This review is based on my experience at this hospital over few years of time. Pros: This is the only hospital in and around prahladpuram for gynic and children related medical treatment. The gynic doctor ( lakshmi garu) is knowledgeable and experienced in her field. I had a cesarean delivery 4 years back under her care and everything was good, my stitches and post delivery recovery. She answers all your queries with a smile. Cons: Worst reception and staff nurses except the one who is beside the doctor. They behave very rudely with the patients and others. Hospital management should be done well, in terms of hospitality and treating people with respect. They tell a time while taking appointments and when you go there you have to wait for long hours. The washroom is in a pathetic state!! The whole hospital needs renovation and upgradation. For preparation for c- section they use blades to shave instead of a razor which is very unsafe and caused cuts. There is a nurse who calls herself a lactation expert who doesn't know anything about treating the breasts in a gentle way, she doesn't know abc's of breast feeding. she tortured me by pinching nipples. I feel she needs a lot of training and unfit for the job.i had a horrific experience post delivery due to the nurses and their ill treatment. Experience During covid-19: I'm pregnant now with second child so I went for consultation visit. I called them up, they said there is no appointment necessary it's first come first serve basis now. Asked me to come @10 am , I went there at around 10:15 am. They gave me number as 14. Only patient is allowed to enter inside the hospital and no cellphones are allowed inside. We should only hold the file and money needed. They will give their own surgical mask for us to wear, there's a sanitizer foot pumping station. People accompanying patients has to wait outside or leave. No footwear is allowed inside due to hygiene constraints. Staff are wearing mask,shield and head cap. I waited for Around 2 hours for my number to be called inside. I had a ultrasound scan and the appointment with doctor lasted for about 5-10 mins. I also gave my blood for test, even that lab assistant is inexperienced,I told her that you will not find nerve on my right hand and I told this because it happens all the time, even then she injected on my right hand and tried to get blood but there was no flow. Again she injected needle on my other hand to draw blood. It would have been much better if she listened to me and could know where is the nerve. Their inexperience makes the patients unbearable. Don't know why they have so much of ego :( New update: I've stopped consultation with the doctor as she is not dedicating time with patients to clear their doubts. She is saying that at max she can spend 4 mins with each patient and not even showing the baby on scanning. Also no prints of results are given. They have became money minded and not providing good service. I went to another hospital where I got my doubts clarified and respected.

Commercial money mind hospital... Treatment is good. Doctor talking friendly. highlight comedy is the medical shoper didn't give any bill of medicine.. my personal experience was thes shoper didn't told me the each and every tablets rate he told me the cost of tablet was 150 and I payed it.. after the i saw the cost of tablets on that I counted there was a 145 and he took 150 that's the position there

Any kind of maternity hospital should have a children doctor and must possess some medical instruments or whatever you call it as an emergency services for new born babies. There is no children doctor or hospital linked to this hospital premises. My baby born with some unexpected problem and since there is no emergency services for new born babies I had to move to another hospital. My just saved by that much. I really hate this hospital because when I asked the doctor about children doctor and some emergency services, she ran away and didn't turn up till my wife got discharged. You still want to consult this hospital, then it's your wish.

Doctors and nurses truly sweet .. good receiving .. mainly subhashini madam and maha laxmi madam are really super persons.. BUT RECEPTIONIST IS WORST LIKE ANYTHING .. very bad at service

Doctor is very experienced but receptionist and lab technician S are very rude, they don't know how to receive the patient, they are very very bad for hospital good name

My wife second delivered last july...doctor and nursing staff are so much responsible and good taking care..

Worst hospital management and horrible doctor.. my friend has lost her baby just because of doctor's negligence.. the before day when she took the scan, the baby was in very good condition.. doctor asked my friend to come again the next day morning to admit in the hospital for ceaserean.. but next day early morning doctor said that the baby has no heartbeat.. top of that they troubled the patient alot for hours without any care and without going for the surgery even, to take the baby out.. such a worst experience.

Doctor treatment is fine but the hospital staff and nurses were very arrogant especially receptionist….

They became money minded and staff are very rude at patients and their attendants.Doctor is very aggressive at patients even she can't able explain problem patiently.She can't tolerate if her patients are educated as they speak about problems with medical terms.

I request the hospital authorities to use infrared thermometer instead of normal thermometer. I hope this can be accomplished as they are charging 500 for op consulting. In this covid situation it's mandatory. Please think about it.

RECEPTIONIST is not responding in a correct manner, for any enquiry receptionist is main one but she is not responding in a correct manner.

Dr. Lakshmi is well known for her 15+yrs of service near this area. The clinic handles Both OP and IN-Patient Gynaec cases. There is usually a wait here. Better to book an appointment before you visit the hospital. Though you have an appointment, better reach there by 7PM in the evening.

I'm a software engineer and I had a bad experience at this hospital when I went for my second pregnancy checkup. The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful to me and other pregnant women. She treated us like we were slaves. I don't understand why this hospital doesn't care about their staff quality. Even government hospitals are better than this one in terms of cleanliness and service. That one start is for doctor. She is OK to go.

Good doctor for ceaserian deliveries, if you are looking for a ceaserian go for it, if you look for normal delivery don't look into it

Simhadri Hospital Name only famous otherwise very costly , just chekup fees 2 minutes just ₹500 And every case almost 99% operation cost ₹ 50000 minimum depends poor and rich person Atleast no provided tables and chairs for patients gurdians (family) and staff behaviour ooh my god they are like doctors feel like So if you 80k(including medicine) amount want only operation then go otherwise go to govt.hospital or another private hospitals
