Didn't expect such a kind of below standard service at this hospital. 1. Firstly you'll Observe 2 counters at OPD for doctors appointment and you'll find huge Queues Everyday. I don't understand why the management couldn't able to start another counter to help the patients over there. 2. My aunt got admitted in this hospital with great difficulty by staying in queues for hours and paying the registration charges etc. 3. Oh Man the Room prices. I've not seen that much prices in a bigger corporate hospital than this. Single Room Non-Ac-Rupees 3600 huh??? These Guys want to just SUCK THE BLOOD OUT OF PEOPLE... What the Hell Man... We've opted for the sharing which is 2500 Rupees per day and you can see the pictures below the maintenance of the sharing room for 2500 rupees. What an Awesome maintenance. Hats off to this Hospital Management.

I have visited Queens NRI Hospital in emergency situation for mom as cardiac arrest happened during dialysis. Dr Ganesh Kasinaduni is the Cardiologist who has treated my mom with lot of patience and explained her health condition in detail. His prompt action helped us to recover my mother health condition in short time than we expected. He is the one of the best doctor I have seen who is patient centric, takes care with lot of patience and treats one as a family member. Post discharge care as well as been the best.

Clear threat to pateints as they are not cross checking the medicine during discharge.. I am the one who is facing this issue again intially i complained about the wrong medication during the month of July while my mother was admitted at that time . This time again same mistake done by the staff during my mother's discharge. They are not doing their duty seriously and carefully I am educated person so I cross checked the medicine 💊 during discharge and found few risky psychotic medication was written in discharge slip as doctor already stopped that medication before 10 days. So I denied to take that medicine during discharge but the main issue is what was the condition of that patients who are not able to read and use to give the medicine by the strip and colour. In simple word you are handing over the poison during medication due to staff negligency. U can see the clear prescription and the removed medicines after cross checked by me. Beware all because most of the people are illiterate and arogyashree patients and don't know the medicines they simply have in morning, afternoon, and night this is where it's exits. Thank you queens NRI for transferring the poison in name of medicine. Better you screwed up your staff of otherwise you will have someone's life😡. I can argue and complaint there but that will going to stick around in your compound only but I want to make aware rest of the people so they can save their need one's life I am uploading the proofs now. Really bad experience at Queen's NRI hospital Starting from the hospital atmosphere to the process of consulting in the worst way they organized. We visited 2 times both times we felt the same. Hospital was part of empanelled list,same thing i informed them at reception for convincing them that thing I circled more than 10 counters and finally they said they don't have any idea about it ,same thing i discussed with my organisation then they provided details about it even though they are not in Position to understand it,so I left at that time,I took appointment 1 day before only same while doing that i specifically asked anything else we need to do or should we come directly at the time which communicated by them then they said no other formalities required u just come at 11a.m ,when we reached they were saying you need to wait for more time and registration process also horrible even doctor also not friendly. I would say big no if anyone thinking for it. Many other best hospitals available in city. Except visibility from outside as a big hospita,l its hospitality is worse than small clinics.

The doctors and their service is always excelly, but the staff is highly irresponsible, and not duty oriented. Whenever you go for some multiple tests or so some or the other documents gets misplaced and blamed on to the patients/ care takers. The treatment I received during my stay was of the highest quality. The medical team was knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. They took the time to explain my condition, the proposed treatment plan, and patiently answered all my questions. The administrative staff were well-organized, and the paperwork was handled promptly. This attention to detail was especially appreciated during a time when I was feeling anxious about my health.

Dr Sailesh modi sir, excellent doctor having immense patience to handle patients, sir you are doing excellent job, the quality time you are spending for patients really unmatchable with any other doctor. Anybody can blindly go for any neuro related problem to Dr sailesh modi sir,he is really very good in analyzing patients mind. Rama lakshmi PRE who is working under Dr Sailesh modi sir is also very helpful and supportive lady I have ever seen.She is doing wonderful job, very professional and always attentive . Not sure whether it is the hospital policy or the Dr. P. Sireesha, Radiologist. We asked at the counter for her consultancy, as recommended by Dr.S.Modi, Neurologist for my 73 year old mother. She can’t walk and since 1 pm, we are in the hospital. All other tests were successfully done except for the scan/ ultrasound by Dr. Sireesha. We were asked not to leave the hospital and wait for more than 3-4 hours because she would only come once the hospital confirms there are more than 2-3 patients. It is really a torture to the patients who most of the time are senior citizens and need some rest. Be considerate and have some compassion towards your patients instead of taking them for granted.

Customer care at Reception is very poor. Staff of Reception should be trained well on public relations. They simply cut the landline phone before completion of query/task. Management should concentrate on this issue.

Respected Sir/Madam, My Brother M. Sridhar Lincoln on 4-08-2023 came to the NRI Hospital at about 4.30 p. M., with severe breathlessness, the moment he came to the hospital with above said problem, the duty doctors who were present on the said day immediately attended to my brother and they have done their best by giving necessary medication to him and saved my brother. After admitting him into hospital also the concerned doctor who attended him in treating my brother also done his best cordially in treating my brother, For which I am thankful to them. .

No respect for Govt staff also.Now general and under privileged people can think about the condition in the hospital. Worst and insolent behaviour of billing staff .Always crowded with people with irrelevant process in hospitals . For a simple scan or x-ray also they make you wait for 2-3 hours in normal days also . For simple problem also they make u visit for 2-3 days .

I am pursuing my final year BDS and has been suffering from Fibromyalgia past three years and I have come across Dr. Santhosh sir and with the help of his regular session I have been able to overcome the pain I have been enduring all these years. The care was impeccable as the exercises were done by sir carefully and the staff also carried out the procedure with much care. I highly recommend Dr. Santhosh sir as pain can be eased within minimal sessions with best results.

The people at the reception and the doctors are really good. But took me a hell lot of time for the blood test X-ray n abdominal scan almost 2 and half hours. The washrooms in the -1 level and ground floor were not clean or well maintained not handicapped accessible

good morning , Dr.Vineela's has done excellent job and she did good counselling to my wife, she is very happy with her support. She inspired us. and good work by Dr.Sowjanya ,pediatrics but staff and nurses are not responding on time, housekeeping staff are asking for tips , we are mentally disturbuted with this people's behaviour.

It was a mixed experience for me. Treatment is good but the other additional services they need to improve. For example ( for IN patient) 1. Although poster is pasted on the wall for no tips, housekeeping service, ward boy/lady keep asking for tips repeatedly. Everyday morning, when the bedsheets is changed, the man/ women will ask for tips. 2. When patient was shifted from OT room to ward, only one person( ward boy) came, and the height of the stretcher was more than the bed at ward and shifting from stretcher to bed was painful for the patient. More people should have been employed for the shifting and stretcher should be height adjustable, so that smooth shifting can be done. 3. Condition of washrooms at OPD is bad. 4. If You have under CGHS or CS(MA) , then make sure you know what types of ward you are entitled for. Hospital management tries to allot ward less than your entitlement. They will tell that you are not entitled.

I came to the hospital with severe cervicogenic pain (pain in my facet joints). This was during my visit from London, UK to India. I took physiotherapy sessions, chirotherapy for neck stiffness under the supervision of Dr. S.B. Santhosh at Queens NRI Hospital for a period of one week and it helped me tremendously. Hello my self k chiranjeevi I've been in queens NRI hospital since last 3 weeks I've experienced a tremendous performance from the staff. But doctors are very next level they are so caring and approach is extraordinary especially doctor shravanti physician her talking nature makes the patient 50% cure 😊and from the administrative side especially AO Kiran sir is very hard worker and responds instantly over any issues...Apart from appreciation only few drawbacks are there from toilet side in general ward which are not equipped with jet spray pipe in western toilet which lead the patient to suffer lot during washing after litters because of IV in their hands which makes them very difficult to complete that task(we can't fell untill we walked in their shoes).. so kindly work on it as soon as possible thank you.

Good service - this review was posted by me on the day I visited the hospital But then yesterday I got a call from one of the employees saying that I made some chaos at hospital which I was completely unaware of, I am a doctor who went for an annual health check up, and I waited very patiently just like every other patient and got my consultation done and headed home, it is really sad that this lady called me and was YELLING at me that I was making chaos at hospital which seemed very stupid, She was not even making a proper conversation, that was definitely not the way u talk to patients, very much disappointed with that behaviour. Doctors and nurses is good. But supportive staff like cleaning people always asking money, they demanded the patient. every one asking money. It is worst administration by hospital.they did not give the instructions to that servents. And not monitored.it is not correct.we feel very bad. It is not only me all the patients .

Doctors are really helpful and attentive, my dad had to go through Bypass and Pacemaker surgery. Dr.Mahesh and Rajsekharan was helpful and hold great Experience in this filed, they were able to diagnose at correct time and performed the surgery.Dad is recovering well now and satisfied.

Sad state ...only interest is billing overtly priced...seemingly non committed employees. One employee makes a miss of raising a request for a report and now I am stuck at the op clinic for the past 2 hours and now at the mercy of the lab to quickly turnaround. Which is taking long time ..incase the doctor leaves need to travel another 20 knm to come again. Bad operations..will avoid future and not recommend to anyone.

One of the worst hospitals I have never been to. They just want money. Treatment is worst. Nurses doubt attend patients. No proper doctors. I admitted my dad when his saturation was 64. They just took money. They just want money. They didn't give any treatment to my dad. They charged 42000. They didn't give even single tablet. We had to move him to AINU. My advice is if you want your beloved one to be safe. Don't go to this hospital

I work as a software developer in the United States. I had a ligament tear 4 weeks ago and I was suggested to get physiotherapy. I came to Dr. Santhosh in Queen’s NRI hospital and saw a huge recovery within 2 sessions. I had a very stiff ankle but it got significantly free after the first session itself (just 15-20mins). This is extremely helpful for me especially because I have to head back to the states. I highly recommend this clinic for everyone looking for a quick recovery.

Good services but a small problem my father and mother are regular patients of NRI hosp. A small suggestion as a senior citizens they couldn't able to move long distance for Admission process. Admission counter must be near Doctors chamber. For Ac room three times we came to counselling room as per Nursing staff Assistance whereas last three times we got admitted Floor Pre Ratna Alloted us AC room and explained the day by day estimation we dint move anywhere from floor.Everything rectified in floor. pls look into it for patients comfort.

We have approached NRI hospital for getting my Kidney stone blockage removal.
