Gone
are
the
days,
when
people
had
physical
jobs.
Today
we
do
desk
jobs,
use
machines
for
every
small
work,
drive
in
cars
and
get
entertained
by
watching
television.
It
is
challenging
to
maintain
good
health
and
fitness
with
the
kind
of
lifestyle
we
have
today.
I
also
had
such
a
lifestyle
and
yes,
I
am
overweight.
After
a
lot
of
trials,
I
chose
to
undergo
strength
training
to
attain
physical
fitness.
I
took
a
break
from
work
and
went
to
the
US,
formed
a
diet
plan,
joined
LA
fitness,
worked
out
regularly
and
lost
considerable
amount
of
weight.
I
was
worried,
I
won't
have
the
same
quality
of
training
or
workout
atmosphere
in
India.
I
was
looking
for
various

that
provide

and
fortunately
I
came
across

This
came
by
as
a
boon
to
me
which
had
everything
I
wanted.

is
an
amazing
trainer,
who
educates
you
and
pushes
you
to
have
a
good
workout.
He
talks
to
you,
gives
you
a
couple
of
training
sessions
and
designs
a
workout
schedule
that
matches
your
current
fitness
level
and
slowly
builds
it
up
to
your
full
potential.
He
trains
you
every
single
day
with
a
wide
range
of
exercises
that
engage
various
muscle
groups.
The
gym
also
is
completely
equipped
with
free
weights
as
well
as
machines
that
helps
you
train
each
muscle
group.
The
atmosphere
in
the
gym
is
very
motivating,
with
a
lot
of
informative,
inspirational
and
illustrative
posters
all
over
the
place.
Fellow
gym
goers
are
quite
friendly,
respectful
and
encouraging.
I
never
felt
intimidating
working
out
among
the
men
in
the
gym
because
they
all
carry
a
good
attitude
towards
fitness
and
know
that
it
is
equally
important
to
women
as
well.
Women
have
exclusive
training
timings
if
they
prefer
privacy.
And
the
best
part
is,
you
get
access
to
gym
and
also
get
personal
training
all
at
a
very
affordable
cost.
I
have
done
enough
research
before
choosing
this
place
and
take
it
for
my
word..this
is
by
far
the
best
and
most
affordable
gym
of
all.
I
am
very
glad
I
joined
here.
My
energy
level
has
improved
a
lot
and
am
able
to
perform
better
with
each
day.
I
try
to
be
regular
to
the
gym,
but
if
I
miss
a
day
of
work
out
for
any
reason,
I
feel
like
I
missed
doing
the
most
important
activity
of
the
day.
Give
