I have stayed in this hostel during my engineering. At first, everything was good, the food and the maintenance. But through time, food became worst. Also, the warden or the owner is money minded and behaves rudely even with parents. Food is made on time but not healthy. We often were told by the workers that the owner buys and gives the workers the rotten vegetables to cook. I will not recommend since this hostel does not give justice to the amount we pay. Edit : Based on the reply from the owner, I won't gain anything on spreading false news. I have lived here and the experience or feedback about the same is shared so that it will be beneficial for students looking for a pg and also to the owner to rectify their mistakes.

Been staying for a couple of months. The quality fell exponentially every month.Recently there was a robbery due to lack of security.. there is no warden.. there is no cook.. food quality is bad. And if we take any issues to d owner they shout and behave very rudely. I would suggest to not to join..

I really wish...somebody just comes and seals this hostel forever. The owner promised rosy facilities at tge beginning and after people join..she just answers everybody rudely and never caters to anybody's requests or complains. She is a very commercial and money- minded lady who only wants money, nothing else. One more thing, recently there has been a robbery at the hostel, because neither there are cameras nor a security. And the owner hasn't complained to the police because she fears the reputation Dear Girls and families, please, its a request, please don't ever contact this hostel for accommodation if you want your safety.

Smiles 5 girls hostel is one of the best hostels for girls in MVP location.2 steps away from 900k bus stop,half km from rythu bazaar, centre point for every kind of food. It has better facilities like Wi-Fi,cellar for parking and dining area,neat rooms with clean washrooms,dhobi,veg and non veg food etc. Like every other hostels we face minor issues which are not disturbing but ofcourse dissapointing. I would rate 4 out of 5 coz of food problems sometimes. All i believe is that be good and they vl do good to us.

Good hostel , owner is so friendly to talk our problems and the hostel ambience is so cool. Facielites are providing at their best and it is so hygiene. I am satisfied with their Hospitality and caring nature. A kind of home food 💓💯

It's really a best hostel in the city.. Literally iam in this hostel for more than 2yrs.. Now going through food we get homely food over here and will meet all the requirements..

Worst experience. Rude behavior of owner. Paying an amount of 6000 but the room is very congested. No hygiene. Food is very bad. No proper sanitation. Room is dirty. There is no proper cleaning. So be careful what u choose.

It is a great hostel to stay. The ambiance, food, care taken by the warden, rooms, security everything is just awesome. Never had such a homely experience before. Thank you for making me feel so good. Would definitely recommend smiles5 hostel to family and friends.

My sister was staying here in this hostel. Facilities, food and amenities are very good. Clean and hygenic. It is in a very good area. The owner is a very nice person.

Good atmosphere and good food ,neat rooms ...very nice. Excellent Ambience and Awesome place to live. Hostel owner is very friendly and helpful by nature. Good for both academic students and working peoples. locality and very peaceful.walkable distance for all seeing places .

It’s a great hostel... till date it’s the best hostel I have stayed , the rooms are good the food is good , very well maintained... kudos to the administration as they take personal care in every aspect which is rarely found.
