The hospital is really very nice with all kind of latest equipment to do testing and surgery. Doctors are very nice and good in behavior and attitude. They are really loyal to tell you the fact about your disease and pros and cons of any kind of major surgery. Best part of the hospital is cleanliness. General word, private rooms everywhere they do maintain very high class cleanliness and sanity. And I feel I am a fool to wait for 1 hour for a doctor, who even did not trust me when I told him my blood group is AB+, and asked me to do it again. The treatment is really awesome and when it comes to hospital charges, it was shocking and middle class person can't afford to pay these charges, For two days they have charged Rs 50,000 + , I requested the Billing manager (Mr Venkatesh) for discount on bill, that person didn't give one rupee discount ( even I said about my financial position)and saying that other hospitals give worst treatment, I don't know from where these guys came from and how these guys are getting recruited by the HR. That stupid does not how to talk to public. We are all human beings, atleast try to have some sympathy on patients. Worst hospital, fraud doctors and nurses. They are just money minded people. Last month we went to vizag to visit and mom got allergy, they made a big case in just few minute without any testing......they get to know that they people are outsider and whatever they will say , we will afraid off . They even said it's an emergency anything can be happened to my mom even she can die, but I was correct we took her to my hometown back it was just a minor allergy, we took proper body check up of her and every thing is fine. They are fraud and money minded people, specifically lady doctor who is available in night in emergency ward as well as nurses and one old doctor as well.

Horrible hospital staff including the medicine shop. I have been there twice and both the times the doctor didn't have basic courtesy to behave with a person. Considers themselves as God. The medicine store people don't have any concern about people time. They will simply make you wait and even then they will say they don't have the medicines.

The Treatment and Hospitality of the staff was pretty good. Especially nursing is more affective and care. The doctors and nurse staff is friendly. House keeping and the room amenities were very comfortable and comfy with all the amenities. Washrooms were very clean and tidy.

This is a very unprofessional place. Support staff will lie to any extent to get the headache off. They don't know whether doctor is in surgery, free or late. Even if doctor is late, they have a plain line "he is in surgery". Then they would tell you that yours is first number in evening slot but you will be petrified to know that there are 8 more people before you. They would ask you to come on time and will make you wait for at least 90mins. No wonder this hospital runs on losses and foreign conglomerates wanted to aquire it. Trust me, you should not waste your time here. It's not that they got world class doctors or even top class on the city. Hated it.

I visited this hospital for ultrasound, i paid fee at 12.28, my bladder got full with urine pressure at 13.30. I requested the staff to do my sonography but they told, it is lunch time come at 14.00, I went there at 14.00. now i was informed that 14.00 to 15.00 is lunch time and i should come after 15.00. now. I complained to manager, she informed shel will do something but nothing happened till now it is 14.23 now. and i am still feeling urine pressure pain. Insensitivity to patients is prevailing here.

Not happy with the management, they don't know how to give appointment for doctor checkup. They provided same token number to two patients and made us wait for long duration. Not blaming the doctors but the management is really not skilled enough to manage the patients.

I have admitted my father into the hospital. I got promised to get discharged on Monday i.e., 25.09.2023 as it was saturday and sunday was an holiday.. Some reason they told and asked to stay additional one day for observation. Then another day observation and now they are telling that doctor is not available for giving discharge summary. We don't understand how many more days. Every doctor who visited kept promising that you can get discharged today. We don't understand whose problem is this and what to understand out of this. Also when I called that I want to complaint to your management they are rotating between several intercom.

Good doctors. Please remember we need great support staff as well when you choose your hospital for loved ones. Paid heavy price for not listening to the patient that the technicians are not being precise in their work, and are in turn being disrespectful and dampening the patient’s spirits. Try to keep your loved ones away from Mr. Purushottam- the dialysis I charge. You would also need strong takecarers as they make the take carers run for everything like a government hospital.

Very bad hospital and staff were more bad, only care about how to get money from people and don't care about treatment.

These guys are really dumb. I had a cashless insurance policy. Unfortunately I didn't have the ecard with me as the same was in process as stated by the insurance provider. Other hospitals are ready to accept with the policy number and employee id. These guys just denied. And the insurance lady is very rude and arrogant.

The experience of this institute has been very good, I am satisfied with the treatment here, there was a slight language problem, but it is not a hindrance, Dr. Tariq Ali Sir's behavior is very good, thanks to all.

I've been admitted here for kidney stone surgery, on Arogya sri ( didn't charge a penny)and trust me I never have a habit of giving reviews even if they are negative, but this hospital I must say they are godly... they way they treat , take care , seriously I'm really happy with the service here , the main thing here is the management and CEO taking continuous rounds of inspection. Operation and ICU treatments very good EHS rooms ambiance and medical support are good but still needs to improve compare to 7 hills general treatment. Most of the Staff are coperative and helpful except few (will email the case and people names as those are really very bad where they scare patient mental strength). Rest all are very good and I refer my friends and family to get best treatment.

Best service by seven hills hospital. The doctors , staffs and nurses are so caring and polite to patient .they all are knowledgeable, incredible kind and helpful . Hospital has good doctors, the OPD staffs are polite, ambience is good- cleanly maintained the common areas. Need to improve- the washrooms to use for OPD patients are veruy ill maintained, food taste in cafeteria is very poor, pharmacy staffs are very slow at giving the medicines and bill.

The doctors here are patient centred and are very careful and appropriate in taking care of patients. Excellent service and staff is very gentle and caring. The house keeping maintenance is excellent and regular.

The hospital doctors are good, however, the administration will try press additional charges than committed. Be cognizant of this and have the price estimation written upfront to avoid issues with discharge procedures.

Hospital is good and they are maintaining clean and neat. Doctor’s assistant is also nice. Improve - Hospital inside lifts are very slow improve them to the better speed. If you are in 8 or 9th floor you must climb all the steps to reach. One canteen for 10 floors is not a good idea it’s difficult to the public.

Perhaps the worst management and health facility provider in the state. Aren't even capable of providing the basic amneties and facilities which a patient deserves for the hefty amount he or she is forcefully charged. Even worse is their process of dealing with post treatment procedures such as billing, receipt generation etc and even do not provide receipts of all payments made. My suggestion never go there and try to make their so called "golden" public image to become the trash it is.

Arrogant replies from staff.. They will only answer properly at cash counters , after that you have to roam one after one person to get proper details/information where to go and whom to meet..Nobody is there to guide people. They don't have proper que line options.. Patient has to go and ask multiple persons for guidance.. Not expected such poor hospitality from such reputed hospital . Not gonna visit this hospital again .

Doctors will not respond quickly even the patient is in pain these happened for me personally for 2 times. Even though doctors will not respond to our calls when the patient is in emergency and all the staff will earn money from the patient's while taking care of stretcher and wheelchair. I personally don't recommend these hospital for myself and to relatives, friends. I think care hospital is better than seven hills.

Overall experience is good and doctors and nurses have been very supportive and helpful. But there has to be a lot of improvement in terms of their communication management between billing, ambulances, and checking out. Other wise good. And friendly . All the best.

In this Hospital only for Doctors I giving 2 stars bcoz Doctors are excellent here but let’s explain about other facilities…. 1. Lift - Pathetic ( from 1st floor to 9th floor minimum 10 mins max - can’t even expect) 2. Nurses - No Proper trained whenever they removed needles from salan definitely they bring blood on bed I have proof but I am not sharing. For removing salan you have to call them 3 to 4 times then they come. Yes but Behaviour is good. 3. Canteen - Kindly Don’t go canteen for parcel, for a order they take 20 mins. Still Billing & Discharge pending i will update.

Its pvt hospital just for the name sake, my husband is hospitalized and they provided dirty bedsheets, that too in hospital where cleanliness should be the priority. After complaining they were like we dont have the bedheets. Seriously? If you take full amount for the rooms how did you get the guts to say you can't provide the clean bed sheets.

Treatment is good...Doctors were excellent but security guard and security officer Suresh is very arrogant to the staff family members.if incase they are rude to staff family then what about other patients and family...if your family members are in my place how they will react...the way they are talking and behaving towards people is unacceptable...they are treating like a beggar I faced this problem iam one of the staff family member plz respect people & change your behaviour..

Dr.s.k panda and the nursing staff are friendly n all the other employees are very helpful n kind and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care n all other things.Friendly, proficient and CARING staff. I extend my special thanx to M. Sunil krishna..one the employee there for helping me in my billing issue to get resolved as soon as possible. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

I got admitted to this hospital on 01.12.2022 with severe stomach pain. Within, hours all tests were conducted and I was diagnosed with gallbladder stone. The treatment continued with operation. The doctor, nursing staff, all other supporting staff were cordial in their behavior. Responce from doctors and nurses are almost immediate. The housekeeping is good and being done regularly. The facilities (lab, OT, Dr consultation) are excellent.

Got admitted with severe fever which couldn't be identified by some famous labs at Vizag. Admission was smooth and hassle free.. Specialist consulted understood the problem and admitted immediately. Within the first set of medical/ haemetology tests itself, cause was identified and treatment started. Gradually health improved and issues got almost resolved... A very big Thanks to Dr Sameer Kumar Panda Sir and his team... Medical and nursing care staff are so friendly and attentive.. Kudos to them for the service... Medical and nursing care are best in Vizag. Only area of improvement which can be suggested is regarding the canteen food. Considerable scope for improvement both quality wise and taste wise. Found reducing some items from the standard Thali and dishes in the name of Government sponsored patient. I don't think that's right. The same may be looked into.
