I
recently
had
an
unfortunate
experience
at
your
restaurant
that
has
prompted
me
to
provide
some
feedback
regarding
the
quality
of
food
and
customer
service.
On
the
evening
of
September
6th,
2023,
I
purchased
an
aloo
fry
(Parcel)
from
your
restaurant.
Prior
to
making
the
purchase,
I
took
the
precaution
of
inquiring
whether
the
curry
had
been
freshly
cooked
that
evening.
Additionally,
I
informed
the
staff
member
that
my
child
would
be
consuming
the
food.
To
my
dismay,
the
staff
member
assured
me
that
everything
was
in
order.
Regrettably,
upon
consumption,
it
became
evident
that
the
food
I
had
purchased
was
stale.
This
situation
is
deeply
concerning,
as
serving
stale
food
not
only
compromises
customer
satisfaction
but
also
poses
significant
risks
to
the
health
and
well-being
of
your
patrons.
I
understand
that
the
cost
of
the
item
in
question
was
relatively
low
(60
Rs
INR),
but
it
is
essential
to
emphasize
that
this
is
not
an
isolated
incident.
Similar
issues
have
occurred
on
a
previous
occasion,
which
compels
me
to
provide
this
feedback
in
the
hope
that
you
will
take
immediate
corrective
action.
I
believe
that
every
customer
should
be
able
to
enjoy
a
safe
and
pleasant
dining
experience
at
your
restaurant.
As
a
loyal
patron
who
has
visited
your
establishment,
I
sincerely
urge
you
to
take
this
feedback
seriously
and
implement
measures
to
ensure
the
quality
and
freshness
of
the
food
you
serve.
