Never go for the non AC rooms. Its cost is around 940 bucks but room size is very small. It will be very closely connected to other non AC rooms and one can easily hear someone whisper in the other room. They have not added the actual picture for non AC rooms in the portal. I had to switch to their AC rooms which seemed decent however the AC needs repair as it's not that effective in cooling.

This is my experience during the stay at the hotel on 18 March. The best things to highlight here for the charge of 1800/- per room weekend and holidays are numerous. The room is full of cockroach. The bed sheet are worn out and torn. They don't offer a bottle of water bottle as complimentary. Incase you need to make a complaint the owner is not ready to talk to anyone. Thankfully I got checked out of this hotel. Attaching few pics with cockroach for reference and eye-opener for the management. Infact I wanted to rate 0, however there is no ratings less than 1.

Recently I visit this hotel. And I suggest everyone to not go with the beautiful photos of this hotel. The experience is a nightmare for me . At first the room look clean and good. But this hotel didn't have even the toilet seat . After booking the room the staff refuse to change the room. They don't provide basic ammenmeties like soap towel etc. TV is also not working Internet is also not working Jetpump is leaking Giving one star 🌟 and I suggest everyone to not visit this hotel.

Condition of rooms are very bad. Rooms are not up to the standard. Rooms shown in the picture and in reality there is hell and heaven difference. Stuffs are not friendly and responsible person. I ordered food for my babies at 5 o'clock in the afternoon and they forgot to deliver it even I reminded them they were unable to send foods in my room. I called them three times in the reception. And at last at 9:00 p.m. they came and took the order again and they delivered food at around 9:45 p.m. when I came to the reception for check out at 5:30 in the morning. It was a early check out . Receptionist said that extra 500 needed. I ask the reason they said it is late check out charge. I remind the in that my check out timing is supposed to be at 10:00 a.m. I am doing early check out how can you say it is late check out. It was really a horrible stay for me and my family. I will not recommend others to book this hotel.

Pros : 1. NIL.. Cons: 1. Worst Receiving 2. Worst Maintanence 3. Worst Service 4. Even if you can't get Drinking water here 4. No hygiene Rooms. Dirty dirty dirty rooms and premises. (In 48hrs room cleaning once also not done even dustbins cant be lifted) 5. Not Worth For the price 2500/- 6. The rooms are quite old. 7. The water in the bathroom does not come properly. Overall not good for family and friends. Not worth. I highly NOT recommend choosing this hotel based on different websites ratings.

Homey Suites is in best location, if you are make two three days vacation plans for tourism trip, I have not rating rooms and services, it is your choice. I have two days trip with my little family, we can visiting all nearest best places!

major problem is there is no buffet breakfast system , only you have south indian food choice , Room cleaning not happened daily , told them many times for room cleaning but no body listened here , Very poor experience .

I am very happy staying at Homey Suites. Rooms are good and spacious, Staffs are very well behaved and supportive. Especially, Mr. Sundar, the manager of the hotel is a very good and kind person. He helped us with everything during our stay. Would really like to stay here again, when I visit Visakhapatnam.

Worst room, room service and food. Never take their complementary food they will give you bad food as per their choice. Even they dont have buffet and all.

The stay was a nightmare, The rooms were awfully dirty, bathroom was uncleaned. TV wifi or intercom any amenities were unavailable. They can't even give you plates, cups or glasses all were half broken.

Really very suitable for family and friends. Apart from all other reviews igot very good experience in this place. Staff was very nice .nice food . hygienic rooms. Very near to beach.need to visit this place. Very budget friendly. I ll suggest everyone to visit this.

The room we took is very good. It is 303.I loved the room.I totally like there recieving.the service is best.the prices are reasonable .

I have booked with the suite room and the water bottle is complementary with the booking but at the time of check out they have charged for the water bottle and the behaviour is very rude. Location of the hotel is also not good it is between the local colony so the neighbour is creating the extra noise.

Worst experience ever!! TV isn't working.... A/C is not working..... Bed sheet is not clean... The Telephone kept in the room is also not working.... There's free Wi-Fi but that too isn't working properly... Staffs are giving incorrect wifi password... In washroom, the flush isn't working... Enough light isn't present in the rooms... Even this hotel doesn't have a restaurant i.e. a common dinning hall.... Either this hotel needs to be stopped or it needs an immediate renovation... Thank You.

Hi This is just to apprise you that I had booked 2 AC rooms for today in your Visakhapatnam Hotel however upon arriving at 11.55am for check-in, I wasnt allowed to check-in and instead was asked for double charge Rs 1800 stating that this room is an AC room. On showing the receptionists both (Girl/Guy - Who showed us the room), all the rooms were uncleaned and I was told that the previous guests delay it many a times due to which we get delayed. I am just letting you know that I will complain further to Agoda and on social media

Was advertised as a 3star hotel, but the amenities do not match the stars! Small room, towels and sheets are not clean! Soaps need replacing with liquid or packaging needs changing as the soap and shampoo need help in cutting them open! Food was average and the plates must be a bit clean. Could do a lot better by adding services . I wouldn't visit this place again! Switch boards are far from the bed and are hidden behind the head board.bathroom had an unpleasant odor!

Worst place. They are fond of giving self ratings. I was asked OTP during checkout and when I check my profile later, they have added their own review. I had to delete it. Avoid this place, half of promised amenities are not available. Rooms are small and Bedsheets are used ones. Only ants can go to Restrooms here. Just a feet wide room. They have placed cardboards between rooms. One can hear beside rooms voices while sleeping.
