Nice place to stay near RK beach. No beach view but walking distance from RK beach. Worth staying.

My whole experience of staying in the BEACH STAY guest house was extraordinary. Not only did it offer me a spectacular view, but even the food which I was served was extremely delicious. I never had the opportunity of staying at such a scenic place before that. I really look forward to visiting there again with my family and show them around the magnificent place very soon.

My Experience at this hotel is great, the room is clean and the hotel staff is cooperative.. The best part of this hotel is it's near the RK Beach, Sub Marine museum , Aircraft Museum in a walking distance and near to the tenneti park. You can do the early check-in with free of cost if the room is available with free of cost from 10 Am. And delay check-out upto 1 Pm. This facility is available due to the Treebo Hotels Group.

Good place for a stay, service is not that great but got good rooms

Beautiful building with European style front view. Neat and clean place. Inside room sizes are spacious and well maintained. On top floor sea view is amazing. Location is big advantage as RK beach is at walkable distance and takes just 5 mins. Tea, Coffee, food services are available. Keep up the good work

It’s an apartment turned into hotel with room not big enough(10x12). Only things is good that AC works else nothing worth for this price. In complementary bf, it’s idly or bonda. And more alarming is privacy, apart from id proof, a person will take your pic and even pic of id proof with some vague reason

Nice Hotel at walking distance or around 200 meters from beach.

Good but, when we r outside they open the room for cleaning. It is not good.

They are not doing proper cleaning,Locks not working,AC also not working properly in wash room there is no handwash,soaps and shampoos ,they are charging per day 2k and there is no complementary tea and coffee and for water bottles also they are charging more than mrp

I think there is no power back up to this hotel! We got be stay with out electricity for 1hr in mid night.

One of the best hotels near to RK beach..Walkable distance to Rk beach and locality wise definitely you will enjoy the place. Rooms are clean, spacious and staff is courteous..Breakfast is provided in the hotel but as they get from outside better try directly near by. Definitely i would recommend this place if you love to have a room near to the beach and feels to have a walk till midnight.kids loved it as they could go to beach multiple times and enjoy the street food available on RK beach. Very bad experience,even though we booked before a month,not expected this unprofessional behaviour from Treebo. Dont visit, they will ensure you regret for the experience.

The hotel was very nice and worth staying.

Very very bad hotel, no neatness at all i would give it a zero. Sheets were not changed duvet cover was not changed, pillows are hilarious same they dint change it even wen requested. Refer the pics before booking. Worst worst experience ever.

Its decent and economical stay for family and kids. Its 400 meters away from RK beach. No beach view but near to beach. They allow swiggy and other food delivery services. Major street food options near by the hotel for variety of fast and street food lovers.

Only 100 meter away from beach. Waves can be heard in balcony. One of the best choiceif wanna enjoy on beach you can barefoot from rooms. Reasonable prices.

There were nothing in the room the room were really empty no handwash no soap no dental kit no toilet paper nothing was there I had pathetic experience in there

Has very basic facilities available. You will get only room which is decent but quite expensive for the other facilities they provide and water. Rest wifi and card payment, even if mentioned in their advertisement, are all farce. Don't waste your money.
