Dear Nethi Vindu Management, I recently had an unfortunate experience at your restaurant that has prompted me to provide some feedback regarding the quality of food and customer service. On the evening of September 6th, 2023, I purchased an aloo fry (Parcel) from your restaurant. Prior to making the purchase, I took the precaution of inquiring whether the curry had been freshly cooked that evening. Additionally, I informed the staff member that my child would be consuming the food. To my dismay, the staff member assured me that everything was in order. Regrettably, upon consumption, it became evident that the food I had purchased was stale. This situation is deeply concerning, as serving stale food not only compromises customer satisfaction but also poses significant risks to the health and well-being of your patrons. I understand that the cost of the item in question was relatively low (60 Rs INR), but it is essential to emphasize that this is not an isolated incident. Similar issues have occurred on a previous occasion, which compels me to provide this feedback in the hope that you will take immediate corrective action. I believe that every customer should be able to enjoy a safe and pleasant dining experience at your restaurant. As a loyal patron who has visited your establishment, I sincerely urge you to take this feedback seriously and implement measures to ensure the quality and freshness of the food you serve. By doing so, you can not only retain your customer base but also enhance your reputation. Please look into what's happening around.

Vegetarian Lunch was okay; not that great. Plus; Andhrapradesh Lunch, pure veg, price (200), Location Cons; Keeping powders & Rasam on the table always - not hygienic While serving Rice, the bearer unintentionally touches Rice - this can be avoided Overall okay

It was okay okay things to visit not anything special. Taste of dishes other then Idly Vada is not good compare to the price. Service was fast but disappointed in food taste. But you should try if you are nearby. Hotels are many but mostly street vendors.

The taste of the food is good and the hotel is also well maintained and even the workers follow all safety measures. Only dissatisfying is the price. The prices are very much expensive where 2 plate idly is 99/-. Where, not every one can go for it.

Best South Indian food in the city. Must try all the specials. Best quality food. Good place for a evening family dinner if you want to fall in love with South Indian tiffins.

Very good and hot food is served. Taken tali meal, its very good. As it was lunch time, it was busy, waited 10-15 min to get a seat.

- To start with , one of the best places in Vizag to have the tastiest tiffins.Sambar and all the chutneys are very good too. - The rates are very highly overpriced when compared with other restaurants . I guess a 5 star hotel charges less comparitively . For ex : Vada costs 75/- and Ghee onion ravva dosa costs 130/- approx . - The Ambience is very normal like a regular road side restaurant. - The service is good. Not gonna visit here again if such exorbitant prices are being continued.

The only reason to come here is for the taste. They cause a lot of inconvenience they don’t have any payment options other than cash, no Paytm, no google pay, no cards nothing. I had to walk to the nearest ATM and get cash. This place is stuck in 1990s. They are also less hygienic. Never coming back here.

The taste is awesome and one of the best veg restaurants in town. One should definitely visit this. Its next to Sonovision, Maa Chutneys. I dont know why this is being shown in the palce which is near to Seven hills hospital. But yhe review is about Nethivindhu in Diamond park road

Good ambiance, but i feel most expensive for what they are selling. I took the parcel was not had in the Restaurant. Poor taste and better ro focus on the taste instead of ambiance. Initially i felt the name and board looks good but taste worst and road side food is much better

Good tiffin and meals place in the city. It's known for its podi,pickle and tiffin menu. I did not like the portion size and the prices were too steep.I tried the ghee aaviri kudum and onion sponge dosa.Taste was good but very little portion size considering the price. The chutneys and sambar tasted amazing though.The service gets slow on crowded days.I had to wait for 20mins to grab my takeaway order.Dining place seems neat and elegant.Card payments not available.UPI and cash only.Parking only for two wheelers.

Ghee and Dosa Lovers will definitely love this place... Ordered quite a few variety of Dosas here... Personally Loved "Ghee Avakay Dosa" and Ghee Idlies... Decent enough but a bit expensive... Worth giving it a shot...👍

The food is similar to subayyagari hotel in kakinada, nice telugu style food with quick response and less table waiting. Over all good timing and fast service.

Even the water they served seemed unclean. It's important to note that Spencer's restaurant likely thrives due to its proximity to hospitals. I have no plans to return to this establishment in future 👎

No washrooms, No parking, staff is not responsible to see what the customer needs while eating. Also looks like no proper sanitation, as the staff were littering the kitchen waste beside the entrance itself. I had a good impression on this restaurant for breakfast , however things have changed alot. Not worth visiting it.

Very basic restaurant, based on the restaurant name had very high exceptions but my experience is not that great. Issue with sitting arrangement, you will be forced to sit with strangers or share table with strangers. Very small tables/congested, If four meals placed on the table no place left to keep other iteam. Overall food was ok, should have been served hot food but all items served were cold.

Am only rating the service because I didn't get a chance to experience their food, unfortunately. Having been seated for more than ten minutes, none of the waiters bothered to check in on us. Tried to grab a waiter's attention twice and both instances they simply ignored to answer. The response was atrocious and not at all welcoming. I understand lunch time is rush hour, but outright ignoring a customer asking you a question is simply not hospitable. They may have good food, judging by the rush, but that place is definitely not for me. And to think I spent ten minutes prior searching for a suitable parking spot, this experience is not one I would like to repeat.

I recently moved to vizag I must say it's a good place to have food,but the staff need to be educated Always women speak to themselves and give very little time to the customers. I visited this place at least 15 times. I noticed customers from different states come and order something and they bring something a lot of miscommunication. I once was waiting for my parcel,and that day it took almost 35min to get my parcel meanwhile I was observing all the people and the way the staff responded.on that day one family from North very excited to have South Indian food came in and ordered a Epic list while ordering their faces were very happy they got what they ordered,but since I know Telugu and Hindi languages I could notice the staff making fun of them in Telugu language. I really felt sad for what I noticed. Nethi vindhu should also be called neethi vindhu,but not Neechapu choopu vindhu. The best part is the old lady sitting next to the cash counter her presence makes me happy she reminds me of my Grandmother God may give you good health Ammagaru.

Lovely the ethnic telugu food served here. Sumptuous options in chutney and pickles. One must try this place.

We had tiffin in the night and full meals lunch. In the after. Totally outstanding food. And the quality is excellent. Items all are good taste. Absolutely worth for money.

Tried Ravva Dosa and vada. I would suggest you to try it. Vada was not upto the mark.

Pure Vegetarian Hotel for LUNCH ( Meals) and Breakfast. They served in Banana Leaf with Pure veg meals. Vegetarian meals price is 200 ( including all taxes). But taste is okay. And this Restaurant didn't have Washroom Facilities for both male and female. Mostly Hospital visitors are floating to come yo this hotel.

Good for south Indian food but day by day services are very poor. Staff are busy for their personal mood. Sometimes you wait for some items but they forgot.

Honestly the place is good but but over priced. The chutneys are to die for which was yummy and amazing. Loved the upma pesarettu and also the way they have served the food. Good job with the seating and the order takes less than 5mins to reach to your place. It's nearly maintained and also the billing is done quick. If you are in vizag then visit this place for sure.

Excellent place. Had meal thali here and it was extremely good. We were thinking to try south indian food options while on visit to Vizag and our driver recommended this place nearby to our hotel. And the choice was well chosen. Different types of rice and curries/sambars/chutneys were offered which were good in taste. Service was good too. Highly recommend this place for meal options.

We were told that we will be served cold food as it was 3.30 pm. We ordered a vegetarian south Indian meal. The experience with the food could've been better if they served hot food. There were no tissue papers on the table. You'll need to ask the cashier and he hands out just one. Overall, I recommend finding other options.

Good, tasty pure vegetarian breakfast and lunch. I liked the curds served for lunch. Items prepared with ghee are special here. Recently, I tasted the coffee, it was super. The service is very good. Hygienic atmosphere. Overall, good hotel.

This is one of our favourite places for breakfast in vizag city. In simple words, it is the best and truly andhra. They offer nearly 4 varieties of chutneys all tasty and tangy. Ghee karam dosa and paper dosa are among their best. Place is hygienic and staff is polite. Prices also reasonable.

Taste is good and satisfying but the downside is it's poor and highly profitable pricing. Business will and should have profit but not over profitable for the owner and not gy luring the people. Definitely this will not be the place for regular breakfast you can try once or twice in a year that too when you not worried about money and you are fancied about the rich feel good(may be when you have some unexpected money or extremely happy to throw in some money for satisfying others or yourself)

Had paneer masala dosa after a long time,charged 140+7(tax),not worthy,roadside some shops is faar better.quality is not up to mark like previous,ghee quality also not satisfied.
