The bad experience having food here . Hospitality is poor.. Food not at all satisfying...bad ambience. Waste of time and money...

Every time Car parking problem. To prices in tiffin section and there staff treat like a if u rich treat like a excellent and good service or you are looking like a poor treat like you are a waste fellow I don't like this hotel and don't recommend also

We went there for lunch over the weekend. Items are tasty, you get to choose a variety of food items from the menu. Price is reasonable and staff service is also good.

Can't share about rooms as had been there for lunch twice. Chinese is good and quantity is more than adequate. Value for money

Had been there for lunch ordered full leg chicken biriyani, chilli chicken, lemon soda, North Indian south Indian meals. Everything was good

Awesome hotel. Value of money.we stayed in Deluxe suit room which was very nice.If u r booking hotel after reaching there, it gives better deal than booking it online.We paid 3500 for Deluxe suite which was awesome.Breakfast was complimentary and decent.Little issues with parking but with valet parking available that also is hassle free.

I went for midnight food. It will be open till 2.30Am. I mostly prefer veg biryani and it's normal. If u are a dosa lover you would like this place

It's nice place for saturday evening unlimited snacks at terrace with movie using projector. We will happily spend time here with family ir friends.

We visited their restaurant, The food quantity was good but the food wasn't tasty at all. We ordered Fried Rice which was very oily and Veg Biryani had no veggies except for 5-5 small pieces of potatoes n green peas. I like the complimentary fryums, which was nice.

Since the complimentary breakfast was tasty the arrangement was shabby due to overcrowding at the dining hall,the adjacent hall was bigger and we had to cross two doors to sit in the adjacent hall after picking up our plates.this could be well managed by daspalla team which have rich experience in managing crowd.date--13th august morning.

Actually I went there for a function of my uncle courtyard was small it is functioning because of daspalla brand name and prime location as I see the lifts are old and have an occupancy of just 3 congested lift and the courtyard was also small there is very limited parking space as may be you have to keep the vehicle on road ( unsecured) I think the courtyard should be renovated and they should more focus on asthetics of the courtyard

Dishes are more spicy. Even though you order your choice of spicy level, they don't bodder.

Midnight dinner is good. I ate khaima biryani around 11.30pm. Taste is good and staff behavior also good.

We, a group of 20 members ordered "Veg Thali" it was the "Most WORST Food", I ever had... Very sorry, but it was fact.... don't go for "Veg Thali".....

Had a good stay in this hotel. Located 1.5 kms away from RK beach. Beginning from the entrance till checkout,staffs are courteous and helpful. It’s advisable to book through online instead of in-hotel booking as there’s always some offer going on in the hotel’s official website. Rooms are neat,clean,centrally air conditioned, well stocked up with toiletries and with good enough space for two persons. They’ve got a banquet room also. The restaurant attached is spacious and it’s even visited by persons not staying in the hotel. The cafe is open 24 hours. Complementary buffet breakfast was with the room package. Only one point meriting attention is the management should include continental foods like sausage,ham,salami,bacon,baked beans,different types of eggs to order dishes in the breakfast buffet. Overall tariff is slightly higher but comfort and money go together,so you shouldn’t mind. Final verdict- definitely recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in Vizag.

Worst food ever eaten they will not maintain quality in the food section and that servers and billers (old man) especially reckless they won't even answer to customer orders worst food ambience plz don't spoil ur health by visiting this resturant i will complaint to food inspector to conduct quality checks

Worst!!!! I order mutton keema mutter i didn’t even feel that it is mutton oh god i just tasted and send it back!!! And i explained to manager it happened he didn’t even respond properly simply he trashed i guess. But, I paid total bill what they charged for that dish...... please maintain good food!!!! Prices are very high quality is very poor!!!! No satisfaction 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

One of the worst hotel in Visakhapatnam...very over priced.....ofline booking is a nightmare...... they gave us exucative room which didn't have a mini refrigerators.... food quality remember me of food of jail......cold food served in South indian thali..... totally wastage of money.... Management must think about improvement in many aspects...like...food quality... luxury......and they should be transparent about the room tariff....online in Daspalla official site shows 3500 and offline they charged me 4500 for the same room .....very disappointing.... poor quality hotel

Worst customer service. This was not my first visit. Only twice I have experienced best taste in food(Chinese dish). Later from past months the food quality is so poor. Even the packing was so worse..using cheap quality packing material which doesn't make any sense in charging high prices. Even the food quality is not upto the mark. Road side food court's food is tastes far better than this restaurant.

Amazing location of the hostel, staff are amazing. Services they provide are more than enough to be provided in that price point. Rooms were not to the expectation. Hygiene was good but room was quite small and beds were smaller. Overall experience was great. Highly recommemded without a second thought. One major problem is car parking. Tho they have space for car parking, but its limited. They have valet parking but i didnt trust them on my car personally 😂 they were professional enough tho. So for car parking, its totally on luck. But normally you do get a space

Weekend tiffins are very nice. Vast menu. Includes grape, sugarcane ,butter milk, coffee,tea,masala , plain, ravva, sponge dosas, upma , vada, dahi vada plain, Tadka, carrot idlies, bengali sweet, sabudana payasam, cut mirchi, plantain bajjis, onion samosa, puri, chole, panipuri, papadi chat, bhelpuri, noodles with gravy , soup, finally cut fruits and ice cream. The cost per adult including tax is 300/-. Worth the money. Only Saturday evening 7 pm onwards available.

Overall Needs improvement! What I liked the most - friendly staff - comfortable rooms - good Wi-Fi What can improve - room cleaning (I found mud on the floor both days) - breakfast (taste could be improved and change variety each day)

TV got shut down by 12 midnight saying that the subscription has ended and to be renewed.. attaching the photographs who was very rude from front office.. Front office says there was a problem with the entire hotel and cannot provide TV services for the rest of the night.. and there is nothing can be done for the rest of the night.. Karthik the front office manager was very rude to the customers.. Will not recommend this to anyone..

South Indian Thali was worst experience when I ate with my Family today.Half boiled rice with very below average curries which costs 541 per two persons.Sai Ram parlour meal is far better than this thali.

Looks like the hotel has seen it's better days. The rooms were outdated and need a very good makeover. The breakfast was good, a wide variety and the service was good.

In the Daspalla website the rooms which was shown there and the rooms in real is not that same. Room maintanence is fine but not as expected. Staff was good and location of this place is also good. The lift in this hotel not good and need to be improved. And the cab services are available and all the places like RK Beach, railway station, museum etc are nearby to this hotel. Hotel is quite expensive but not reached the expectations for the money we spent.

The worst hotel were I spent in my life. This buggers charging money as per 5 star standards, but not even running the restaurants with AC. All restaurants are running with FANS until customers escalated to property manager. Even 1 rating also too much high for this hotel. I don’t recommend this for any one !!!
