    Experienced the worst situation ever, I booked this hotel on the way to visakapatnam from kochi in train and booked through online and received the booked mail. I got a call 30 minutes prior arriving visakapatnam at 11.00 pm that room is not available and further enquiry I have to call Oyo executive. While having a conversation with the Oyo executive he told that they will shift this booking to other Oyo properties nearby and given 2 Oyo properties which having less than 2 rating in Google and I agreed to book any that 2 and he told that the new 2 properties also not available after a long time. I was standing in middle of the of road for nearly 1 hour in the midnight. Iam writing this review infront of visakapatnam railway station with frustrated and it should not happen to any other person coming along with family. And the Intresting fact is when i contacted directly the booked hotel and the room is available with higher rate and this rate they mentioned in site is only for advertisement. This mail is not only for Oyo rooms and Agoda the booking agent.

    Management and staff behaviour, neatness are very bad. These people are full money minded. Shocking incident is they are providing loose mineral water bottle instead of sealed one. In the online booking portal they are charging extra for the breakfast which is not providing by the hotel.

    They were charging money separately other than what we are paying.no OYO customer care will responds to the issue. After reaching to the hotel they are behaving rudely and rejecting to provide room and simply saying no rooms go out for another we can’t provide the room for wt u have paid online or else speak to care or whateve but we can’t provide… please avoid this hotel don’t book….

    Oyo booking guy told the total cost is 675/- per room per day. I booked a room for 2 days. While booking online, i was told to pay 224/- online to OYO account. I did the same for 2 days i.e. 224*2 = 448 paid. While clearance from the hotel the arrogant manager behaved differently, demanded me to pay @899/- par day. I took up matter with OYO customer care but ended with no help. Before booking on OYO I warned my friends of this event. I ll also consider the booking through OYO.

    Service ok but if we book online like Agoda they specified a compliment like hot water,break fast, which they won't provide then have to remove from list Rooms maintained well ,hot water not available by 8am it self They provided an alternate heater that is good

    Hotel is quite good ..but service is worst.. we spend 3 days.. last day no service provide ....even we hear other new guest provide service but not us ..it's discussing ..one more thing even the receptionist take extra changes ..it's very bad ...am not recommended to this hotel ....

    I was not provided room at the hotel Spar Grand inspite of confirmed booking through AGODA , telling me ' room not available.' Your customer care number was continuously busy . Please refund my money.

    Worst management I've ever encountered. My reservation for this hotel was made through OYO, and the hotel staff later confirmed it. However, right before we arrived, they canceled the reservation, citing a lack of room availability as their justification.

    Worst hotel in terms of service ....booked 1 room for 2 guest through Oyo got a discount but when came for checking in they refused to provide room saying on this price we won't give....now checked in into different hotel but zero cooperation came for navy ssb ....never recommended hotel ....

    The rooms are congested and dirty , no complimentary water bottle, I booked via OYO but they charged me extra on the hotel. They always keep a agent who stays at the reception and ask for 5star rating forcefully and ask for your mobile phone. AC broken remote not working Fan sound very high Washroom dirty Service boy will ask for tip without any service

    Wrongly charged 500₹ cash citing early check in on 8 may morning 4 -5 a.m. although I booked and paid from 7 th to 10th may and it was 24/7 checkin. After they shifted me to their another property Collection O 5362 Spar Grand citing excuse water pipe blast though they told your executive that room available at Anu Grand. They also don't give bill for charge. They even harass u by asking how much you paid in oyo and if it doesn't suit them they ask for more money. Also harassment citing check out time over though u have booking for next day also. Don't book kind of Fraud business going on.

    The hotel ask for extra money even after booking online when there's a discount online they seem to say online apps like oyo and Agoda etc show any amount and they won't accept the online booking amount

    Room was very small. I had visited for my exams. And the Hotel staff has demanded additional money, instead I had paid full in OYO. As I don't had time to change another Hotel, I had to stayed there.

    I had booked a room from Oyo but at the time of check-in they denied and say we can't provide room in this amount of money and your booking has been cancelled and they provide room to other people in front of me with excess money and also they said to Oyo person that there is no room available in the hotel cheaters hotel The whole hotel is fraud and they don't have any manner how to talk with customer and they receive bookings from different website but at the time of check-in they charge extra money Worst worst worst hotel

    The rooms seemingly decent are infested with cockroaches. First I got a room in which the toilet flush was not working. Next they shifted me to a room in which the toilet jet spray pipe length was short and could hardly use it. The worst part was the cockroaches in the toilet all over.

    Rooms are very very small, just like a wash room. I stayed for 3 nights. Even room service is very very poor. Within 3 days no one was came for room cleaning. Even forced to use the bedsheets for three days. Very pathetic staying. I recommend everyone avoid staying even for 1 hour. Last but not least no hygienic environment.

    It's the worst and fraud hotel in Visakhapatnam, I booked online OYO for 3days stay however the female receptionist didn't allow me either offered me for that rate and discount to check in... I payed 4400 for 3days .. I asked for GST Bill which was not provided however their were asking for additional amount to be paid which was not fare.. It's the worst and bad experience for me and my family... Note : The female receptionist was rude and misbehaved with us..

    This guys don't even deserve a star, cancelled our booking while I was wanting to check-in, they don't mind keeping you stranded on streeta, I didn't had options to let my comments out so had to choose one, never go with them. They don't understand travellers complications and only concerned about money, which the guys will have to pay before their last ride. I curse they will!!! ¡!!!

    The rooms are average but you cannot expect much at this price. The hotel is located centrally and around you have many options to explore food. One thing that is pathetic is the service. You will have to call at the reception multiple times for the same things again & again. The reception folks are rude and sometimes do not talk politely.

    Location is good... Road is bit small. Parking slot is hectic... No connectivity from parking floor to hotel. Hotel Price is low Maintenance is okayish Staff behaviour is bit harsh Staff change Price from person to person Beds were of poor quality, when we sleep we can sense the springs inside the bed, clearly getting sound of springs when we move. Rooms were small Wifi is available TV remotes not working

    The beautiful Palace for living for enjoying the fun for lovely moment for straight forward things for some rise the yourself for love with family we are enjoying the food like those are like those are dosa like dosa idli sambar vada medu vada Dahi Bada there are many of the foods like non veg chicken mutton many more baby items Chinese lovely foods so cheap as banana s in middle class family reach Nariyal Pani that is the most beautiful things and lovely things for we for not Indian to be proud for in India

    The staff behaviour is ridiculous. They don’t even know how to behave. Full money minded. They didn’t provide me proper room service in my 2 days stay at there despite i told them. Rooms r small and not well maintained. After I booked on oyo , i went there but they straightly denied of availability of any rooms there but when i agreed to book as walk-in customer with inflated room price, they suddenly gave me room but in entry registers the room were entered under oyo bookings. Worst service . Ridiculous staff behaviour. Beware to stay in this hotel.

    Don’t book it online. If you would like it then come visit pay and stay. I booked it through OYO by paying in advance. When I reached the hotel they were asking for way more money. Beware! The receptionist understands only Telugu.

    I booked a room here from agoda... And when I reached there they carge extra 12% gst which I already paid to agoda, means I have paid 2 times gst for the same room... And when I ask for gst bill just because I paid gst extra, they started shouting at me... Then I realise that was not tax they fooled me in the name of gst...

    Very poor fraud hotel. Don't book from them. If you book online they will ask for extra money upon arrival in the same of gst. No breakfast will be provided even if you pay for the same online..Please avoid at all cost. Trying to scam people.
