Tried booking banquet hall for a birthday function.. There are nearly 7 to 8 contact numbers given in the website, only 2 or 3 are working, others are not working at the moment. Even for the working numbers, no one cares to attend the call.. pathetic service.. If before booking this is the experience, I can imagine how it would be after booking.. Thank God!!!

The non vegetarian restaurant is not good...the service staff food all unworthy of time and money spent here. They will also never extend beyond to serve you veg meals

Had a worst experience recently. No adequate staff and coordination among staff is simply zero, i must say. Before ordering ask the person's name and his mobile number. Cause after taking your order, he will just disappear and after passing an hour somebody else will ask, what do you like to have. No surprise, you order might be served at some other table. I don't recommend this place. Not till I hear any improvement.

A vegetarian restaurant that turns into non vegetarian at midnight? Amazing food. Great ambience and a keen lookout for hygiene. Loved the place and the food tasted great! Only turndown? We had to wait on our order and literally had to wait for someone to give us our bill. The restaurant at that time hardly had any, while there were others pouring in.

It's a nice place to visit Meghalaya Hotels Private Limited . It's nice place for staying and we have rooms facility also available in this Meghalaya Hotels . We can celebrate any event's like Marriage , Birthday celebrations and different types of functions we can celebrate here . Excellent food. Average service. Good ambiance.centrally located. Easy access. Little less parking space for cards, any small event also there will issue with parking. Had a wonderful time in my last visit for breakfast.

If you want to taste the best North Indian food in Visakhapatnam, Meghalaya is the best restaurant. Here we enjoyed Daal Makhani with paneer vegetables along with butter naan which was really amazing.

Very displeasing food has no taste at all and very less quantity for home delivery they took literally 320 rupees not a worth at all . Iam a foodie quantity doesn't matters to me what matters is the taste... Very bad taste even a roadside foodcenter will provide better tasty food with reasonable prices

Been to a family function here. , the place was spacious, however food quality is very bad. Rice is under cooked and panner may have passed use by date. Entire family had bloating and smotach upset. Suggest to avoid this place.

I have stayed for 3 nights here from 15 to 17 June 2023. 1st day room AC was not working, informed reception to change another room. They given false commitment for AC repair immediately but it is not happened. 2nd after many followups they alloted me another room. Room service is not upto the mark We have to beg every time Even for drinking water. Food in Spice Affairs is horrible. We have ordered cashew chicken as starter and Ghost bityani, both are made with fully decomposed chicken and mutton which has very bad smell also. We asked concern manager on it, he was very casually replied that freezers are not working. How bad it is. Please do not go here for food in Spice Affairs.

Worst service... In free time also they are serving very late. For plate idly I wait for 45 mins and taste is also not good. Better not preferable for anything

The quality of food is good but the quantity is not ok if just sufficient for 1 person only. Veg and non-veg has seperate section. Anyway the quality of food and service is very nice 😊

This hotel is very old and has a great name. The food of this hotel is wonderful, the facility of staying in the room is very cool, there are also good rooms and after that the parking facility here and here you have a big hall in which you can comfortably hold any big function, then the railway station and The bus stop is near because of this and you also get a big road, there is not much traffic nearby, so according to me it is a very good hotel

The food was okay and the service was not that good and need to improve, and the rest was good ambience, place, best for parties and mocktails and we can see the cricket matches

The worst ever experience. The only thing good about this place is decent south Indian breakfast. Rest everything is below par. Reception there's no AC, common bathroom for guests are just like the bathrooms in the Railway Station. Worst service in the restuarant.

We had a ceremony there. We had ordered non veg buffet lunch for 175 pax. Nice hospitality, tasty food, neat and clean ambience, perfectly working AC hall. One drawback is that there is not much ample space to park the car in the cellar area. It's conjusted. Or you have no option other than to park on the roadside. 2 wheeler parking, no problem. I want to say a big Thank you to the entire team and management.

I have stayed in many lodges in Visakhapatnam but none of them compare to Meghalaya. The reams are clean and well maintained. The staff is polite and well trained. The location is very accessible and at the centre of the city. The food is also very good. The breakfast buffet that they serve is one of the best ones I've ever had. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely visit again.

Service of breakfast buffet is slow. They cannot cater if too many nos come. The taste of food is excellent. The Tea and coffee served at buffet breakfast is absolutely not hot so better ask them to serve fresh made ones. This experience was on a Sunday

A nice and cozy hotel in Vizag. I was amazed to see the attentiveness of the staff during my check in at 1:00Am. Hot water was still available and the restaurant was also opened It has a wrong mapping on google maps perhaps you need to take a little bit of help from locals

Went to the restaurant of this hotel after almost 5 Years but happy to share that the taste had not changed, items were really good and tasty. Of course the rates have increased but service also has improved.

Good food, friendly staff, nice ambiance, parking space. Only suggestion to the restaurant, please tell your waiters that they should ask the customer before putting ordered meal on the table.

Worst south indian thali and special thali. And please never order any veg Biryani(vegetable,panner) it is a suggestion

Ordered Cut mirchi biryani which was mentioned as hotel’s speciality in the menu. It’s the worst I ever had at any hotel. Didn’t expect this from a city’s legacy hotel. It may be the chefs and staff are not that great handling the load of customers. Also there is no parking available during the evenings.

It's super clean, neat, room service is great. The food is good too. The banquet hall is beautiful, overall I loved it. It's affordable its totally worth the price.

30 year above old hotel..maintaining well. Not big but for small functions can be done. Poor cleaning of washing rooms. Not bad. Budgetary hotel.

Worst service while serving food. I have to wait nearly 1 hour along with my kids to get my order when I got my food it was cold asked waiter about the food then he simply took back my food after 15 minutes he brought same food which was not as per standards to eat. Later waiter gave me two bills which I don't understand when I asked about the second bill he simply took it and teared the second bill and told me to pay the first bill which was also not worth. Not recommended to visit this place along with your small kids.

I have booked a 5k plus cost worth room and that was so disgusting... There are cockroaches and the washroom is worst...it doesn't even worth 500 rupees. Not a big rooms... The food was waste too... I have ordered just buttermilk and they gave that raitha one. Which ruined my breath smell... They changed our room,but even this is so disgusting.. don't come here... Waste of money.. very very worst experience

Simply love everything about this place, so many memorable moments spent here. We can never think of other place to stay whenever we visit Vizag. The food here is so tasty and delicious. Would definitely recommend this place.

Not advised if you want to have a luxury stay experience. The prices are overrated for the room size. There is no view as the hotel is lodged right in the city. It's more of like a lodge than a hotel. But the service and staff are good. Their complimentary breakfast options are very few too.

I had ordered some dosas and Sambar Idli from Hotel Meghalaya with great anticipations. All but taste is what I had received. The rava dosas and idli dishes were small and bland. The dosas were very brittle, literally like papads. Please provide at least some information on the quantity size rather than an image that’s much larger in size than what I’m getting for my money from a place like this. Though the hotel carries a title of fame from over the years, it’s food does not stand up to the standard it sets.

Was part of a birthday party and celebration, very well organised and conducted by hotel and the banquets , seating, service , starters,snacks and main course we'll conceived and served, dishes i must say we're delicious and service courteous and spik and span. Established 35 years back. Ideally located at the centre of the city. Well decorated lobby, very less parking space. people are attracted to to the taste of the restaurant. Rooms are equipped well .

Central Aircon problem always set to higher to room temp... Top management have Deaf ears... Ground staff (Anthony & team) very friendly and supportive... Room service great and tasty food available... House keeping warm and friendly...

It's one of the oldest properties of visakhapatnam. The food is good. Ambience is moderate. Located centrally. Walkable distance from the Bus station. Not a place for luxury. But if u want a city centre location or if in business trip, it would be suitable.

Room maintenance is little bit rusty and unsatisfactory. Meals are good but overall, outside facade is peeling off and it seems nobody takes care of it .
