Very, very poorly maintained hotel.Beds full of bed bugs. Changed three rooms but experienced the same. Not at all clean and hygienic. Advice everyone to avoid this hotel. Linens are old and uncleaned.

If there is a way where I can minus ranking then it will be for this hotel. In a smart city like vishakapatnam the most useless hotel is this hotel. We checked in on 28th Aug in the afternoon. Our only request was to give a room with good Wi-Fi and AC. We were given 408 . We were not bothered about how the room looked. We were there for business purpose and needed Wi-Fi. In 24 hrs of our stay Wi-Fi never worked. We were given an immersion rod to warm the water to have bath. We wanted to use the wash room there was no water and had to wait till water was released. Friends don't go by rating. We are frequent travellers but this hotel is worst than a lodge. VINAY

Worst maintanance and management. Switch boards were not maintain my 2 phones got damaged cos of short circuit . No response from them. Rooms are having small bugs on bed to suck your blood. Room service was good.

I usually travel for buisness, Key's select or farfeild are my first choices so far this tym cab driver forcefully took me there. 1. Dirty bed sheet with stains looks clean to their staff. 2. No ammentments. 3. Broken flush handle of bathroom. 4. The receptionist said charges includes taxes & after asking for a valid GST bill m i got normal hand designed printed invoice from different receptionist. Like what the hell they are doing? Worst accomodation i have ever got, If looking for budget friendly hotels then go for Jaipur palace near leela mahal still cheaper and best if compared with simran park Peace!!

It is worrest place that I have ever visited. Below are the issues I faced here. 1. There are two elevators in which one got jammed and 4hours customers stucked inside. Another elevator not auto sensor, elevator itself work by its rules, maintanence is too toooo tooooo much pooor. 2. We taken one AC room in 4th floor, which AC is not working and in case I switch on AC it gives sound like TVS scooter sound when it raises. 3. Room is filled with Dirt and bathrooms no proper clean. 4. Blankets not provided, I asked in Reception many times, they are very carelessness and not provided. 5. Finally we changed to another room. In that room AC is working but fridge is not working. 6. Room service is very poor. I ordered two coffees, they bought one coffee. When I asked room service guy, he simply says that mistake was tea selling vendors and not mine, this is happens three times. 7. If we give money to the service boys to get something from outside, they don't give me change. If I ask they say tea-30rs, coffee-30rs like this in reality tea-10rs and coffee 10rs. 8. Housekeeping don't clean properly but they demand tip everyday, service boys don't do minimum service at least but they demand tips every day. 9. Finally, when I was checked out, myself I carried my luggages to the main reception from my Hotel room 4th floor. Service boys took tip and watching me carrying my luggages. 10. TV is not working, hot water, hell NO, blankets, bed sheets all filled with Dirt. 11. Also, I would suggest all travellers that in Vizag, don't ask AUTO DRIVER'S to show them best' hotels, they will take you poor hotels. 12. In This hotel per day thay take 2000 rupees per day. 13. Horrible experience..

Worst staying experience, room service sucks, room no. 406 sucks, only one person is decent and his name is mr Krishna, over priced, don't come here because of previous rating and review, I am sure you will find many nice hotel in this beautiful city. In one line this place sucksssss.

Ambience is ok but poor room service. No hot water even in cold climates. You have to adjust with normal water for bathing. Plumbing problems with leaks.

stayed here for 2 days for a marriage function. Rooms are not so clean and bed bugs also there. Cigar buds were below the table. Food was ok not bad.
