Good place to stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Only problem is delay in room keeping services. Location is excellent to access sea beach and railway station. No swimming pool, gym or bar available. Overall a good place to stay with family.

The worst experience in the recent years. First- The Room which was alloted AC was not working. It's took me 3 hours to change. Second- It's centralised AC so some other room people were smoking and our whole room was smelling too through out the night. We were passive smokers for the night. Third- Wash basin sink was leaking and whole washroom was wet all the time. Went in with a great expectations as its rated good and a 3 star hotel too.. But completely disappointed. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

Location is good. But room service and rooms are not good. The Reception is not at all responsive. Rooms are not ready. They have charged heavily but neither dental nor combs and other things are available. 0.5/5 rating. Don’t come!!!!!!

It was very worst experience with this hotel. Restaurant staff were too bad in behaviour. We have to wait for minimum 45 minutes to get our order. They simply roaming here and there to show that they are so busy. Food is very nonsense. If you want to any parcel you have to wait till one hour or may be more. My personal suggestion please don't visit this hotel if you are really giving the importance for time and good memories with your family and friends as well.

Rooms are very old and room service is also not on time. Price is expensive compared to the service. Travelled with family and infants, very disappointed with rooms. They are smelly and no ventilation. Can't recommend for families and kids

The hotel is super supportive and especially Mr. T.Gopi he is the best. We checked out in the night due to we need to travel back so we checked out around 10 and we had an issue with travels and we called the hotel at 12:50 so he said you can back and stay and he didn't charge any extra money because we have time next day once we check out we cannot stay there but he allowed us so you can understand the staff supporting to their customers. It is a good place you can visit.

We had lunch on 8-10-23 The non veg spread was really good. Hospitality was very good.The desert spread was nice. The space is a little smaller one . Overall I would go with a 4.5 rating

Rooms (5/5): Rooms are on the modern side. The room is spacious and has basic furnitures and the bathroom was big enough and nice. The aesthetics are good and the lighting is sufficient. The TV was working and had all the relevant channels Only con was that there was separate queen sized beds instead of one king size bed. Service(5/5): We didn't use much of their services but only ordered food twice but the same was quick and professional. Location(4/5): The location of the hotel from Ramkrishna beach was around 20+ minutes by walk which is more than preferred. Breakfast/Food(5/5): The breakfast menu had many items to choose from and the quality of food was decent.

Pros: 1.Location 2.Delicious Food 3. Restaurant staff especially Ms. KALYANI, MR. RAGHU. 3. Manager Sales and Marketing - Mr. Raja Shekhar was really helpful and amazing. 4. They serve halal non veg food and they have a very amazing late night room service for veg and non veg selective delicacies. 5. Few Room service boys are very dedicated to the hotel and their guests and even one boy from Orissa was very young. Hats off to their dedication and their need to work at such an early age. Cons: 1. Smile less, rude, blunt Front Office Staff Specially Mr. T. Gopi. Front office staff should be smiling, courteous, welcoming, soft spoken and should know Hindi or English. They want north Indians to speak in Telgu even if they don't know. 2. The hotel has two buildings which are not mentioned anywhere. Superior rooms are only available on the opposite side of the main building. The restaurant is available only in the main building. Guests have to cross the road and come to the main building every time they want to eat something in a restaurant. 3. Bread ( Roti / Chapati ) is a minimum of Rs. 65/- which is damn expensive. If we order 7-8 breads. Only bread will cost around Rs. 500/- Breads are extremely overpriced. 4. Our superior room bathroom's door was sliding and it was not getting locked, the door was out of alignment, the door was going towards right and left which was resulting in opening of an area which was making my family uncomfortable to use the washroom, even after mentioning to hotel staff nothing was done, in washroom there was no holders to keep our toiletries like toothpaste and tooth brush, they do not offer hand wash, they give round small green soap which don't have any space to keep. The most ridiculous thing in the washroom was the hangers which were placed just above the toilet seat, if towels and undergarments fell accidentally they would go straight to the toilet seat. When hanging a towel on the hanger it was touching the toilet seat cover and western seat flush buttons. While bathing drainage was blocked and water was getting accumulated inside bathing areas. The drainage issue was addressed after a few calls. They don't provide buckets and bathing stools for elderly guests, you have to pick on your own or have to ask. 5. Apart from one single wardrobe, there were no hangers to hang our used clothes. We have to keep it again and again in our bags or in almirah. There must be hangers to hang clothes. 6. The extra mattress was very uncomfortable as it was half foldable and the middle portion where matteress gets folds or unfolded was troubling a lot while lying down. Pillows are very puffy which is difficult to use for your head and shoulders. 7. The room had only one chair and one small and vertical table which can accommodate only one person's tea. There should be at least 3-4 chairs and a small rectangular table on which families can eat their food. 8. Air conditioning was good they should also have a remote so that at night or at morning the family can change the temperature or switch on or off air conditioning. We always walk up to the washroom door to control air conditioning. 9. Hotel serv small bisleri water bottle which gets finished in 2-3 sips. They should provide at least 1 Litre of water bottles. 10. Most importantly, the building which was opposite the main building of the hotel which had superior rooms was very much unattended, it takes a lot of time for everything to come in that building, be it food, extra mattress, toiletries, cutlery sets etc. This building does not have any other separate staff which can reduce waiting time. For tea it can take up to 30-45mins in day time. The main point has been mentioned to the hotel manager Mr. Patro at the time of checkout but I think nothing will be taken care of so I thought to share here. I wanted to meet the Managing Director ( M.D.) Ms. Vanaja but hotel staff did not want me to meet M.D. madam to give positive feedback and points of improvement. Regards, Mohammad Farhan Room 518

Nice place to hangout and the rooms are spacious and comfortable the front office staff are so courteous and caring. I would refer my family and friends to stay there and enjoy the delicious and mouth watering food.

Excellent ambience , Food and Service . We had corporate meeting for 2 days for approx 25 pax and we had received full support and cooperation from the team. Special shoutout to Mr Gopal who ensured he took continuous feedback and ensure we didn’t face any inconvenience.

Oh! Really bad service. We booked two rooms. Only one room was available on time. That too, after follow up. They have another building across the road. Never indicated and without knowing our room is allocated in other building, we have been searching for our room in 5th floor in the same building. Came back to the lobby again and had to walk across the road. Inside the room, no cup and glass was available. Had to remind them few times before we get it after 2 hours... I will never suggest some one to stay in the property if looking for a basic service. Staff needs lot of training. No amenities kept in room, including toilet roll. We had to ask for each and every item. Even world cup cricket match telecast on TV in the room got stopped in-between. AC was not cutting off and we had to stop using the AC in the night as technician was unable to fix it. It was very bad stay I ever had in any hotel room.

Overall Experience is Excellent. Rooms and the Food is value for Money. Madhuri, hostess took care in a very professional manner. Can be given 10/10. Hoping for coming back again

It was found that these days I hope the service at Rockdale Restaurant came down & drowning day by day . The Staff here was changed & no one is bothered to serve the Customer after 11:00PM. Service was very much delayed & very disappointed by the recent visit i.e; today on 19-12-2023 . I've been in the Hotel since 30 Mins & No one bothered about the Order I would take . Can anyone help me in the Table for Order atleast by seeing the post please ...

Stay was Good a nd excellent. Expecting my driver was very inconvenient without sleeping place. Better to have a 3tyre dormitory with a nominal charges for drivers accommodation will be fantastic. Entire hospitality from your front desk to food and housekeeping was really good.

Before pay online they will agree to check in around 9 to 10 as per request , but once come , they told check in time is 2 o'clock , if u want early check in u have to pay extra 1000. Which is not fare. In this total price can get better option. If I knew this was case ,I would had booked other hotel, as my train reach morning around 8 , after 20 hours of journey , it's horrible to wait for so much time. Really bad staff , don't think about customer, which is not acceptable.

The food is fine few times but the taste keeps changing from time to time. Few times its good and sometimes its bad.

When I visited the hotel atmosphere is really awesome and they are maintaining covid rules and regulations. I ordered food in the same hotel and the food is hygienic and tasty. Very comfortable stay and the staff are very welcoming and courteous Kudos to the management. Room service is good Yet to try the breakfast spread. If I am not mistaken the name Vani a senior lady who monitors the room cleaning ensures room hygiene and very joyful enjoys her work. Car parking has minimal spots and The hotel watchman was helpful in providing parking space for my car during my one week stay.

Very good Hotel. Had an enjoyable stay at the Hotel for 3days. Food provided were also good. An issue in toilet faucet was attended in 10Minutes. Staffs at reception and maintenance were very supportive. I will suggest the Hotel for a stay with Family if beach side Hotels are not the preference.

This is a great place to eat out. I love the way Chef Shankar takes care of the food and the awesome way it's presented. We ask for Chef Shankar and he is gracious enough to visit the table and understand our specifications, most importantly, we have never been disappointed and Chef scores by length!! One of the nice budget hotel in good location. As we availed the banquet hall services for professional meeting, the banquet manager Mishra is good and very cooperative in ensuring services and satisfaction of the customer. Food quality and taste is very good. Overall good experience.

Stayed there for 3 days in May. Rooms are decent, room service was good. Biryani was the best amongst the restaurants I ate in the recent times in Vizag. Service in restaurant was very late. They need to improve that. Location was good. Just near to the main road. Tariffs are reasonable. Overall a nice stay.

The hotel staff were professional and the check-in was quick. Really good ambience and the room was clean and tidy. The bathrooms were also good. Lighting could've been far better. It was very dim for some reason. Breakfast was tasty and was worth the money

The rooms are quite spacious, comparable to a 5 star ..and this comes from real experience. We did notice an apparent lack of communication between front and back offices, but the front staff are patient to your rants, and sort things out. The restaurant served great food, and I recommend the Ala Carte, but beware that the service between successive orders is slow. Overall polite, cheery staff..

Hotel was good. Decent in maintaining the rooms in a clean and hygiene status. Front desk did their best in assisting us with adhoc service requests. They can do better that’s why 4 starts. Overall stay was decent.

Nice hotel but having two blocks. Always check if they provided your room in main hotel building or in a adjacent extension building across the road. The other extension block is bit basic and one need to come down and cross the road for restaurant.. Buffet is nice with courteous restaurant staff. No Bar. Good accessibility to road and beach is apx 2kms walkable. Good Hygiene was maintained.

I had a very bad experience with the hotel as I am regular customer and stays in the hotel atleast 04 days in a month where as when I booked my trip , Due to un avoidable circumstances when I approached for a cancellation through make my trip hotel has simply denied for the same and also informed that if I cancell my booking I won't get single penny as refund, If this is the way of handling regular customers customer always opts for better option too. It seems management does not have value of regular customers . And this made me to think twice before booking my next trip. Just responding on this comment as sorry may not service customer satisfaction. I want to tell the hotel respect your customer from bottom of your heart not from mouth. This need to reflect in service not through a simple word sorry !!!

He will help you to the best food also fulfils any custom requirements. Hotel is just 1.2 Km from the Beach. Rooms are well maintained, air conditioning is good, toileteries are stacked, mini fridge, snacks bar, DIY tea n coffee. A great 👍🏻 to this place.
