The hotel doesn't have any standards for the price charged . Even the restaurant food was horrible . They provide room service menu on the restaurant .even they charge extra amount apart form the menu price . No billing was done . Just they write on the KOT slip and prest the bill. Better avoide this type of hotels .

Loved the ambiance and hospitality.. Nice food nd restaurant. Room's were clean and well maintained. Room Service was good by restaurant. Loved if they provide more tv channels. Outside food not allowed. Clean toilets. A long wait to get hot water. (Lot of water to be wasted) Complementary breakfast is ok. Any 2 items with tea or coffee. Some of the rooms were filled with smoke or pungent smell. 18,19 series. Replaced after some conversations.(eventhough rooms are free,not willing to replace room) And would be great if they provide free drinking water and more varietys of food.

Newly constructed hotel with all modern things. Goods- 1. New and nice 2. Ambience 3. Lounge,bed, room, windows 4. AC ,fire points,bathrooms 5. Good people at reception 6. Room service and food Bad. - 1. A little away from city centre. 2. Price of food( ok for regular travellers in the range of hotel.if you have booked on sale ,offer or deals than it is a bit pricy.)

Being a single hotel in the visnity you do not have any other choice. Infra is good but services needs lots of improvement , even for basic requirements in room you need to remind them . They need to improve alot in services. Food is excellent here , they have day wise menu veg and non veg both.

One of the best hotel in health city, Hanumanthvaka Visakhapatnam. Complimentary breakfast is provided is really delicious. Staff is well behaved and cooperating. Housekeeping done regularly. Rooms are spacious and neat & clean. Lift is available. This property is 6-7 km from the city centre but located at very peaceful area. Kailashgiri and Tenneti park are very nearby attractions. Highly recommended.

This is situated in the health city of Visakhapatnam. The Hotel was too good. We went there for the excursion. And booked the whole hotel. The staffs were well trained, and well mannered. The service was quite good. And Food quality was too good. Cleanliness was good. Service was too good. Indeed a good experience. If you want a good hotel in medium rate then go for it.

Rooms are clean. Service very poor by staff they are very undisciplined and reckless. In the restaurant we had complimentary breakfast, it is far below average. Coffee is very tasty. It is an isolated place away from city.

Comfortable rooms and decent ambience. Food arrangements for Oyo customers i.e complimentary breakfasts aren't so good. No buffet arrangements, need to choose two dishes instead. Taste is okay but very limited.

I had to visit a nearby hospital for a doctor consultency. Stepped in to Loren restaurant as it was the only good rated hotel at this place. I ordered only single item with mini meals. But my bad it took almost 40 minutes to get that served. Where as there were few customers by that time. Horrible to wait for just a single item. Make sure if you are in hurry then to avoid this restaurant.
