Needs some sanitation regularly, some English boards and boarding instructions can be pasted in every platforms, busses can atleast have English as alternative to know the route! Non stop buses here are very useful, just go to the counters and get the ticket with seat number relax with good seats! Buses condition is good for non stop ones! Luggage compartment is sufficient, windows are well open and ventilated, leg room is great, some buses have dual USB chargers in every seat

The ticketing system was simply superb. Bus stand was maintained ok stiil they can work it. Completely packed with travelers. I have board my bus in evening it's very crowded in case if you want to avoid it then try to travel before 5pm or after 7 pm then you can avoid the crowd. As we all know vishakapatnam is a busy metropolis so here the busstand is running throughout the day more than five hundred and above buses will be stopped here in their journey you will get many buses for numerous locations and there will be a lot of rush beware of pocket pickers you will find a lot of them make sure you travel with safety

One star is also a worst thing. Washrooms are very very dirty and they are charging more money instead of 5 rupees. This is just happening just infront of Enquiry room. Atleast the Depo manager is requested to look into cleanliness of Bustand 🙏🙏

This bus stand is big and caters to a lot of tourists. Ticket windows are very less as compared to the number of tourists. Toilets are not clean. Overall cleanliness is very low. A lot of scope is there for improvement. Though the service of APSRTC is very efficient. Bus staff is very good and friendly. Courier service run by ARSPTC is very good.

VISAKHAPATNAM: Fast-growing Vizag C̲i̲t̲y̲ will have a modern bus terminal at the existing Dwaraka bus complex at Asilmetta Junction under Smart Cities Mission by 2026. Honestly the bus stand is clean and we get announcements of the buses that are available for travelling to other cities. Even the breakfast place inside the bus stand was good. Definitely a good place

Spacious and clean bus stand. You will get snacks and street food inside and outside of the bus station. You can get local buses for ramkrishna beach from here.

It's clean. You have seating arrangement, good washrooms for Male and Female, lots of shops that deliver different types of foods. Price is nominal. Overall a good place.

Poor ambiance. Waste thrown recklessly everywhere. Toilets are chargeable Rs.5. Female toilet keeper is disrespectful to women. He doesn't care to give back change even for ten rupees (keeping lot of change with him). Poor maintenance of buses. Date of journey: 01-01-23.

This time I had a very bad experience at this place. Most Cheating zones are. 1' Two wheeler paid stand. No board displayed for rent. In this way they are cheating. Be careful for it. 2. The female wash room displayed 5 rupees but they forced people to pay 10 rupees. It is a very bad experience. Request the authority to take care of it.
