We have stayed there for a week and it was great. 2min walking distance from beach, room was very spacious, and very clean; very maintained. We have also taken 2 wheeler for a day and the cost was a little high but it was totally worth it experience.

Management and staff was good and polite to customer... 1.each and everything is clean, classy 2.tasty & homely complimentary breakfast 3.updated fleet of vehicles available at own travel desk...so no need to rush for other vendors

Only +ve point is good location but very very poor hotel service. No restaurant of its own. Fixed time room cleaning service. Very small bathroom space. No toiletries are provided. Only few TV channels are available but in their visiting cards they would mention all premium channels are available.

We stayed last week at this wonderful hotel. Beyond 5 stars! for the most wonderful staff, extremely kind and helpful with every wish.The service here has just been fantastic; whatever we needed was brought to us right away. Praveen was excellent, and he has been most helpful; the entire experience was terrific. A huge thanks to all the staff, especially Praveen, for his kind and courteous assistance in making our stay perfect! If you ever stay at this hotel, he is the Go-to man.

Stayed for a night. Booked in frenzy but it turned out a great experience. Rooms are neat and clean, top quality materials used as in doors, bathroom accessories, matress everything. Owner is a cooperative person and helpful. Recommended.

Hotel Excella is a luxurious and comfortable hotel with beautiful interiors, friendly staff, and attentive management. From the terrace and few rooms, it is stunning views of the beach. This hotel is perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Vizag.

The location is super - hardly 200 meters from the sea. A budget hotel and good for short stay. Staff was very co-operative.

Visited in May 2023 while returning from Kolkata. First visit to Visakhapatnam and turned out economical. Spacious rooms with private parking and next to Beach turned the pit stop worth remembering. 1. Checked in at 11pm yet rooms had mosquitoes. 2. Single Towel for a double occupancy room with no hand towel.

Rooms were neat and clean. Location is superb. Best hotel at economical price.”

We checked in around 10 pm and were forced to checkout by 11 am next morning even when the hotel was vacant. Upon calling the callcenter they provided time till 1 pm or pay extra amount. They are not for making good customer relationship. It's surrounded by residential houses. No outside view. Kitchen not available. Fixed bfast of idli sambhar wada with machine tea in a makeshift dining area. AC of our room didn't work properly during our stay. No nearby restaurant. Only a coffee shop at walking distance. We had to take auto for reaching to a good restaurant for dinner. Beach can be visited by walk in good weather.

Worst service. Reception doesn’t care. When I entered room which I booked for 2 days, Wifi not working, TV remote batteries not working when I asked for a change the reception asked for manually change the tv with the buttons. No shower or bath gel, I asked and he replaced with moisturiser which doesn’t make sense. Main thing Wifi / TV not working. I don’t understand why Treebo is doing this. If receptionist cares about visitors everything will sort out. The receptionist behaves as if he’s the boss. Not even open the door when I came at night.

It is very economical with well maintained rooms. Staff are very polite and cordial, Rooms are provided with complementary breakfast. Even self driven Cars and scooters are available on nonal charges. Ola and uber connectivity is also very good. I stayed very happily for two days. Thanks to the Management for proving rooms on very economical prices.

Accommodation is good, hygienic. Had issues with hot water for bathing. Complimentary break fast is very basic

Rooms are t near and tidy. Best suited for an overnight stay. Best thing is that they accommodated our pet dog without any hassle. Breakfast was sumptuous and service of Tarak the guy who served us with breakfast is really good.

It was a pleasant stay. The rooms were neat and tidy. The bedsheets and towels were clean. The only drawback was the water in the taps were hot all the time, irrespective of whichever side you rotate. They said they would fix it, but it wasn't fixed during our stay at 306. Rest everything is satisfactory with the stay.

1.Hotel rooms are small but good and maintained well. 2.It is near to RK beach. 3.Hotel staff were polite. Mr.Praveen was more helpful in guiding us,arranging breakfast ,providing info about the places which need to be seen in Vizag Etc. Thanks Praveen !!! 4.Coming to food ,hotel provides Breakfast only. (Idly and Vada only ) 5.People have to depend on Swiggy or any other online food delivery options as there is no restaurant in the hotel.

Short bed. If you’re over 5’5”, avoid this place. They even don’t follow instructions. My friend specifically asked for an extra bed while booking. They refused and they had to share the small bed with 2 children. 2 breakfast tables with 6 chairs to fit all the guests.

I would have given 0 if that was an option. Hopeless people and their behaviour. No commitment value at all.. The guy at the reception is good for nothing!

It's just of an ordinary standard. Could have been better. If you have work around this area go for it else better get a better one with same budget.

Great place to stay at budget prices. You have to oversee the cleaning to be satisfied. No complimentary water bottles.

The place is good for the price at first look but the room are as small as a matchbox and the toilet seats were broken, the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because they were polite and the room service was acceptable and the complimentary breakfast wes hood. I hope they improve the status of their bathrooms a lot from what it currently is.

Had a very good experience. Very humble and responsive staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The prices are very affordable and services are excellent. Mr. Sathya and Mr.Praveen are very hospitable.

Place is good and neatly maintained, well behaved staffs but they provide hot water only in the morning when sun shines because they have solar based heating.

Stay is good. One can go to all places from this spot. But you must tell them to put the geyser on atleast 2hrs if you are planning to leave early morning 😌

01. The ambiance of the hotel and the room is good. 02. The contact number given through whats app was wrong. 03. Breakfast was not up to the mark. 04. The main gate was so robust, around two to three customers have to push it if we want to check in to hotel. The customers are pushing and opening the gate, the staff were not co-operative 05. There is no calling bell at the gate. 06. Hot water or geyser is being switched on after request. The service of hot water was not at all satisfactory. To get hot water into the bucket, we need to waste lot of precious water till we get some warm water. 07. Room service was awfully bad. When we stayed for 4 days, no body initiated to clean the room. 08. A towel was provided when it was asked for. 09. There was one towel provided when two adults checked in.10. The gate has to be immediately repaired. 11. When there is space for parking, the reception staff are not allowing us to park the car mentioning lame excuses.12. When called Treebo toll free , to provide the mobile number of the hotel, they did not and the number given in the wats app was wrong. 13. Guests have to be cautious if they want to check into the hotel during midnight as the entire gate will be closed and if the phone number given by Treebo team is wrong or switched off... you need to put up herculean task to wake up receptionist who will be in deep sleep may not respond. Alternatively you need to jump the gate as the guest alone cannot push the gate as the reception staff may not get up even though if you shout or alternatively you must be strongest enough to push the gate.. Be cautious if you want to check in or move during midnights to attend marriage muhurthams etc which often falls during midnights,

Great budget rooms available here. The staff was courteous and the rooms were well maintained and justified the price. Breakfast was included as part of the tariff and there was nothing much to complain about. It’s close proximity to the beach is another plus. The place is more famous among travellers who halt at Vizag for an overnight break.

Excellent rooms. Neat and clean. Almost like a new flat. The washrooms are great too. Over all a budget friendly place right opposite the beach. 100 percent recommended and will book again

Like any other Treebo property, this is also very well maintained. However, locating the property may be tricky, as it is located inside a lane. The staffs are very helpful. It has a parking space inside of the property. The staff also helped in parking vehicle inside. But if more number of persons are arriving, then inhouse parking may not be available for all. Taking about the staff, we received very good service at the property. Some concerns were attended at even 2-3am in the morning. All the staffs are nice and cordial and always ready to help. There is no provision for fooding at this place. So you need to rely on delivery apps. The rooms are smaller from other properties of same brand. I found a chair and table missing in the room.

Mainly the locality very nearer to the beach walkable distance rooms are very clean and neat and sanitized especially I have to tell you about the manager satya he is very friendly polite and well receives the customers he is awesome person

Compact Rooms but well maintained. Beach is just walking distance. Complementary breakfast included between 8-10am, menu : idli, upma and tea/coffee.

No breakfast options. No in house restaurant. TV has only local language channels. Not good place to stay if you are a tourist. Rooms are clean but you have to ask for amenities or else they won't provide. Maybe trying to use your amenities for their personal benefits.
