Rooms are not maintain properly, full of dust and dirt. Free breakfast available, but food quality is not good. Most of the items are previous day cooked food were served. Totally worst experience.

Its one of the worst hotel you will ever get. Be it type of room or quality of service or food in everything its simply deserve ZERO star. Its not able to meet the quality of a local hotel also. Not sure how it got such rating till now. There must be some game plan.

Legitimately the best restaurant . Doesn’t matter what I get I end up liking it. My partner and I have been eating here for a few years now. Though it was shut down for a few months due to covid ,I'm really glad that its open again as they make the best recipes all the way from breakfast till dinner and probably the best desserts I’ve ever had!!

First of all, the rules note that was sent to me about the hotel says that dl or govt id is allowed. However, hotel staff mandates collection of aadhar despite multiple requests. They said govt. Employee's id card which also includes address, is not allowed and only aadhar is allowed. I had to wait for about 45 minutes late night around 10 pm for check in horribly, i have received food (in-room dining service) with some termites. Despite complaint, they sent the same food by changing the plate/closure plate. The receptionist makes fun of guests requests when guests ask that plates are not received despite multiple calls to restaurant. He funnily replies with a weird laugh "so what can i do, i am carrying plates" we had to call 5-6 times and wait for about 1 hr to get 1 bottle of water to the room in the morning. The number mention for room service never answered. Hot water doesn't come.

I stayed here for a day.Rooms are good and tidy. Breakfast spread was ok. I would like to appreciate Ms.Jyothi at reception desk who was very helpful. Was courteous to answer all the queries. Had a good stay.

I stayed here for 3 days. The service was good. Location was good. The room we booked was premium room. But the lady at the reception gave us downgraded room. This is not good practice at all. If the customer is paying you for the room they want, they should be allotted that room only. Rest of the experience was good.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 week. The room was spacious and clean. The house keeping is done every day. The staff is polite. The complimentary breakfast has good spread and you can order omlete and dosa to be made fresh along with the buffet spread. Overall our stay was very good. Thank you Bez Krishna...👍

One of the best places i had ever visited. My kids enjoyed a lot...It was an unforgettable experience for me. The quality of food is at its best ...The maintenance n everything of the hotel made us to stay for longer time ..and we will be coming more often to spend our time happily without worries..

The rooms are good. The service and restaurant is also good. Room tariffs are high when booked directly at the hotel; however, one will find better deals on booking websites. Toiletries and water are not replenished unless asked. TV in the room has a wide variety of channels available.

Not so well maintained room. Mattress are old and one can feel coil in it.Bathroom door have broken lach. Room card key also troubles us a lot. They have same menu for breakfast every day. Outside one get more options. Food is kind of Ok to me. Management is not at all friendly and cooperative. Front desk members and manager felt proud of postings a suits room photos(which is a wrong photo) against basic or lowest room in different online hotel sites. Room services person were good. Had lunch today here. Nice to see that only veg dishes are served. Quality of food is very good. Sweet dish item needs improvement.

They will deny check in even if you have valid id proofs.Even if you go there with your wife they will ask you to prove that she is your wife.The mangalsutra in your wifes neck is not a sufficient proof.They expect that indian women with mangalsutra and sindoor can sleep with other men.Such immoral fellows.The rooms were filled with cigarette smell.The receptionist has worst behaviour and she would behave as if she is owner of bez krishna property.They will harass you like anything if you go there with valid booking from makemytrip or other sites.They will deny checkin and not give your money.

Had veg buffet decent vegetarian food with nice helping staff lot of varieties to offer in buffet section. Overall good experience 5 out of 4 would have given if I had experienced non veg

Clean and maintained well. Will be more good if they accept food orders a little late. Visited this restaurant during late hours after 9 but well before 10 and they are very anxious to close the kitchen and straightaway told to order soon as they will be closing soon. This four star is for tasty food and cleanliness but definitely not for making us know that food counter will be closed. Atleast try to change the timings of restaurant displayed on the board.

As you enter the Reception you are greeted with awful muggy smell. Rooms are ok; Food at the restaurant is mediocre; I doubt if the hotel has a restaurant attached. Highly priced for the amenities. Parking is narrow & congested.

This is best ever hotel to stay and for food .we chose it second time in our trip to vishakhapatnam. All staff is very polite, they always try to give you best service. We are totally happy with their service. Food it the best. Variety in breakfast menu also. Most important - Rooms are spacious and very clean. Also washrooms are clean and hygienic.

the best part is the location which is in the centre , the maintainance has gone down ... some toilet faucets are rusted and old , room is quite small , service also is average as you need to chase the waiters to get your order. overall good but earlier standards are not maintained

Had an issue with water served as the water is contaminated and 3/4 people who drank water there got sick with vomitings and stomach issues. The only one out of 4 who didn't face any issues is the one who didn't drink any water there.The taste of food is good, went for lunch buffet.

Many,many thanks for making our function grand success. Everybody appreciated everything exclusively the catering. Cuisines were neither too rich in spices nor very light. Sweets and icecream were delicious. Decoration was also superb. Mr Vinay has co-operated at several places. Dining Hall and washrooms were maintained very neat and clean. My experience says that it was not only my function but also entire Bez Krishna's function. I don't know many people's name but as far as responsibilities are concerned e.g., the lady floor Supervisor, Hall organiser,Caterer all discharged their duties in excellence. What I have felt that my loyalty was also tested and trusted for which I am thankful to all and it inspires me to visit you again. Once again heartfelt thanks to your entire team.
