Varities of saries are available at reasonable price. But the sales persons are not professional. They use foul language while talking among themselves. They donot have minimum common sense not to use filthy luanguage infront of large lady customers and lady staff. Management should take serious note of this issue

The quality of the cloth is good and the people there are also polite and have a good nature. The women's clothing is good and of good quality. The sarees are of a lot of collections and of affordable price. Loved shopping in this store. I prefer this store gor cheap and best quality clothes

Just visited this shopping mall today and was quiet disappointed as they dont have updated stock with new models of dresses.

Worst experience at RK family store because of security guard. I came on avenger 150 CC which is a long bike when compared to other bikes. When I requested to park in cellar as there was parking space for 2 bikes he didn't allow me to do so. I had to park my bike opposite to kurl-on because of this. There was a supervisor who is good for nothing person and when I told him about this he kept seeing the situation but didn't respond. I request RK family store management to take action on these persons. Else this kind of behavior from security guard and supervisor would damage RK family stores image in public.

Nice clothing shopping mall with reasonable pricing. The discounts are good during festival times!

It was good but the management communication system connecting with the other floor is very poor regarding exchange after billing. Rather than that everything is good alongwith the dress and it's quality.

The shopping experience has been thoughtfully organised, and sarees are displayed on a cosy elevated platform. Additionally, the staff continually displays the saree material without becoming tired or anticipating a customer buy.

After very long time, i have been to shopping mall and shopped some clothes. For plus size people, they have daily wear options . Especially 4xl and 5xl people who need readymade chudidars, go grab them

Spacious Mall with varieties of clothing available, selection is very easy as varieties and colors options are available.Car parking is a bit challenging in evening hours.

I do not recommend visiting this store. Reasons below: 1. There are a few checkout counters and it takes long to pay the bill and check out. 2. The staff at the checkout/payment counters are unprofessional.

No place to sit in the store. I guess the message they want to convey is- if your legs are aching in our store because we won't provide seats, you better go elsewhere to shop

Quality of material is great with affordable rates. Without confirmation from the customer they billed my product that was only issue with billing staff. Hope the mall would take care.

A store should hire the staff who feels responsible to the customer these people are most unprofessional and arrogant while talking to the customer surprisingly most of the staff almost all counters staff behaviour like this way only. They are using a singular word with the women customer Doesn’t matter if you are maintaining the wide range of garments proper staff behaviour should be there to the customers. There are lot of options in the market either offline or online.. Hope expecting the changes in future..
