    I'm going to share my own experience with the vikram cross fit . It's a great place to learn how to be fit in our daily lives. Trainers are excellent, and they will not subject us to undue stress in a short period of time. I joined some gyms in Vizag and quit within a week because I couldn't stick to their workout plan, which wasn’t into account of my body movements, and I eventually lost confidence and felt like I couldn't do anything. Finally, I felt compelled to give Vikram Cross Fit a try, and I agreed with Vikram that I would pay only if I saw a transformation in my body or if I felt compelled to continue the workouts. Vikram thoroughly read about my physical condition and devised an exercise regimen based on it. Days passed, and after two months, my body began to support the workout, and I lost 10kg from my starting weight without using any diet or supplements. Since joining the gym, my strength and stamina have gradually increased. Initially, I couldn't run more than 500m in a row, but thanks to Vikram's training, I've completed 8 half marathons (21km) and an ultra-run (hill run), with many more on the way. As a trail, I can now do a 10km or 2 hour workout of any difficulty, as well as a 50km cycle ride at a stretch. Vikram has transformed my lifestyle from one of laziness to one of fitness. Unlike others, he participates in running or workouts along with us. This gym is reasonably priced and well worth every penny you pay. As per my personal experience, I am strongly recommending this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape in life. Some pics of Maraton running attached with this.     β€’It is an unique gym one can find in entire vizag. One can get legit crossfit training including strength and cardio along with fat loss. The workout routines here are best designed to improve strength, endurance and speed which will sculpt you into an athlete. Apart from these you can get training for Marathons. β€’Equipment here for strength training is sufficient and for crossfit training u have access to monkey bars(which many other gyms dont have), battling ropes, wide variety of pull up bars. β€’Trainers here are so passionate, humble and encouraging and always push you to reach your undiscovered limits, they motivate you and bring confidence in you. The do care so much if you are working hard for a goal. Environment in the gym is top notch, suitable for both men and women of varied ages. Easily mingleable people, i personally made some good friends in here. It is so much fun to workout with these guys. *To conclude, it is the best gym i have ever been or heard of with good trainers, workout routines, equipment, environment, (mainly) affordable. * I have completed Half Marathon, 21km after the training I went through in this gym. credits to the coach Vikram Singh.

    Hi I am a runner for the last 6 years and completed many 10 K Runs and Half Marathons. Attended strength training sessions of Vikram which strengthened my muscles and helped me to complete Half Marathon runs without any cramps and could finish strong. The sessions are very systematic and comprehensive covering upper body, lower body, core etc. Highly recommend Vikram's Cross Fit for all fitness enthusiasts.

    Vikram fitness rack is the go to destination for best quality personal training, vikram sir and bindu ma'am have done an exceptional job in training me. The best part in the whole schedule is the sunday outdoor workout, which is intense and at the same time very effective in building strength. Cardio as well as the strength workout are very much balanced in the whole schedule. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for best results, good quality training and reasonable prices.

    Good gym with awesome trainers. They guide and encourage us like a family. They arange sunday outdoor activities and train us for marathon too. The training is based on capabilities of each individual and they increase the difficulty level slowly which help a lot in improvment of whole body fitness and makes the core stronger. Lovely and encouraging people I must say.

    They lure you in by saying cardio is nonsense and crossfit will do wonders for you. But fact is it doesn't. It may, if proper guidance is given, but it's not given here. I felt cheated to have spent money on them.

    Excellent gym. The trainer is very good, very welcoming. The workout is very effective. It felt a good amount of work is put in making them. Every workout is tailor made for you on the spot by the trainer. There are motivational and informative posters all over the gym. It is a good environment for both men and women.     Cheerful, friendly certified trainers who not just motivate you to regularly work out but make it an energising experience which one would want again!! As per your strength and stamina they have the exercise routine, which is new and challenging everyday, pushing you to do that little bit more which otherwise you would have never ventured to do. Exercising was never so interesting ! And for all girls out there looking for a safe zone where you can be free while exercising , this is the best place .congrats to you both Vikram n Raghu.     One of the best non AC gyms around in Vizag. Vikram takes special care in each individual and helps us to accomplish what we never thought we could do.     The way in which Vikram sir and mam take care of people in the gym is quite commendable, because a personal trainer would not help us in such a way. Their simplicity teaches us a lot. We are consciously mentored and guided that we need to take care of our body,help build up stamina by encouraging and inspiring us in taking part in a run or jog. Even after we leave this gym,we would be adapted to care of ourselves by doing simple workouts and going for a quick run or jog even on a hectic day.

    Vikram Fitness Rack is very effective in building strength and improving my fitness. The gym membership comes with personal training by Coach Vikram. Vikram explains the importance of lifting weights to improve your core strength and keeps the concepts very simple and makes you realize your potential to push your limits. Vikram Fitness Rack is a old fashioned gym but has been very effective in my fitness journey. I also have a membership at another popular gym in Vizag, but Vikram Fitness Rack has been my choice most days. I would definitely recommend Vikram Fitness Rack to my friends and family.

    I know Vikram almost since 8 years now. He and Ms. Bindu are the sweetest and humble people. Since I moved out of Vizag for my career Vikram is always supportive and encouraging to continue my workouts and help me continue my training on daily basis in the form of home workouts. Now, he is also providing weights by sending a courier all the way from Vizag to Delhi. The reason I opted for these weights is because a good quality gym weights are expensive and Vikram customizes all the gym weights in his workshop with good quality materials. Till now, my experience has been very good and satisfying with Vikram Fitness Rack. I would strongly recommend whomsoever it is and wherever you are, you can try this gym either physically or virtually. I hope everyone take part in this journey and be fit and healthy!

    To those people who are really serious & willing to increase there stamina and strength of there body for long term .I think u can't find a better place than this . bcoz easy ways & means are always temporary and when it comes to your health I think u should find a permanent solution and that would come only if you workout with consistency rather than depending on heavy equipments and Diet plans.....That is possible only with Vikram Fitness Rack bcoz of the trainers over here who are very friendly and at the same time very much desciplined with what they are teaching ....assisting each & every one and training them according to their body types by understanding their levels of stamina.... unless like other gyms this is a rear thing u would find here which is very important to have ur body in shape for a long term.

    Gone are the days, when people had physical jobs. Today we do desk jobs, use machines for every small work, drive in cars and get entertained by watching television. It is challenging to maintain good health and fitness with the kind of lifestyle we have today. I also had such a lifestyle and yes, I am overweight. After a lot of trials, I chose to undergo strength training to attain physical fitness. I took a break from work and went to the US, formed a diet plan, joined LA fitness, worked out regularly and lost considerable amount of weight. I was worried, I won't have the same quality of training or workout atmosphere in India. I was looking for various gyms that provide personal training and fortunately I came across Vikram Crossfit. This came by as a boon to me which had everything I wanted. Vikram is an amazing trainer, who educates you and pushes you to have a good workout. He talks to you, gives you a couple of training sessions and designs a workout schedule that matches your current fitness level and slowly builds it up to your full potential. He trains you every single day with a wide range of exercises that engage various muscle groups. The gym also is completely equipped with free weights as well as machines that helps you train each muscle group. The atmosphere in the gym is very motivating, with a lot of informative, inspirational and illustrative posters all over the place. Fellow gym goers are quite friendly, respectful and encouraging. I never felt intimidating working out among the men in the gym because they all carry a good attitude towards fitness and know that it is equally important to women as well. Women have exclusive training timings if they prefer privacy. And the best part is, you get access to gym and also get personal training all at a very affordable cost. I have done enough research before choosing this place and take it for my word..this is by far the best and most affordable gym of all. I am very glad I joined here. My energy level has improved a lot and am able to perform better with each day. I try to be regular to the gym, but if I miss a day of work out for any reason, I feel like I missed doing the most important activity of the day. Give Vikram Crossfit a shot and I am sure you won't regret your decision. And ladies, if you think strength training is only for men, please go ahead and read on about my experience with strength training.

    Vikram Crossfit is a fitness ecosystem where one can experiment with a range of activities. All my earlier efforts at fitness were sporadic but with Vikram Crossfit I hardly skip a day! This is due to the fact that the trainer, Mr. Vikram Singh gave me a sense direction and purpose since day one. Motivation fades away quickly but it is discipline which takes us through, the quality which I developed at Vikram Crossfit. I work alongside a great team everyday and fitness is fun here!! The infrastructure of the gym is good they are having unique exercise which is actually required in today's time for gaining/reducing the weight. And trainers are good; Raghu trainer always guides in proper direction so that everyone can do its exercise perfectly.     Joined their strength training classes twice a week . This was for the 10 K participation of Vizag marathon . Both Vikram and Bindu encouraged us all along and while it boosted my confidence immensely, I completed the 10 k run with my personal best timing . Thanks and I recommend their workout sessions to all .

    Strength class which I took 2 times a week helped me to build my stamina, confidence and looking at the regular vizag runners, running encouraged me to do 10k. I am 66 years old. I started after 60. Did couple of marathan 5k and 10k. But this time I did better and Vikram sir and Bindu are very encouraging. Thanks to them. I want to do 21k. Hope to do by next year if my health permits. Ones again I thank Vikram sir, Bindu and vizag runners.

    Vikram fitness Rack it is a great place to find yoruself and to build mental & physical health . Vikram sir & bindu madam are so motivating persons. I went there for a month i myself find changes in my body and personally i have a internal lower back pain i said about it you vikram sir . Sir guidance & strechings which helped to feel better still sometimes i feel pain ill do the strechings which sir had thought me it really helps me alot . I think they both having proper knowledge about fitness . Mainly environment in gym is pleasant
