Hotel has clean and pleasent rooms. Well maintained. Staff is good and interactive. provided good and quick room service. Hotel is easily reachable from railway station and can be navigated easily . Such a good and worthy place for stay. Had a wonderful experience here during the stay

Let me be completely open and share my thoughts in the hopes that it will help others enjoy their stay and, more importantly, avoid being puzzled when making a decision. To increase clarity while selecting this attribute, I'm going to divide it into multiple components. Location - From Visakhapatnam Railway Station - 2.7 Km From Visakhapatnam Airport - 14 Km (Around) So, in my opinion, the property is located in a very ideal spot, but those who want to commute by rail will find it more convenient. Pricing - Pricing is neither too high nor excessively low. But I want to point out that if it's your vacation tour and you spend the majority of the time wandering around the city and exploring it, you should think about staying at a cheaper property or a nature camp so you can have a unique experience. However, if you only have one or two days to spend on a business trip, this would be a better choice. Service - When choosing hotels, service is a key factor in ensuring a comfortable stay. My own experience has shown that while not exceptional, the service is nevertheless acceptable, but the property's staff is kind and helpful. The cleanliness of the unit, lavatory, etc., however, should be taken into account. The bathrooms are not very clean, and only half of the provided gadgets are functional. Such things are unacceptable if you are paying ₹2500 per night. Food - You'll appreciate the food's taste and how reasonably priced it is. Parking - They have got a decent parking space, so it won't be an issue. There are a lot of additional factors but I believed it was important to emphasise the ones I've listed above because they can help someone make a more informed decision. It's a mixed bag overall, but it could be even better. Thank you.

Worst lodge, Room key censors not working, every time, we have to call manager to open the room doors, No news papers at the Reception counter, poor Service, No boys are coming to clean the rooms daily, Popular channels in Tv , such as Gemini, ETv, MAA, etc are completely locked . Only ACT network channels are coming in Tv

Decent 3 star hotel. Rooms are fine but can be improved as washroom interiors look old. If your budget is high can look for other hotels.

Very poor decoration facility. Food taste was not as expected. Arrangement of staff is very poor. Room cleaning wasnt available, throughout the event. Cellar stage arrangements are very poor, and pathetic maintenance.

The rooms are good for the price. We had Buffet lunch for Rs. 250. Taste is fine, not that bad and the ambience of the restaurant is good for small gatherings n family outings.

The banquets are okay - not modern and clean, but are budget friendly. The food doesn't appeal too.

Good number of flies will be greeting you while trying to enjoy your food.Food is good but the serving protocol is quite poor. If you order entire meals course at once, everything will be dumped on your table and none bothers whether food gets cold or you enjoys warm food. At the last.... Hotel conveniently ignored Covid protocol.. So you to forget of the same.

Ate at the lunch buffet. It is fine. Like 60%. The major problem are the flies. They were such a hassle. Also some of the dishes in the were not hot, not even warm. Please make sure this doesn't happen. Otherwise the seating and menu is good. Love the Naan served.

Rooms are not that good and the cost is very high. At this cost same rooms can be available at 1200 to 1600/- rupees in nearby hotels. I faced wifi issue due to power cuts every 15mins wifi was not available.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and can say that its neither too costly, nor very less. Complementary breakfast buffet was delicious. And veg lunch buffet were pocket friendly (250 per person including tax) and its delicious too. Now coming to our HOTEL ROOM, its little bit small and to my surprise,there were no ceiling fan. BATHROOM was untidy, drainage system was very weak and hence water clogged everytime we took bath. Explained about the bathroom problems to the reception persons for many times, yet in the end they failed to solve it. Moreover, communication skills of receptionists and managers can definitely be improved for tourists coming from other states.

service was excellent, had a issues with the room we were allocated,the reception acted immediately up on information and changed the room,bf was tasty and made fresh on order.. over all a comfortable stay

Good price hotel located at a prime location. Food was good, less oily. Egg Fried rice and Mughlai Chicken a must have combo. Rooms are good, amenities are great. Had a pleasant stay here. Can be improved:- Complementary Breakfast menu repeats everyday which becomes monotonous for a person to have same thing every morning when on a vacation.

Central location, ample space in rooms. Very helpful staff in the reception and the floor. One suggestions would be that it might be nice to have a fan in the room as well as the AC takes a while to work- esp in summer. This hotel is great for families.

The Hotel location is nearby to Railway station and Airport. The rooms are very small. There was leakage in the roof of the room we stayed in. The Bathroom was not clean. The cleanliness is very bad overall. The coffee cups & plates have stains on them. The taste of food is good. Free WiFi facility available. Overall it's ok for a short stay but for those who seek clean washrooms, this hotel is not for them.

I stayed 7 days In this hotel. Room was ok,and complementary breakfast is also good, only the problem with the lady sitting in the reception, she don't know how to speak with with the customers.talking very rudely.Every day after noon in between 12- 1 pm she will call me and and ask when you will check out. one boy was there in the reception,very polite guy.That is way to speak customer, otherwise in Vishakhapatnam so many hotels are there, we have lots of options.The gm should take care of the things.

Attended a family celebration in first floor of the hotel. Front desk is available to check in related purposes. Overall good ambience at the hotel. Food at the family function was organised by the hotel themselves and the staff wore proper safety attire and good neat dresses. They were polite as well. Food especially was delicious. My only issue was Parking because there was not much available since it is first come first serve type.

I visited this place with my friends. We had a buffet lunch. It's good, but the service is in a very slow and neglected manner. It is located near diamond park. Very close to the railway station and bus station as well. I don't visit the rooms.

The hotel is good in a prime place and of course maintenance is good , but unfortunately the food is not great.

We were here to attend a marriage in Fortune Sri kanya and some group of persons were lodged here. It's located at middle of Railway Stattion and RTC Complex. They provided lunch in two consecutive days to us. The price is very reasonable and quality of food is good. Very delicious. Ambience is good. Place is spic & span. Serive staff are very curious & maintained decorum. Toilets are clean and tidy. It has a marriage function hall also. It's recommended for a decent stay in Vizag.

I think the veg buffet @ 210 inc.tax is the most value for money with quality. Soup Starter Roti N.I curry 2 Chinese dish 3 veg curries wet curries+ 1 Fry Chutney, Dal, sambar, majjigapullusu 3 Salads 2 sweets( ice cream) Curd, buttermilk, spiced jeera water. What else can we ask for

Value for money especially there buffet lunch is only 210 you can try it.

Hotel is situated in very prominent location. Service of all the staffs are excellent specially Rajkumar and Prashant, Pawan and Komali. Food service is also very good. My overall observation about the hotel is excellent. We will visit again.
