Despite
reviewing
it
poorly
once,
couldn’t
stop
myself
from
writing
a
review
again.
We
booked
this
hotel
being
an
ITC
property
only
to
realise
it
is
Much
Much
below
the
standards
of
a
3
STAR
hotel.
Initially,
food
was
offered
to
us
in
a
dungeon
which
was
later
changed
to
the
main
restaurant.
However,
the
other
services
are
as
drab
as
everything
else
in
this
hotel.
The
only
nice
people
in
this
hotel
is
the
HOUSEKEEPING
staff.
Laundry
-
please
avail
laundry
services
only
if
you
are
planning
to
stay
for
a
few
days
so
that
you
can
get
it
back
also.
I
gave
my
clothes
for
ironing
which
I
didn’t
receive
till
18
hrs.
Had
to
wear
old
clothes
then.
Dining
-
the
breakfast
spread
is
restricted
to
south
Indian
cuisine.
Budget
Hotels
like
IBIS
serve
much
more
variety
than
this
hotel.
To
top
it
all,
their
hotel
staff
doesn’t
understand
what
courtesy
is.
At
the
main
desk,
a
staff
named
Miss
SURUCHI
showed
rude
attitude.
First
of
all
she
didn’t
have
a
know
how
of
the
hotel
and
when
approached
with
an
issue,
she
would
put
the
blame
on
the
guest
for
their
drab
services.
This
is
HUMILIATING.
And
yes,
she
may
say
that
she’ll
come
back
to
you
with
any
query…..
but
she
won’t.
A
big
disappointment
to
know
that
with
so
less
occupancy
in
hotel,
they
are
not
able
to
provide
the
hospitality
as
expected
from
a
ITC
hotel.
The
staff
is
incapable
&
rude.
My
suggestion,
there
are
other
excellent
hotels
like
TAJ
GATEWAY
&
NOVOTEL.
Our
friends
who
stayed
there
shared
excellent
reviews.
So
book
them
to
avail
better
services.
Please
DO
NOT
BOOK
GRAND
BAY
HOTEL.
