The Hotel is not what it looks in images the rooms are small, smelly, the bed and bed sheets smell bad and horrible. The hotel has fancy entrance and fancy restaurant at the entrance to mislead people it’s a old hotel. The staff will give you misleading information and after you have made the payment and booking based on the info and come to stay they will ask to pay you for breakfast even after mentioning everywhere free breakfast and also there booking partners are misleading the rooms are not worth 1500 for the size and poor service but for such a room paying 2500 and paying for breakfast even after saying free breakfast is cheating !

Very bad attitude. Rooms are too small. From reception they called via intercom and informed that we have complimentary breakfast. Then after breakfast they came and asked us to pay for breakfast. Too irritating attitude.

I went for an official trip. The rooms were affordable with tarrif from 2800 onwards( tax excluded). One can get corporate discount with complementary breakfast. Rooms are okay with queen size bed, television with local cable network. Bathroom is small and is not at the entrance of room. Whole of the hotel has central AC. Food is tasty. Also has fulka and chapati options. Breakfast is typical south Indian with additional fruits, juices and some north Indian option.

One of the best Theme based hotel. Be it Ambience of stay or hotel or restaurant. They had taken it to the BEST. From Rooms,Staff,Service,Food. Everything deserves a 5 Star. Want to have a different stay than normal one give it a stay try 😜 Note: I booked during an offer of my booking app so got it lesser than expected other wise expect the prices to be little higher than normal.

The review is regarding the restaurant and its spread into two parts 1. Online Order First we ordered through Swiggy , After hearing about the food from couple of people . The food taste is great , potion size is optimal and price is reasonable . Must trys are ( based on our orders ) 1. Veg Pulao ( its exceptional ) . Combine it with a curry for better experience 2. Paneer & Chicken Butter Masala 2. Dine In We went for dine -in due to a heavy rush at daspalla and we are glad we did that . A. Ambience : The place is arranged well but space is comparatively small that makes it feel little populated and noisy . Though the continous play of songs and nice interiors make it feel comfortable . B. Food : Food is excpetional . From the soup to starters to lemon soda , whatever we ordered was good . The PBM stands out and to our surprise it was way better that what we got through online order ( i guess they make differently for online orders and dine in ) . The cost is reasonable for all expect for the lemon soda that around Rs 120 , which felt unnecessarily overpriced . Recommendations : A must visit place to taste good food . The taste is different and detour from most of the vizag's restaurants.

Short eats are decent. Portions are adequately good. Methi Chaman is a must try disk. Their signature disk vegetarian and chicken cigars are unique in their presentation.

Excellent food and decor matches with the name. Only issue is the oarking space fir vehicles as it needs to be parked on the road which is very busy and so finding a parking is difficult.

Booked three rooms and stayed in the hotel on 2-3 Oct'23. Breakfast was very good. Room services were not good as expected. One of the room has problem with bed. None of the room has a bucket in bathroom. Due to construction/plaster/painting, dust and paint smell were in air and difficult to breathe. Lift was old model, once we stucked in that lift and we called to reception. They do not respond quickly. 4 children were with us in the lift. We are worried inside the lift but they were all relax as nothing happened. Bad experience need improvement in service.

The receptionist was not at all cooperative. We were arriving early so i asked about early checkin and price on phone. They informed me early checkin is there and room will cost ₹3200. But when i searched online i found discounted price. I checked with them on phone that and they asked me to book online but forgot to mention early checkin is only free if we DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. Although Agoda clearly mentions 24 hours checkin. When we reached hotel our checkin process became very chaotic. They charged us extra for early checkin. And they kept on saying we are not responsible for whats shown on agoda, you talk to agoda. We will definitely talk to agoda about this confusion but the way receptionist was talking to us was not the right.

Went out for a dinner to this place. One of the best Paneer serving restaurants of Vizag. Also one of the only authentic restaurants serving North Indian food in entire Vizag. Staff is courteous. Food is cooked at hygienic kitchen. Serving is well mannered. Taste is good. Overall - 4.5/5. Only if the staff would have been a little prompt at their service it would have been a 5/5. That implies longer wait times for your food to get cooked.

Yes it's very poor .The parking was so and so bad in condition we checked out but they don't refund our money even they are asking for the water bottle money that they have gave in the night . Actually during the parking time one of the staff of the hotel hit our car and told that it's normal.... the car got scratches on the front but they don't have any regrets... My experience with that hotel was very bad So I will not recommend that hotel

The rooms are good, cleaned, ambience is also good with a touch of Ship's instrument as decorative items. The room service is slow and takes time to respond at night. The hotel also did not provide free water and charged for water at the reception.

We have visited the restaurant for Sunday lunch. Few starters like fish fingers are fresh, crispy and good. But chicken sheekh kabab was half cooked and chicken lollipop was too salty. The gravy served for biryani was too cold as if taken from fridge.

I have been to this hotel 5 years ago, which is why I decided to go back and was not really pleased with the hotel now coz they didn’t maintain the same standard as before. The bed linen was dirty when we checked in. We had to ask the staff to change the bed sheets, pillow covers and the pillows itself as they were in a bad condition. Noticed cockroaches in the bathroom. So wasn’t happy. It’s still a decent place and is reasonably priced but I really do wish they maintain the place.

Careful while booking here for a stay. Confirm your stay by calling ahead two to three days before checking in. The location is good, the rooms are good. Food is awesome but a bit pricey.

There are so many things wrong with this place. 1. Rude Staff: The manager here is very rude and talks with guests as if we were his workers. 2. Terrible Service: The housekeep and room service is not so good either.. even after repeated calls, either no one picks up or blantantly ignores the requests. 3. Unreasonable Pricing: Even small things are overcharged here.. A liter of water bottle would cost you nearly 50, and cup of tea would cost you 70.. which is available in 5 rupees out side.. and breakfast that is not even that good will cost you 300 per person. 4. Unprofessional place: The check out experience was terrible. Not only were they trying to charge a 1000 rupees for being slightly late (10 minutes) for check out, but also accuse you of something you didn't do (In my case they blamed that I spilled coffee in the bedsheet) and try to charge me more. My opinion about this hotel is that, you could stay here, but only if it's the last hotel available in the city of vizag.

The port hotel vizag is great property, value for money is the key. cleanliness and service is at par with 5 star properties.i stay here once in a month for 3-4 days, they have never failed to impress me. only issue is with the banquet hall, if there is any function being hosted there, then you can say goodbye to your sleep.
