The rooms are small but clean. Hardly any space to keep things. Breakfast was disappointing. Bread packet kept was having the last expiry date and it was hard. The staff got another bread packet and we had from it but he kept the old slices of bread into the fresh packet which was not acceptable.

I have booked a hotel room with TREEBO MVP GRAND, VIZAG for family stay. Firstly the hotel itself is a lodge. They themselves are maintaining a lodge register. The Bathroom condition is worst and the commode is very ugly to use. Photo is attached. The bathroom door lock is not working and water is getting splashed outside on usage making the room slippery. The room is very small and smelly. We asked for a single bed but they provided two separate beds. Breakfast is ok.

Last time when I visited, the A.C was bit noisy and unable take nap. When complained about it at the reception, they said no one has complained us. Completely stupid fellows at the reception. Congested rooms. Waste of spending that much amount.

The photos online are a bit misleading as the hotel appears to be a bit larger than it really is,however the rooms are really clean and the hotel facilities are at par with many of the better higher priced hotels, however a bit too compact for some people's liking. They don't have lunch or dinner services although a full vegetarian, filling breakfast is available which is complimentary.

Visited vizag for 3 day trip with friends and selected this hotel. Will list the pros and cons below Pros : Located in the heart of city Breakfast, lunch and dinner available at walkable distance from the hotel. No staff interface, best stay for couples and family. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Cons : Don't book this hotel via OYO as the hotel charges you 1500/- per day and deny payment if made via OYO or any other means. Note: However they provide you bill of your stay with which you can claim the extra money which you paid at the hotel by raising a complaint via OYO or any other website customer service but the refund is based on there policies.

Not satisfactory. Rooms are small in size. Only one Towel given. Reason laundry problem. No TV signal due to cable problems. Bed sheet untidy. Room service very poor. For getting drinking water it is self service. Breakfast very limited choice. No restaurants facility

Lowsy group, Treebo has become next Oyo. The hotel person said I will receive refund for the cancellation that i need to do for a denied early checkin and now the so called customer service team speaks all rules and logics. Unfair for a regular Traveller like me. Better avoid this hotel

They have claimed as 3 Start Hotel in app. But it is a no star. 1. No Parking Facility 2. ACs are prefixed to 25/26 degrees 3. Rooms are very congested 4. Rooms doesn't give good energy with patches and water marks on walls and Bathroom is average. 5. No working table 6. No sufficient light in rooms, Bathroom lighting okay. 7. Wi-Fi will not work Even the boy tried to help for an hour 8. Disappointed with kind of high price for the kind of service they provided. 9. Only thing that's good was the response from front desk (only response) 10. Preferably for solo business travelers not families

Good hotel and is in the main market area. Safe place for family and even for solo travellers. They serve a good breakfast which is included in the room rent. Convenient to move around to all tourist places. The Lumbini garden is just 750 metres. Rooms are neat and clean The hotel provides water bottles and coffee n tea packets with a kettle to enjoy your morning coffee. The bed is good to have good sleep. The room also has a TV. There are restaurants around to have dinner or lunch. Just opposite to the hotel there is a take away restaurant where good food is available , one can bring from there and have food in the room.

Rooms are small but clean. There is a Domino's Pizza near the hotel. Additionally, there is a South Indian breakfast restaurant and meals place nearby. However, there are no Hindi channels available on the TV. Although breakfast is complimentary, the taste was not good. Kailashgiri is only 1 km from the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience.

We stayed here 3 days for Dushera Holiday's. MVP colony is a posh area in Visakhapatnam, this hotel exactly just 50mtrs near to Samata College. So you will get more varieties of food(breakfast, lunch and dinner)with cheaper price. All the required facilities are very near by!! Just go for it, even though it's bit high priced but it's worth full...

Nice experience overall..All basic amenities like AC,Hot water,TV etc are available..Staffs behaviour are good .They will not disturb you unnecessarily.Complimentary Breakfast is an added benefit..Overall good for short stay👍👍

The staff was very well mannered although they do not have a in house restaurant but complimentary breakfast was available. Nearby there are very good restaurants which is like hardly 10 mins of walking.

Shared autos available easily outside. No car parking. Rooms are ok in size. Elevator size is little small. Food can be ordered online during your stay. Helpful and cordial staff.

Hot water is available 24/7. Good bed. Well maintained and good service. Only cons are no dish connection available for TV. Rooms are small. No restaurant.

Clean rooms. Polite staff. Has all the basic things one would expect. Market and shops nearby for any other needs. Beach is also quite nearby (~1.5km) Rooms are a bit small for family but good enough for single person or two.

Rooms are really superb, neat, Clean and hygienic. Tarrif rates are dynamic, it changes based on the occupancy. I have given an advance for a 2 day stay but the plan got changed and checked out after a day, I didn't get the refund, i was asked to avail the room next time and then the advance will be adjusted.

It's a worst experience I ever had with a hotel. I made a request for early check in through Agoda, still they charged me extra and when I asked for tea as a complimentary still they charged us for that. The staff was not at all friendly and I have to ask for basic things like towel, extra bed again and again then they were able to provide it in the night. For the next day I asked for early breakfast and we were leaving early for Araku valley they said they will get it for us and in the morning no breakfast was served and we have to go out and arrange for it. I have not seen any hotel without a kitchen and we have to rely for food from outside. If you are reaching late you will end up having no food as the restaurant in the near by location are closing by 10 in the night. Never stay with them and search for better options

A budget hotel. Rooms from 1st floor to 4th. Location ok. Rooms are small, but neat & clean. Beach is walkable distance. No restaurant here. Opp: kalyani take away food is good.

Its a nice place to stay, the locality is good, you can get everything you would need. I stayed there for 2 weeks, the Manager there is very polite and as per your stay you can discuss with him for best possible tariff. The staffs are also good. Only problem is they don't have a kitchen not even for coffee or tea, although they have coffee machine in the facility.

We stayed here for 4 hours while on a road trip to Bhubaneswar from Bangalore. The rooms are clean and have all amenities required for a short term stay and location is great just on the main road. But if you are traveling by car, there is no car parking. And no nearby park area also so please be cautious

Good transit kind of a motel. Big No No is they dont have any parking, have to park roadside. We checked in at 3.00AM, the hotel staff was least bothered. They somehow woke up and gave us the room key and went to sleep. Rooms are clean, bathroom is okayish.
