We
booked
a
total
of
4
rooms.
The
room
was
okay,
until
we
found
that
a
big
rat
had
come
into
the
room.
It
was
in
the
middle
of
the
night
and
no
new
room
was
offered
to
us.
It
seemed
to
have
come
from
a
hidden
hole
in
the
ceiling.
They
told
us
that
pest
control
can
only
come
in
at
7
in
the
morning.
We
left
to
go
stay
somewhere
else
for
the
night,
and
when
we
checked
out
the
next
day,
no
apology
or
any
regrets
were
communicated.
Very
disappointing
and
honestly
disgusting
and
I
would
suggest
you
to
think
twice
before
booking
at
this
place
again.
There
was
also
a
lot
of
confusion
on
the
number
of
rooms
booked,
and
staff
seemed
incompetent.
The
house-keeping
staff
did
not
clean
the
room
until
we
called
them.
And
they
never
kept
clean
towels
after
the
cleaning
was
done,
so
we
had
to
call
them
for
clean
towels
every
single
time.
In
another
incident,
the
waiter
kept
forgetting
that
we
are
guests
at
the
hotel
and
wanted
to
invoice
us
even
though
he
noted
down
our
room
number
earlier.
He
also
forgot
my
order
of
an
onion
dosa
and
when
I
reminded
him
about
it
30
minutes
later,
he
comes
back
with
a
masala
dosa.
The
lime
soda
with
salt
came
as
just
a
soda
(sweet)
in
spite
of
reminding
them
(twice
on
the
phone
and
once
in
person)
that
it
should
be
a
SALT
LIME
SODA.
Mr.
Pawan
Kumar,
please
take
action
against
your
staff
who
are
the
absolutely
untrained
to
interact
with
customers.
Leave
alone
problem-solving
abilities,
they
donβt
have
the
basic
courtesy
to
understand
the
clients
needs.
