Poorly maintained. A twin sharing room for 4900/- is a joke here. Nothing provided for attendees....just a bed for namesake without any bed sheets. Usually for this price you spent they will provide basic things as tv,phone,water,soap, hand scrub etc.....out here don't expect anything. You have to wait at least 10-15 mins for the lift. No ventilation in the rooms that patients with breathing issues will have a hard time. Windows are screwed up permanently - you cannot open. Everything is outdated and not worth it for your hard earned money. Please prefer going to Apollo/medicover/pinnacle if you're expecting proper services for every penny. I don't recommend admitting here. Those great days of care are gone and it's High time to upgrade or shut the hospital. With complete disappointment, Vishnu

It is a good hospital when it comes to patients health. Doctors and staff are "Caring" synonymous to the hospital name. Kodos to the team. Right from the physicians to the nurses to the support and administrative staff all are well informed and try their best to do the jobs. Special mention to Aruna and Durga-provide food to the IPD patients with asmile on their face. Their smile seems like a rejuvenation of hope to the patients. Having said this, there are few things that can be better. 1. Cleanliness- a lot of it depends on the crowd though. It's is not possible for the hospital to have it ambient if the patients and caregiverss are ignorant and create filth. 2.inpatient admission- were at this hospital for 9 days and i saw 2 women being admitted into the male ward. It causes inconvenience to male patients as well as the female patient and their caregivers/attendants. 3. Pharmacy - a lot many basic medicines and associated stuff (e.g. sanitizers) are not present at the store. If they are stocked out it ll take along time before they are replenished. So ideally if you are in search of a medicine do not assume that u ll find it there. Don't take it as a general walk-in pharmacy. Medicines prescribed by in-house physicians are ONLY available that too not always. 4. Canteen: a lot can be done around hospital canteen. The patient care-givers have very less options. The above feedback was shared with the admin at the time of discharge. I hope it shall help the hospital to do better in future. Thank you care hospital!

In 2019. Payed full amount of money to keep my mum and she was on oxygen. Hospital staff and doctors said we need to take her to other hospital so their reputation and numbers are good. It’s more like they said go die somewhere else not here. She passed away. Hope these people go directly to HELL. Sincerely.

Care Hospital is the best hospital in the Vizag for different treatments especially general physician Dr Thriveni Reddy MD (Internal Medicine) is very humble . she suggest minimum tablets and assured you to get fit within a week. the supporting staff of Care Hospital especially from Triveni redeem is very helpful ... even I am a Hindi speaking person they handle the situation very comfortably, and politely. Hospital is good...doctors are too good...but security people overaction is too much...they are not allowing people in visiting hours also...too many questions..they are asking proof of relationship... Hospital management need to train them in good behavioural things... except that all is good....Hospital feedback depends on staff behaviour... please take care of them

Honestly the worst experience at the Care Hospital, Vizag. I went to the emergency department today with a high fever and body pains. I am new here and found this hospital close by. The staff was receiving and guided me to a bed. But then started the real story. After repeated request for oral medication, the duty doctor and nurses suggested an IV. I tried to explain my fear for needles and requested the staff to be gentle. Not only did they rudely scold me for coming to the emergency, they poked me 3 times and couldn’t even insert the cannula. I asked them to immediately stop and let me go. The duty doctor was so rude upon this decision of mine and dint even care to understand my fear for needles. Where is the CARE? I understand they attend to 100s of patients in a day and surely more serious cases. But that doesn’t me my pain is any less or I deserve being treated like that. This bitter experience is going to linger and never make me come back to CARE, even in a dire emergency. Giving one star, cause there is no option for zero.

Hi, My father was admitted at care hospital vizag for the treatment of abdominal distension under gastroenterology dept. With in a week of treatment ,my father was discharged. Yesterday I left my purse near the billing counter.after two hours I got a ring saying your purse is here Pl collect. For surprise not even single pie was missing with all credit cards amount 9635 rs. Thanks to all the staff ,security and head staff.

I had did my kidney transplantation in this hospital,under the guidance of Dr.AV.venu gopal sir kidney transplantation specialist. Everything is well and good,, supporting staff and all care team is well and fine,,we had best support from our doctor and all the management. We prefer 10/10 rating under observation,,overall output is also very good. Thank you.

Worst service, they use extremely costly medicine. At least they charge 40 thousand per day. Even for simple procedure they charge very high amount. I won't suggest this hospital especially for admission.

Dr. Ravi Shankar and team is incredible and has given wonderful treatment to my dad. transplant coordinator-sai has done great job. Believe me, we have visited multiple hospitals and LT team in CARE hospital were awesome in taking care of patient (smooth preparation, surgery and follow-up).

On 3rd January 4.00 am 2022, my mother aged 89 years had severe breathing problem, I rushed to the CARE hospital in Vizag, emergency staff immediately admitted her and started the procedures to save her life. Critical emergency doctor and the staff were able to restore her by emergency treatment. Next they moved her to ICU after 24 hours to the room and stayed for 6 days. What I liked the best is the administration. The attention and care of the nurses and allied staff. The housekeeping staff and cleanliness of the room and toilets. The billing process was smooth. On the whole a good experience.

I didn't have a great opinion about this hospital after my earlier visits but this time I was actually very happy. The Registration staff were very helpful. The lab staff really floored me with their courtesy and professionalism. The Radiology tests were very pleasantly done. However, the best part was the consultation with the cardiologist, Dr PVVNM Kumar, though the waiting time was quite a bit. He took so much pains to give me and my wife a very clear perspective of the medical condition and the prognosis. Overall, a very happy Appointment, Registration, Lab Test, ECG & Echo Tests and Consultation process.

Today i visited to hospital in morning after getting confirmation through care customer (phone) for appointment of Surgeon. After reaching at OPD section they said that surgeon was not coming from past 6 months and we will not able to give service. Again i called customer care, but they are also not able to give fruitful answer. Forcefully i have to go for alternative. Waste management. Dont expect from care hospital.

It is a very good hospital. Doctors,nurses and staff are very efficient and caring who took very good care to the patients in ICU. Staff are extremely polite and are also there whenever the patient is in need. Though the hospital is very crowded with patients and their attendants it is very well maintained with clean and hygiene. Second floor PRE Rama Krishna garu helped a lot while arranging room and also during discharge time.

Worst experience. Not even allow the family members to see the patient.only daily twice they are allowing to meet the patient for 1 hour otherwise if any emergency also they are not allowing to see the patient.Not even inform the condition of the patient.If we are saying something to nurse they are also ignoring. Nurses are also junior nurses in ICU. Not even one senior nurse is there. I suggest that please don't go to this hospital. Two times I experienced the same. And one more thing if any payments are due then they are forcing to clear the payment first then only they operate further. They not wait for few hours also. If any payment issue is their atleast they should give some time for that. Not everyone having money immediately. They have to adjust money sometime. Lakhs lakhs money is not possible immediately. This is a basic commonsense. Everyone are educated in hospital right. So do you guys are dumb or what. Atleast you have to give some time for the payments. My sister was diagnosed with a serious lung infection and 90 % was damaged and it’s changed to multi organ failure So Doctors told only 15% survival chance to us and they start their treatment immediately. Almost my sister was died and they don’t stop their treatment and finally the treatment is starts working and she gets out of danger. Excellent treatment by the doctors No doubt about it . Something I really appreciate is nursing staff and housekeeping. The best hospital with timely delivery of food. We are very satisfied with the admin department and the incharge especially. Also security persons are polite.

Treatment, nursing, housekeeping is excellent but too expensive in cash mode. A middle class person cannot bear the billing.

The services of the nurses, boys and cleaning personnel are wonderful. Apt timings in providing food and medicine. Doctors are literal gods in giving lives. Care is very caring.

No need to go outside for breakfast,Lunch and Dinner as the Care Hospital itself is equipped with a very delicious kitchen and cafteria with fully higienic portion. Care is worst hospital. Satyanarayana dr killed my dad. Without seeing the reports. In 2018.waste hospital. We never visit care. From then. Irresponsible staff. Apollo hospital is good.

The recent experience that I had at Care was better than earlier. Can be improvised in terms of patient waiting time. The doctors in the OPD especially on the second floor need to come on time and the first preference should be given to the patients who have already been waiting there instead of chit chatting with other doctors. My other concern is that the name of the cardiologist mentioned in the OPD is Dr P.V.V.N.M.KUMAR whereas I realised later that the doctor who checked my mom was another doctor whose credentials are nowhere mentioned outside. I think it is the minimum right for the patient to know who is treating them. At least the nurse or the receptionist should make us aware about that. No issues with the treatment whatsoever but it's our right to know who is treating us in place of the senior doctor. And the doctor who is checking the patients in place of the senior doctor should also get the due credit. I hope my feedback is taken on a positive stride and the needful is done. Thank you

One can understand that Care hospital is an important in emergency treatment. But in consultation & review cases even after taking appointment more than 2hr patient has to wait for Doctor. Due to pandemic, requesting hospital management to take measures for reduce the waiting time of a patient in hospital launge.

We are consulting from past 4 years.he was so patience and very kind towards patients , listening all the problems of the patients and giving good advisories and good treatment and medications to the patients.There Supporting staff also doing good. The treatment was very good and the feedback from the doctors time to time made us feel even more comfortable. The nurses very helpful and caring alongwith the helpers at the hospital took great care which helped in speedy recovery of my father. In whole it was a very positive environment.

My mother in law became sick at 1am and contacted the doctor who immediately sent an instruction to send the ambulance. The ambulance personnel contacted me and were at home in 20 minutes. The ambulance was well equipped with a trained technician. He was constantly in contact with the emergency giving report. The emergency doctors and staff were very proactive and attended to the patient immediately. The admission and discharge procedures were professional and efficient. The staff and nursing care was excellent. Over all we have to thank Dr. C. V. Rao who attended to my mother in law immediately in the middle of the night and took such excellent care of her. We are indebted to him. Over all we had a hassle free treatment of my mother in law in care.

With my current stay at the Hospital for my dad’s treatment, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the maintenance of the rooms. While I appreciate the medical care provided, I must bring to your attention some concerns I encountered during my stay. The condition of the rooms, particularly the presence of cracked walls, dampness, roaches and disposal of trash is disheartening. The cracked walls not only compromised the aesthetics but also raised questions about the overall upkeep of the facility. The dampness issue could potentially lead to health concerns for patients, and the presence of roaches is certainly not conducive to a healing environment. I believe that addressing these issues is crucial for maintaining a high standard of patient care.

Attended care hospital, Ramnagar with fever and vomitings . Response in emergency department was excellent. ER doctors were professional and explained well . Nurses were professional. Infrastructure could have been better . CARE takes its brand seriously . I definitely recommend care hospitals during emergency situations.

My father was treated here by Dr. Anil Kumar, Dr. T L Rani, and Dr. M Srinivas. They were very friendly and saved my father's life. The staff and security were also very friendly and performed their jobs perfectly. J Srinivas from the MICU security team was particularly helpful. His encouragementh in giving treatment is tremendous. My spouse got nice treatment of HTN HERNIA on urgent basis even without presence of family members on the spot.
