Really bad location, 1.5 KM away from RK beach. Surrounded by hospitals, nursing homes, blood bank. No other tourist/ hotel/lodge nearby.All those could be ignored if staffs were professional. But they are totally unprofessional. During our 4 days stay we have got break fast only 1 day though it was complimentary every day. Excuse was staffs were on leave due to pongal. Room cleaning were not by default, it was done on request. Bed was dirty. Not at all a 3 star as shown in advertisement.

The rooms are spacious and has storage and AC. The room service is decent. Bathrooms need some better maintenance and food options are super limited. Located close to RK Beach but as there's no landmark as such nearby, difficult to reach there without maps.

For couple of days, I stayed in this Guest House. I felt very safe and secure to stay in this Guest House. Rooms are good and has good Parking area. We will get an homely environment. I recommend for those who want a room near hospitals area. -- Ravi Tamada

Nice place which has quick access to various areas

Completely Oyo App dependent. Not possible to extend check out date or timings in the hotel. We booked two rooms out of which one of the room toilets were not maintained properly. Food was really bad.

This place has very comfortable rooms. Good service as well. All for a good budget.

Rooms are clean,fresh .but the breakfast it is providing of very low quality. Otherwise everything is good. Good service on room .

So much of bed bug is there in this hotel room no.201 and again come to reception hall area in sofa also more bed bug is there ...suggest to clean that all rooms and reception area immediately

The hotel 'was' very good one and 'is' average hotel. Rooms were not that much clean. The door of bathroom was broken. The exhaust fan was not working and broken. It seemed that the hotel was a dying one. The location is very good only 1.5 km from R K beach near zilla parishad and just behind blood bank.

Room service was poor and pathetic. For every room service the staff respons was very poor.The location of hotel is very good rk beach is near to hotel.

Room is not properly cleaned, staff is very unprofessional. Especially the night staff. Bedsheets have red stain marks.

A good place to stay inbetween the coastal line and main market. Specially it's distance from 200m to nearest bus stop gives to silence and near to ⛱️ gives to cool weather ☁️

Everything was great expect the TV.. Only free channels were casting.. Seems like they don't recharge for the same

Place looks better only from outside.but we had to keep waiting for hours .staff was unresponsive and had unsatisfactory interaction.The menu was included with complimentary breakfast but stay was negligent to provide one and kept us waiting for hours.The behaviour was tottaly rude.Value for service 0,Value to guest response 0.

The worst place to stay. Extremely poor in cleanliness and all factors. No way one should stay. OYO Hotels is not doing a good job in quality control.

Spaceous rooms, located very nearer to the beach, not maintained well. The bed linen is in shambles. The toilets are not kept well

Totally worth it the rooms are so great that you will feel like home but the staffs didn't fullfill the request.

Fantastic location with a walking distance to the beach, Novotel, and INOX. Serene ambience with ample parking space. Great place to stay with family.

Rooms are ok....but nothing to eat. They have a menu card but they get it from outside and they do not even have adequate utensils for serving the dishes as food is only room service. Too many mosquitoes.

Dear friends stay in is not for walk in customers they operate this hotel under oyo guidelines. You knew well oyo how they killed hospitality industry. Don't go under oyo labelled hotels. They loot our money. Becareful Oyo looting syndicate . Ask 24hrs check out not their timings . This is very imp. Have a good day.

Very nice hotel. I stay on 15th-18th October 2018. Room no 201 and 203. We reached at 4am on 15th October .. They give us room only take 30% charges. Hotel staff behaviour very good. May be the language problem is there. But Hindi and English is comfortable for them. They are very Co-opertative. Room cleaning and room service very good.. Toilets is also neat and clean..Geyser in bathroom.. From station will take 10 minutes distance by car..and sea beach is also 10 mints distance by toto.. Breakfast is south Indian food with tea or coffee.. Food is also very nice quality.. Only the problem is with AC.. Sometimes it will not work properly. So look over this matter.

Surrounding is good. Cleaned Room. Cleaned Bathroom. Pillow was smelling. Not easy to find Auto before 7 am and after 10 pm. OLA can be booked. Nice hotel
