It's great place everyone should go. You will get most of the items starting from clothing , appliances, cosmetics & grocery. There is no movie hall or play station in this mall but juice , fast food and cakes shops are available.parking space is very less. Best time to go is morning time.

It changed from big bazaar to smart bazar. The products and all are the same Which is perfect. I don't know why they did not let me take photos inside the Mart. Anyways.... It was a good experience.

It is the best showroom of big bazaar I ever visited. Here u get almost each and everything and also having good variety of clothes. In my opinion must visit this place if you want good quality and reasonable price and especially the variety of clothes. So for shopping at least once visit there u get good stock here and also the staff is helpful and cooperative

Fruits were awesome I bought a bag of Rice Wadakolam which valued for the money I felt happy about Wadakolamm Rice annd Fruits A lot of disappointment about Long Grain Rice packet which that taste is equlas to Ration Rice ( Govt Rice) .

Big bazaar is my favourite place to shopping from last 10 years..because it is a future group shopping mall..365 days offers and discounts in big bazaar like cashbacks, instant discounts. Total 5 floors in vizag big bazaar. Ground flour men's fashion,1st floor Women's and kids fashions,2nd floor home furnishing and interior decoration items,3rd floor beauty products,snack and cookies, and electronic items like Tv,Home theaters, 4 th floor pulses,dry fruits, vegitables,br beverages, milk products and bread items. And in 4th floor there is a good court with 6 dinning tables. Staff service is good.

Good collection of products under one roof and having good Wednesday sale on every week. Having good offers and cash back offer. Weekend's , Wednesday and special days 2 wheeler parking is very disgusting.... Although it is good collection of products but no cleaning in washrooms ... One of the best destinations to do shopping in Vizag. The mall is a four floor building with dedicated parking spot for both four wheelers and two wheelers. The separate floors each for ladies, Gents, Electronic items and Grocery items are very much impressive. Big Bazaar regularly provides attractive offers to its customers. Big bazaar bestows its customers with fine quality goods albeit not a good choice to poor people. Many goods are costlier than same goods from other places and many goods are cheaper also. Nevertheless, a must visit place in Vizag for shopping. Alot to see.. The mall is near to Visakhapatnam Railway station.

Worst store and staff, third class behavior of stores manager and staff. Refused to exchange damaged product football within one week of purchase, when went to store with receipt. Staff and manager are miss leading and rude. I do not recommend purchasing from smart bazaar. When asked to register the complain, they are giving g customer feedback register.

Previously Big Bazaar, later acquired by Reliance. Good deals and quality goods. Spacious insides but slightly problematic car parking. One has to go the back of the mall through the side road.

After takeover from big bazaar, they screwed all the good features it had. Can say standard supermarket. There is no options for disabled. All the stairway and trolly way has been blocked by goods .

Pros: mostly one stop destination Cons: 1. The management is the worst. Staff is polite but few. 2. They ensure that minimum staff is alloted for billing even if it takes more time for the customers. If less than 4 people are there at a counter, they close the counter and shift the staff to other sections. Good for the company, worst for the customers who have to waste 30 to 45 minutes just for a bill. 3. Customer care service is the worst. 4. No elevator to come down. 5. D mart is more customer and price friendly compared to big bazaar.

Prizes aren't reasonable than Dmart but okay with some groceries

Very neat and organised. Prices are reasonable and the quality of the products is also good. Only thing that needs to be improved is the level of lift isn't par with the ground so every time we need to lift our trolleys a bit higher to get out of the lift and lifts are small too. Ramps are fun though.

Worst service ever. Total Rubbish. We placed order yesterday, delivery slot was morning 10 am. It is 7:40 pm now....still not delivered. Customer care also worst. Store is not reachable. Total irresponsible. Called customer care 5 times, every time they are asking to wait, neither cancelling order nor delivering. Who waits this much for milk and vegetables!!! Rubbish store.

I know this place as a big bazar ,in childhood I used to went my parents to buy food items, groceries etc.I used to love this place so much but later it is named as reliance smart bazar it's a good place to buy all the items which we are needed in our home and for us.🤩🤩🤩

Store is good for grocery. Sometimes stocks are not properly maintained. Otherwise a good store in the city. One big disadvantage is parking. You have to carry big bags of heavy weight groceries to the parking lot because the lift in the parking area is not working for a long period of time. That’s a major problem if you’re alone or aged.

Honestly not bad . I was kinda disappointed when they changed big bazaar but to be honest reliance smart Bazaar did not disappoint. The offers are so good . You can buy juice glasses for just ₹99 and mugs from ₹100-₹150 . Although the offers for snacks , appliances and home needs were good , I didn't really like their games collection. In the big bazaar there were so many games to choose from and the stationery collection also used to be really good . But now it's not the same . I would still prefer big bazaar more tho .

Good place for getting A to Z house hold product. Completely unsatisfactory staff rude behaviour and do not attend customer. Staff really need training how to attend customer. They should know they get paid for their work.

Best store a for complete home appliances... You can shop anything and everything that is required for day to day needs in wide range of varieties.. One can get also fresh fruits and veggies as well.. Most of the stuff you don't get anywhere which you can here.. Decent store for clothes...

Situated at the centre of the city. Everything is evenly organized and spacious and almost you can find most of the products here. Baazar is well known for its exciting offers on every day as you can get two discounts, one for the product and the other for the lump sum(only over a certain price). It is well known for its Wednesday Bazaar, as one can find some stealing offers on the day. They even provide some additional coupons, when you buy over certain amount. Lots of space for parking too.

Yesterday evening I ordered items online , through future app, and deducted amount from my account. Given time for delivery was today morning 10AM. Now it's 5 50 PM. They did not delivered the items so far. From morning I am waiting for the delivery. Now some one is calling and telling items will not be delivered in my area. Last month I got delivered my order . I found ordering also very difficult. This is too bad from a national level super market.

Good place to buy groceries. Parking place is not at all good. Lift is not working from parking. It is cumbersome to carry heavy grocery bags back to the car in the basement via stairs as the lift doesn’t work.Dairy section must be improved.

Improper staff and no one monitorig persons to take care of customers, today(25th june) I went to buy shoues,..there most of the footwares there did not have price tags and there was no executive at the location where the gents shoes, so I asked a lady who was a ladies footware executive about to what is the price of the shoue I had chosen but she said carelessly that I did not know, and held the shoue to the billing counter..They said that will not bill without a price tag.. The supervisor also who saw all this did not care n walk away from me... so finally i went out and I have decided never to go again and will not recommend it to anyone.

This is place is awesome. You get everything for cheaper price. The quality is also good. I'm giving this review to vizag big Bazar store. It would be nice if there is an escalator coming down also, because there is escalator going up but there is nothing coming down. We have to take the stairs.

Very nice big bazar. It has a lot of collections of almost all the daily use items. I always go there. Specially is festival season. When you will get a lot of offers. But one thing you have to keep in mind during offer. During billing of the items, cross check the bill. I found my bill faulty as the item was in offer but in bill full amount was added.

Worst behaviour the tags of prices showcase are different during billing day before yesterday I purchased Gebi mop 2 nos from Raajahmumdry were good so thought of taking one more in Vizag the price tag displays Rs 499 but billing Rs 599 so returned all goods just did a bill of Rs 10 this how they are fooling customers.... very bad experience......
