Breakfast
-
Good
food,
average
menu,
but
spoiled
the
show
again
when
they
ran
out
of
crockery
and
started
serving
in
paper
cups.
Insufficient
arrangement
to
handle
a
full
house.
Overall,
all
the
beauty
of
the
property
was
destroyed
by
the
poor
(if
not
pathetic)
service/
management
of
the
facilities.
The
inability
to
handle
large
groups
was
evident
through
out.
Had
a
word
with
the
MD/
Ops
Manager
once
the
staff
refused
to
accept
a
written
feedback.
The
excuses/
responses
they
provided
:-
a)
We
are
sorry,
you
might
have
had
higher
expectations.
b)
We
use
paper
cups
for
tea
(Says
the
OM
of
a
3-star
property)
c)
Starters
weren't
provided
separately
so
that
they
could
count
the
plates
(again,
they
didn't
have
enough
plates
to
serve
starters
separately)
d)
We
cannot
accept
written
feedbacks.
e)
You
cannot
complaint
for
these
things
(says
the
MD)
f)
You
are
creating
layers
to
avoid
payment
,
where
as
we
asked
them
to
take
our
feedback
officially
before
finalising
the
payment
-
75%
of
the
payment
was
already
made
in
advance
(MD
says,
it's
my
property
and
I'm
the
one
making
rules,
you
cannot
tell
us
top
accept
a
written
feedback)
g)
Finally,
MD
agrees
to
send
a
email
reply
to
our
feedback.
SO,
it's
not
advised
to
plan
an
event
there
if
you
are
in
a
large
group,
I
am
not
sure
how
they
handle
individual/
small
group
bookings.
A
milestone
event
in
the
lives
of
each
member
of
the
group
was
supposed
to
be
celebrated
there,
but
got
completely
left
with
a
bitter
taste
due
to
the
poor
coordination,
cheap
standards
and
arrogant
management.
