Food is okayish, but restaurant is not customer friendly. They accept only cash or card. Worst customer service. If someone forgets cash they just don't allow any other option though there are many people with paytm. They aren't ready to give alternative. They don't care to take our feedback. How would a customer feel good to visit again with this kind of attitude.

Worst. There was a person at cash counter 28 Nov 2020 bill # 22207, I did request a paper napkin, instead giving me a napkin he said, I am not a waiter go get it from the table. Such a pathetic, disgusting customer service. I bet this place will shut down soon review date nov 28 2020 . By the way food butter naan, naan roti and kadai chicken were very bad and foul tasting dishes shame on you delicacies.

Long long ago food was good not now. Just OK for the price. Specify clearly while ordering how spicy you want otherwise you'll get very very spicy food.

Yesterday my sister ordered noodles from here with Swiggy. Give. At the speed at which this was delivered we were doubtful about the freshness. After eating it both of us have been suffering from chronic diarrhea, nausea and vomiting for 24 hours now and may need to be hospitalized. This place may have been good before but quality has deteriorated now

Nice place to visit along with your family and friends for good food. Little expensive but quality good. Do not try lemon juice here.

Recently visited Bombay Restaurant and had an amazing experience! 🌟 Started with the Chicken Lollipop – juicy, tender, and the right amount of spice. A perfect appetizer to kickstart our meal. Opted for the combo which included Chilli Chicken, Dum Biryani, and a special Biryani. While the taste was fantastic, I found the portion sizes a bit on the smaller side. Nevertheless, the flavors were on point, and the kids enjoyed the food as much as we did. The ambiance was moderate, creating a comfortable setting. It's a family-friendly place; even the children were impressed with the diverse and flavorful dishes. Overall, a great spot for a flavorful dining experience. 👍

Two words, Chilli Chicken. Best in the world. The taste is out of world. When it comes to service, it will be very quick. Make sure while ordering, you stick to the originals because the rest of the menu is subject to your luck that day. Very inconsistent in taste. But the chilli chicken as I said, is the only constant ♥️.

Very good, authentic food, minus the added excessive spice (on request as I'm not a big fan of spicy food), such a combination is quite rare to find in the city, but delicacies nails the balance. Naturally famous for their Biryanis ( I do recommend the Chicken 555), but surprisingly delicious appetizers and kebabs. The only downside is the unavailability of mast dishes and the hurried attitude of the wait staff, understandably so due to the long waiting times. Great place to binge on some delicious biryani.

The non-veg items are good but i would like to improve taste in veg briyanis... Which makes me soo upset after eating veg special briyani.. The rest food items are good and the ambiance also ✨❤

Food is delicious. Never ate such awesome tasting food. Both the vegetarian and non vegetarian foods are available. All of them are very good. There are a lot variety of foods. One should visit this restaurant atleast once. The only drawback is that waiting time is too long. There are not enough tables to serve people during high times. I waited for more than half an hour just to get a table.

We Tried mutton bone soup.. It's so yummy..Lemon soda is very refreshing..They served along with crushed mint.. Malaysian chicken is fine.... Overall it's a good experience with light music...

Had veg monchow soup, crispy baby corn, paneer 65 and veg biriyani here. Soup and crispy baby corn were tasty however crispy baby corn pieces aren’t uniform in shape. Paneer 65 felt a bit salty sauces overtook the paneer flavor. Veg biriyani is more like veg pulao. There isn’t any curry in it nor mirchi la salad weals served. Overall okay. Decently priced as well.

Very good, service and food Quality is super, soup staters and dum biryani fish fry ordered today, really test and quality and quantity is super. Resturent in side sitting little bit congested otherwise interior and service wise too satisfy. Overall 3 members bill 1400 paid but super and satisfied too too good. TQ

Loved the food. Both taste and quantity wise. Better than many famous vizag biryanis. I tried King Prawns fry, Chicken dum biryani and mutton biryani. King prawns fry and mutton biryani are top notch and must try. One star less for the prices. Starters are bit expensive.
