Third class , booked through OYO, oyo has cheated. Never book through OYO. Breakfast was complimentary at hotel, OYO charged 300 per day, make fool. Hotel has served what idli and vada only, no tea available, no samber available, third class service. Paper plate severed bad condition. Hotel forget to do house keeping also. Tv for name sake, always shows no signal. Lot of issues in hotel. Never book hotel through OYO. I have paid full payment through online, but after reaching hotel hotel asking that part payment is blance. Customer Service Of OYO worst. There always network issue and keep you on hold for 5 to 10 min. After that also no solution.

Love this room. But service is not excellent but OK. There were no lights facilities in washrooms.

Locations is good. Kind of okay for one day stay. U have to walk a bit to get food as there is no inhone restaurant. If u ask the hotel they can only provide tea which costs 15 rupees. There is no breakfast available. The room locks are kind of the worst. Be careful while unlocking the room. The key got broken and we were forced to sit for more than 30 minutes as they don't have a spare key also. The reception fellow will not listen to you at any cost.

Don't provide proper service, They don't have proper information among themselves about hotel - one say it's solar and other say it's geyser for hot water. ****They enter to rooms without our permissions, when we are not available inside and leave room unlocked 🔓**** Provide us room without cleaning from before guests - picture provided TV won't work - picture provided ***2 stars are for some of those staff who are working properly**** otherwise it's 0 ZERO for Hotel

Booked this for two nights after looking at some positive reviews. Utterly disappointed with the way the washrooms were maintained.i was informed earlier that there would be no room service available due to covid restrictions and even if I wasn't informed about it during booking I agreed to it.But the washrooms smelled terrible and a tap that fills the bucket was broken. They didn't fix the tap during my entire stay and sent someone to spray a freshner after the first day. One of the maintainance people even refused to dispose off the garbage from our rooms because he says they would do it only after the rooms get vacated. The only guy who even tried to help was the receptionist but even he had nothing in his hand I assume. The only reason I gave those 2 stars was out of courtesy to the receptionist who answered my questions properly with dignity and the management should inspect the rooms every now and then.

No chance for early check in. Even if you confirm with them through telecom. Coming to rooms Suite is better , classic is not at all recommend. No room service, no house keeping nothing. Strictly OYO which welcome couples

Hotel is very nice you can use Google map or you can say near CMR mall.. from mall it is near about 850m.. inside hotel room is very clean but not washroom. Bath tub is not clean there is no facility of hot water taps were broken. Receptionist are cooperative.

it was a very bad experience with this hotel. We booked a room from agoda and after reaching the hotel he said there're no rooms available and you can go look for other hotels and we were checking in at night and after making us wait fr an hour he says us to search difft hotel at night 10..overall it was very bad stay.

Decently priced clean rooms with windows AC was working and they have option of paying online lift is there. Only thing which i find odd is that they don't have in house kitchen

The room was a mess which includes floor, bedsheet, blanket cover and pillow covers. After complaining, they changed bedsheet and blanket cover but gave excuse of covid laundry staffs are unavailable. Where as in this situation, you need to make sure hygiene is maintained. It's 400mtrs from NH16 which is a big plus point. Car parking was there with proper security. They have a restaurant as well.

Well i was there for 5 days.. thats why i can review this hotel with pros and cons. Pros: 1. Good location, best for business persons cause its located in the heart of the city. 2. Nice rooms, specially suits.. best overall maintenance. Big rooms 3. Bath tub, you guys may lough on this but yes i found it as a nice thing to have a bath tub in 3 star hotel at this reasonable price. Cons: 1. Restaurant is present in the hotel at level 2, but i didnt find anything tasty in it. However prices are very decent, most of the dishes for 99 INR.. but what i think that hotelier can increase the price to get good dishes in this restaurant. 2. Breakfast has no options. Only idly, vada and upma in one plate. So book without breakfast if u can eat this. Overall good hotel but without good restaurant. Staff is good.

Horrible experience. Bed linen was not changed after the last check out. There were hairs on the bed, blanket and pillow. TV has not on/off switch. AC was not in working condition. And the restaurant food (Idli/Sambar/Chutney) was the worst food that I have eaten.

Clean rooms, supportive staffs and most of all reasonable price. One of the great place to stay in Visakhapatnam. Issues are, they are not having their own restaurant and you need to order outside food. Breakfast menu is very limited (only idli and vada) and small in quantity, if you can manage these two then it's very good to stay in.

Few staff at reception behaves really bad 5. There are no such food options available outside the hotel also. You need to go far to have food. Please avoid hotel without food.

Not worth for the money. Suggest other travellers to look for a different property for the same price or even lesser price. Bathrooms are not clean, front desk not receiving. This place is not for families. for short term hourly rentals most of them.

Beware of the locks and keys in this hotel. They will not be having spare keys inturn demand guests to pay heavy charge for making new one with spare. Other locks in bathroom, main door too has problem.

Room service is not upto the mark, the ACs don't work properly and we had to shift 2-3 rooms for a functional AC. Breakfast provided is ok. Easy access and parking are good.

I experience very bad about oyo. Because i cannot find room with oyo app. Recently i booked rooms in Hyderabad and visakhapatnam but no luck even thought i paid the money online and they are asking more money showing in oyo app. it is strange that one week before i booked the rooms are sold to new people who visiting the hotel and giving old and uncomfortable rooms who booked from online. I thing that oyo standards are not upto mark. becaused due to these i have left hope on further booking with oyo. i dont thing oyo standards are not going on right. everywhere money robbery on the name hotel rooms. Please improve your standards of clean and trust worthy. no direct contact to resolve the issue. now oyo are booked for commercial dating services everywhere.

Had to wait for over an hour to get my pre-booked suite room. So many service issues. Never choose this hotel for suite rooms. Plumbing issues, not completely clean, etc. were the main concern.

None of the staff members were wearing Mask. No sanitizers available at the reception. The bedroom was extremely dirty. Seemed like the bedsheet, blanket and pillows weren't changed (which, on complaining, the staff obliged to change and gave the excuse of less laundry staff due to corona, which isn't an acceptable excuse), the floor wasn't swept or mopped, there was dust accumulated all over the furnishings. Bathroom was dirty too and the toilet fittings were broken. We had driven 1030kms that day from Bangalore to Vizag and had no other option but staying here as we reached at 11pm, had to book last minute, were completely exhausted and this was the only hotel we could find over the NH within our budget that looked decent. We were OK to adjust for one night. But wouldn't recommend for a longer stay.

Amazing hotel and hotel staff. Loved the stay there. 24×7 room service.Housed with all the basic amenities.Lil disappointed with the unavailability of coffee and lemon tea on any day as mentioned on their menu. Rest all are fantastic. Would love to visit again! 😊

Checkin experience is very bad, We went afternoon (Almost after 4 hours than scheduled checkin) but they asked to wait another 45 mins because the room is not ready and cleaned.

According to price it is not recommended..if you get it below 1k you can stay there..else you can check some other options

Hi, We have recently been here for a vacation. Experience with this hotel was really awesome. Room, bed, bed sheets, pillows, bathroom, cupboards etc were really neat and clean. We stayed here for 3 days. They clean the room daily. Awesome maintainance. Reception was quite good. There's an in-house restaurant and the taste of the food was quite good as well. They also provide complimentary breakfast. Highly recommended 👍
