The ambience is also decent We visited this restaurant two times South Indian food is very good.All kind of food is available at reasonable prices. We ordered Veg Dum Biryani, Chilli Mushroom, Veg Manchurian, Veg Hot and and Sour Soup for the first time. The milk butterscotch cake taste is very delicious Second Time we ordered Lemon Coriander Soup, Chili Mushrooms, some veg biryani Papads are given free in this restaurant Food taste is simply superb Perfect for vegetarians Everyone definitely try it once

Just now went to this place for evening snacks and coffee ....ordered for a plate puri and was served with nan (so thick was the puri) and the curry was not the routine potato and onion curry but was served with some thing else which doesnt suit the combination and is also not at all tasty. Next part is coffee .....never did i had such a coffee any where in my life such a horrible coffee was served by the captain ....and when i said that the tiffin was lime that and the coffee is so black and worst in its taste he was kind to replace the same and he brought another cup of coffee but from the same container and obviously it will taste the same .....the worst taste ......your people need some training i belive ..worst experience never did i have such an experience though i visited this restaurant many times before.

Loved their Heritage thali. Had a good combination of dishes including sweet, salty, savoury. The thali ended with a glass of grape juice.

Have been here for breakfast. Mediocre stuff. Onion Rava Masala Dosa was quite thick, masala inside had huge pieces of potato. Same story for Masala Dosa, dosa was overcooked, didn’t taste good too. Idly was okay. Chutneys and sambar were good. Limited parking available.

Decent restaurant with menu spread across south north india and Chinese. Centrally located . The ambience is a bit dull but overall feel is decent. The dishes are tasty but the north indian dishes are not upto the mark. Staff is friendly and the service is quick. Parking facility is also fine. The veg and non veg sections are sometimes mixed up due to crowd balancing. Overall a decent place for a hangout.

Food was not as expected. The place has lost its charm over the years. Staff and wait time was all fine. However the food did not have much taste at all. I feel proper time and care was not given to make the food. Most of the main course was below average and not up to the mark at all. The ambience is all fine, but I feel the charm is all gone.

Average, read a lot of reviews about the great spread out here. I felt it's average, not so great not so bad... Had phulka with mixed vegetables. 5 stars for phulka but the curry calls for just 2 stars. Filter coffee was awesome

The best place around Vizag for absolutely authentic South Indian food. Taste wise very much good. Ambience is nice and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they answer all questions patiently about the food and give information about their food. Price is unexpectedly low and very affordable and appreciable. Quantity and quality of the food is very good. Must try Rawa Dosa, Curd Rice and their own produced Vanilla Ice Cream.

Ambience is much crowdy with tables just placed side by side in the middle row and Sofa seats were fine Ordered Veg Hot and Sour soup,Chilli Mushroom, Veg Dum Biryani, Butterscotch Vannilla cake 1. Vegetable Hot&sour soup is 3/5 2. Chilli mushroom is good and taste okay 4/5 3. Veg Dum biryani is not as expected 2/5 and 2/5 is for only rice i liked, Nothing more than that 4. Worst restaurant. They charge a bomb but do not serve food with even basic quality and taste.. wonder how they have got 5 star reviews.. may be all of them are paid . Service is horrible.. will take 20 mins for serving thali... Will have to chase them for cutleries.. please don't try this restaurant even in hurry. Will have to scramble for parking

South Indian food is really good. North Indian is okish so I would not recommend. Covid precautions were being followed strictly.

As the name says this is a pure veg restaurant. Sambhar is very very tasty here. They will provide 3 to 4 types of chutneys with tiffin. Poori is also very good here. Onion ravva dosa and Tomato bath are must try here. I tried onion minapa dosa recently but it is not crispy and up to mark. Filter coffee will be very very tasty here. Interiors will be good except seating. Sofas are not that good.

We had dosa which is very big unable to complete fully, oil which was used was tasting differently and cost is also Little high.

Had nice Jain food for breakfast and dinner at tycoon restaurant. Notable items were Methi Chaman, Paneer Subji, Pesarattu dosa, Lemon Coriander soup and Gobi Manchurian. The staff was very friendly and nice to us. Since we were visiting Visakhapatnam for a vacation, we found tycoon to be a good option for nice Jain food. There are other options like Rasoi, Sweet India, etc. nearby as well.

The food was not good in quality and taste. Ordered a vegetable biryani and can't even understand how it can be called vegetable biryani. Even road side biryani will have more "vegetables". The staff is good. A bit costly if you want to go alone.

The food was really bad, including the service and other things. Also the roti which we ordered was not properly cooked and the starter what we ordered. What is opposite to what we expected orders and the person who is taking the order the manager was not at all cooperative he was very rude, I do not recommend this hotel

Tippu sultans are there. They didn't return exact amount. In the menu bisibelubath is 170 rupees, but they brought the bill for 179 rupees, i have given 500 they returned 320, one rupee not given, 20 rupees note already teared, damaged, they told no other note, i left note in the folder. Food is not worth of 179 rupees, its cost is very high, i decided to come here first and last.

Very strong tip culture. Food is good but have separate places for non veg and veg. You cant order veg food in non veg area. Doesn’t make sense.

Poor cleanliness : dirty tables, smelling tables even after cleaning Service was okay considering the crowd. Decent food : 1. Tomato soup was cold and tasted like red water 2. Channa batura was decent Channa soaked in too much oil. Bhatura was cold and flat when it arrived on the table (maybe not fresh?) 3. Meals was good although the roti was cold. Hot rice, gongura chutney, gunpowder and dal make for a hearty Andhra meal. Thali ends with a glass of pulpy grape juice.

This is my second visit and wanted to have sea food ordered Prawn Biryani and disappointed for the food (Mutton Curry) that I have ordered along with and it tasted very sweet and tasteless. With a great hope and to taste the sea food I chose to have lunch along with my business partners. Delivery of the food is very late. Entire customers who were eating on that day (yesterday 26th July) stunned for 5 minutes for the staff and some other customers had a quarrel shouting on each other and the staff are not in a position to listen or put attention to the customers requirement. Thank God! Soup is somehow Okay! To my utter surprise and astonishment there's NO Fish curry was available! That was bitter experience and I never ever had that type of mutton curry in my lifetime!

Good ambience with wooden interiors and art frames. Ordered Veg Manchuria, Butter Naan, kadai paneer and veg dum biryani. Food is good (4/5⭐) except for kadai paneer. Donot order KADAI PANEER - its bland, full of aloo pieces, not upto the mark. U feel eating mixed vegetable curry than paneer. (2/5⭐)

Firstly, the food was good specially the starter chilly baby corn and the ambience was cool too but I am not happy with the waiters over there. They were not quite friendly and were hurrying us to finish the food so that others can occupy. Also, it was quite crowded the day we visited the hotel. Not sure if it's the same way everytime.

Located in prime area of Vip road . This restaurant is managed by the Daspalla hotels group. The dine in area is very spacious and the seating very comfortable with cushion chair . Ambience is good but coming to the taste of food it's not at all good , bland food .

1)First off the parking is too small. Will be difficult to find a place to park around the area. 2)Not happy at all with the food. The Shahi Paneer I ordered was so spicy and the Tandoori Roti felt more like Papad than Roti. The only dish I enjoyed was the Stuffed Kulcha. The Soup I ordered was completely forgotten and unfortunately had to cancel it. I was looking forward to the soup but The Main course was served first. 3)The whole ambience and the space to dine is just so clumsy and feels like the walls are closing in on us. Not spacious at all. So make sure to sit in the corners if you can. Never pick the middle row. 4)The only positive point is that it is nearby the place I needed to go and it is a Pure Veg restaurant.

Food is good nice spending place with your loved ones

Managed by Dasapalla group, it has traditionally good food. Parking is small, but valet parking is OK. Has nice veg menu of South Indian and North Indian dishes.

Eat at your own risk. My vegetable fried rice ordered from heritage included a small insect/bug for free. Upon calling and requesting to talk to manager, I’ve been told manager and captain is too busy to attend my call. @daspalla - I hope someone is overlooking heritage restaurant as there appears to simply be no concern whatsoever and if issues with food hygiene are dealt with so lightly - god save your brand name.

Had a bad experience with Heritage restaurant. I have asked the manager to allocate a table and he said you need to wait for 30 min. After waiting for minutes i asked hime to write the names so that he can call, but he was not bothered at all and only asking to wait. I could see atleast 3 to 4 empty tables but no he is not asking any one to sit. Very bad management. So I went to another restaurant. Very poor management
