Booked a room in this hotel through Makemy Trip and my experience was below average. The rooms were not that much clean, especially the toilet room. However service is good and staffs responded my words. There are total 4 floors with facility of lift to go up floors. One of the good thing about this hotel is the availability of restaurant in the basement which is pure vegetarian with good taste if you order full meals plate.

Rooms are not good according to their high tariff...we visited in december and they ask for very high tariff...but the service is not up to the mark....only the restaurant is quite good and they serve very tasty food...this issue a completely veg restaurant ..

Very good and safe for staying with family. The hotel is old but they have renovated the front face and reception area. The rooms and toilet were clean and the staff was helpful. The restaurant at ground floor is very good. We asked for discount due to early check-out which they politely agreed. Completely satisfied.

Disgusting rooms ever.. uncleaned bedsheet, washroom,walls, broken wardrobes, unhygienic washrooms, uncleaned floor, whole night you will experience the worst night mare with mosquitoes and insects will bites you through all the night.. it was just horrible experience for us..All the room they have the same conditions. Never ever book this hotel . Never pay the money in advance. It is just disgusting and pathetic experience in Vizag till the date.

We stayed in this hotel (me and my family and my friend and his family) around 2 weeks ago. Hotel was looking good from outside but as we went inside the rooms, omg the condition was totally different what we thought actually.Then staff gave us drinking water I used bottle. On querying from where they got the bottle, they were clueless. Then I requested them to bring water in jug. I have waited almost 2 hours to get towels(very dirty and rough to the skin) and that too I got upon calling the Owner of the hotel.Food is tasty but no room service. All locations are nearby from this place . Plz don’t visit with your family or parents. One more important thing I forgot to mention here is toilet seat. As and when you try to sit and adjust yourself over the seat, it would move with you. Thank god I haven’t got any injury it was almost over my right leg. Thank you

Just an average hotel with average facility and rooms,but hv good north Indian food and tea.

Visited restaurant. The location is quite ok. Dirty and dim lighting. Requires a lot of cleanliness. Prices are on a bit higher side. Service ok. They must improve hygiene status so that infections do not spread.

Very bad experience. No clean bedsheets or pillow covers are provided. No shower or geyser in the bathroom. Rooms are not very well maintained, very unhygienic. Electrical sockets are not working.

Only the Location is on good side. All other things of this hotel is worst. No proper service, broken window, lots of mosquitoes..Dont go to this hotel

By far this is the worst hotel i ever stayed in my life. For single bed, he gave me in the place with full of paint on the floor and in bathroom with no cleaning. yuk. gives me shivers imagining my stay der.

Worst ever experience and they will cheat the customer and no hygiene no room sanitisation they keep arguing with the customer and they provide the water from the already used bottel during Corona and will not replace even after telling the same. Many more complaint.. Please do not select this place to stay or visit at any Cost. Persons health is very important then money. Stay in some oyo hotel but not this place. Please ask for any questions I'll be answering. I Checked in at 9:30 PM and vacated morning 6:00. Lucky I got my own blanket, ded spread and disinfectant.

Hotel location is Around 30 min from RK Beach, Airport, Rail station. Rooms are small but overall it's ok. Room service could have been better. They have a own veg North Indian restaurant. Reception behaviour is very good. The view from the Roof top in the morning was excellent.

Room was clean but not what we expected after seeing images. Although it was fine , staff was cooperative but rude for online booking . although they helped and location was not very good . Not very comfortable for girls

The location of the hotel is best because it will be easy to main transport, even for food no need to take any tension. The hospitality given by the hotel is really good. All the staff are willing to help asked by the visitors. I feel really good and we came for project purpose and stayed for 2 days. Reasonably price for the stay. Thank you so much for your service.

I have visited this place for many times with my family , they make really good food And it's very delicious, fresh and affordable, it's a decent place to have lunch or dinner with family and it's 100% pure vegetarian restaurant

Very good restaurant near Vishakhapattanam railway station. Good quality food with lots of varieties. Rajasthani, North Indian, South Indian, bengali thakis. Taste is also very good. Very near from the railway station. Both fooding & lodging available here.

VENTILATION -NO NO ROOM SERVICE FOR FOOD. ATMOST THEY WILL BRING TEA FROM NEAR BY ROAD TAPRI IN DISPOSABLE CUPS. BEDSHEETS- NOT CLEAN TOWELS -WORST EVER CONDITION OF A TOWEL YOU WILL SEE HERE. BLACK COLOURED. WATER IS GIVEN IN USED PLASTIC BOTTLES. AVOIDE IS MY FINAL WORD.

Hotel was great but the cleaning of the room not changing the dirty pillow cover and bedsheet and when you will tell to change they are telling yes but not changing but bathroom also great and very nice and clean

I ordered tandoori roti which was hard as rock, then I had ordered plain roti, they added butter on it, and also paneer was not tasting fresh at all

Booked nearly twenty rooms in the month of November,2021 for a engagement ceremony. Owner Mr. Sitaram Sharma is a nice guy and arranged everything as per my requirements (Including arranging cabs for my guests) and Receptionist Ms. Kumari received our guests well and did her best in allocating rooms. I was told by my guests that everything is good with the hotel except the complementary breakfast served in the restaurant which was purely north indian dishes/ verities. It is not a big issue and I thank Mr. sharma and his team for providing nice arrangements and i suggest this hotel for all families as well individuals.

Rooms are a bit small. Service is quite good. Food is awesome though north Indian specially Rajasthani. You can also order Jain food if you are averse to onions and garlick. Centrally located and very near to the railway station. Prices of rooms are reasonable.

I travelled almost all over India and stayed in a various types of hotels which are satisfied with the price bt,, THIS IS THE MOST UNHEALTHY AND DIRTY HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE, FROM THE ROOM TO THE ALL SARVICES LIKE ROOM, TOILET ( STILL USING OLD STYLE PAN)TOO MUCH UNHYGIENIC.Food is also to bad, there not a small single thing in this hotel which I can say slightly comfortable. Very cheap in all way, the price of hotel should be max 200 for 3head room. Don't consider this hotel if you are coming to vizag there are too many good hotels near this location also. Rooms are very good with reasonable pricing. It will be better if the hotwater comes 24 hrs. We have to call many times to reception for hot water. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Try to provide safe locker inside the room to keep valuable things.
