Extremely
poor
service.
Had
booked
a
room
for
my
inlaws
through
goibibo..
First
of
all
they
have
hired
a
new
receptionist..
Leena..
Who
has
absolutely
no
knowledge
about
the
room
condition
or
anything.
Took
them
a
while
to
figure
things
out
after
which
they
allotted
a
room
whoz
toilet
seat
cover
was
broken.
My
mother
in
law
almost
had
a
fall.
When
they
complained,
they
were
said
that
all
the
rooms
toilets
are
the
same.
After
insisting
on
changing
the
room,
they
gave
a
room
who's
fan
was
not
working.
Finally
after
a
really
tiring
journey
and
an
even
more
tiring
argument
with
this
receptionist,
they
were
allotted
a
new
room
which
was
not
great
again
but
better
than
thr
worse
ones.(we
were
also
given
The
option
to
book
directly
with
them
instead
of
Goibibo.
For
all
you
know
this
was
what
they
wanted
probably).
We
also
faced
a
similar
argument
while
checking
out
where
this
receptionist
had
no
so
called
intimation
from
Goibibo
about
the
room
being
prepaid
for.
Luckily
we
had
a
voucher
from
goibibo
which
helped.
Anyways
we
always
put
up
all
our
guests
in
classic.
But
from
now
onwards,
we
would
refrain
from
doing
so.
Very
disappointed
witH
the
service.
