The receptionist was not professional and they even charge for a non working ac room after our complain . So be prepared for this kind of circumstances and yeah they even start creating trouble when they found a girl with us .

Extremely poor service. Had booked a room for my inlaws through goibibo.. First of all they have hired a new receptionist.. Leena.. Who has absolutely no knowledge about the room condition or anything. Took them a while to figure things out after which they allotted a room whoz toilet seat cover was broken. My mother in law almost had a fall. When they complained, they were said that all the rooms toilets are the same. After insisting on changing the room, they gave a room who's fan was not working. Finally after a really tiring journey and an even more tiring argument with this receptionist, they were allotted a new room which was not great again but better than thr worse ones.(we were also given The option to book directly with them instead of Goibibo. For all you know this was what they wanted probably). We also faced a similar argument while checking out where this receptionist had no so called intimation from Goibibo about the room being prepaid for. Luckily we had a voucher from goibibo which helped. Anyways we always put up all our guests in classic. But from now onwards, we would refrain from doing so. Very disappointed witH the service.

Recently we stayed for 4 N in this hotel last week. Even though it is a service apartment, it's kept very neat hygienic and excellent service by everyone especially Vijay and Ganesh. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and served with affection.

Horrible front office. They do not note down the confirmation of our reservation and give wrong info too. when I called to book a room, the receptionist said that it is 24 hours check-in & check-out and confirmed my arrival. When I called after two for reconfirmation, they said there was no reservation and check-in is at 12Noon only. After some discussion, when I am ready to pay as per their 12Noon check-in policy, the receptionist said that they don't have any room vacant. Very irritating. She was simply saying "SORRY, and will not happen again". Who will come to this place again? Certainly I am not. They have spoiled my trip schedule and caused trouble.. Their irresponsible way of handling the guest reservation is highly deplorable and no way suitable to hospitality industry. The excuse she has taken is that their employees have joined only a week back and they do not know the rules. In such case, how are they put in front office. God only knows. WORST

The rooms are nice and spacious, location is great, just a short walk from the beach and the staff was fantastic and accommodated all our needs. They also offer a tasty breakfast.

Good rooms, facilities to improve as per pricing.

Worst of the worst service I haven't ever faced in my travel history. There is no minimum common sense for the service staff. They will come into the room directly without knocking, even though the rooms was very nice there is no privacy for you. The intercom is not working, TV is not working, food menu is not available. They don't change themselves you have to choose another hotel instead of this worst service 👎👎👎👎👎👎.

We were 5 advocate travelled from Mumbai It was fabulous experience and rooms were clean and service was to the mark, The Food was great in taste and Hospitality is awesome Overall 5 star experience

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. We loved the location, the ambience of the rooms and the common area, and the atmosphere in general. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast spread was extremely delicious. Shout-out to one of the staff members, Mr. Surya who took extremely good care of us, as if we were family. His attention to detail and diligence made our stay all the more enjoyable

Being a director of Contiguvenzaa Private Limited, I came here for business trip. My family accompanied me here. We opted to stay here and this was actually a best decision. The staff here is very cooperative. I would thank Mr. Vijay for taking care of my family's needs. Breakfast they served was very yummy. Rooms are clean and spacious.
