Nice collections for kids n women... Very reasonable prices... Staff are courteous

Axis Card did not work. Luckily I had other cards which were accepted. Service was okay. Staff here are not that responsible for customer questions. Very neat and clean display of all apparel and other items. Lift 🛗 is not available. Only escalator steps are available. Worthy items and very good quality.

Nonetheless, the quality of products and wide variety of articles and uniqueness of each section is still quite striking and only reason I'm always drawn to this store. One must expect a moderate pricing and no discounting .. at all .. and very minimal coupons and stuff so far. It's too straight forward and gives little room for people looking out to buy more for less with deep discounting. Every single section needs a visit and as rumour has it, every Friday you would find a new set in each of the section.

Great clothes and great prices. Perfumes are overpriced though. Footwear is also great.

The store alongside the VIP Lane clearly has a better aesthetic arrangement of articles and quite organized though the articles themselves are similar (maybe even same) to the other store. I use to visit west side Bangalore, it was my favourite one stop destination. Recently I visited Ramnagar Westside Visakhapatnam and the collection was great but I am must say I won't visit this branch store never again as the staff is very irritating. I purchased a hair clip and a handbag the sales girl kept on showing us other clips and other handbag which came that day in stock! And she was forcing to buy her choice instead of the clip & bag we selected. We were telling her that this is the choice we prefer, but she was constantly telling the products we chose was not good and trying to convince us to buy the products she is recommending;( ! And finally we went to billing counter, strangely the guy in the billing counter repeated the same he was doing the same whatever the sales girl did! We were confused and we asked them are the items we selected damaged pieces, they refused and said the items they selected looks more good and we're fresh in stock! Finally very unpleasant experience!! One should give respect to customers choice. Recommending products is okay! Distrubing shopping experience is not 🚫

Located at a prime location in CBM compound just opposite to Shopper’s Stop, this is a value addition to the city of Vizag. There is ample parking space. Staffs are courteous, polite and helpful. The store contains moderate amount of stock of clothes, daily accessories for men, women as well as for kids. Overall verdict- recommended if you’re a follower of westside and want to enjoy the in-store shopping experience after checking out things online.

Nice place, convenient parking in front of the shop but parking is also available in the basement. Some clothes feel so good and affordable and then you walk around and notice some clothes are too pricy and don’t match the look of the product. Staff are nice, varieties of clothes are nice. You also have kids wear and a few new born essentials that are available on the ground floor. Overall quite a good place especially considering their all india exchange facility. You can buy and gift clothes to someone and they can exchange the clothes anywhere else where westside is available.

Worst experience with sales girl ramani, doesn't know how to talk to a customer and after waiting for 1hr for alteration said machine is not working, really useless staff in this store

Good to have westside store in VIP road as we can see many clothing outlets in that area . Ample parking space . Nice collection especially work wear and flip-flops here are really cool.

clothes shrik and the buttons got damaged.. I love preferring cotton always.. i was about to take a top in cotton and in bit larger size than actual . just in case it might shrink and the larger size would come to my actual size... the staff there didn't allow me to do same... And even told the dress will not shrink.. but it happened... So i do not prefer same.. much... Such a waste of money... If you guys cannot get good stuff why are selling same at triple the prices... the clothes r cheap too... cotton which shrink may be pure cotton but not a good quality one...

Good collection of Apparel, footwear, and now even cosmetics, however they can up the designs of casual wear and increase the children wear section. Ethnic section has good collection of bright and pastels,and good quality fabric!

I feel like the prices are not value for money and the styles were not that good. For example, they priced 2000 for a shirt that should be available for maybe 800 max, considering the options available elsewhere. I just checked out the western wear section and left because i wasnt impressed. Note: I did not go there during any sale or promotion. Maybe the prices and stock will be better next time.

Westside at Vip road service is very very bad. Twice I had picked up stuff and didn’t bill it as the system is down or the staff says that my membership is not there while the same work fine at the other Westside store.

This review is specifically about the alteration service they offer. I along with my daughter and niece bought a few dresses which were a little loose and needed body fitting. The lady tailor here is so incompetent that she couldn't even get this right. I ended up having to undo all the stitches and redo the alteration myself. If only I had done this in the first place, I would've atleast saved time undoing the stitches. VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP. Utterly Disappointed.#WestsideCBMcompound.

I have been a big fan of westside Indian and western wear both.... but in the last two yrs I have seen that the Indian wear is loosing it touch somewhere.... like I love straight kurtas but don't have enough choice which was not the case before. Though the children 's section and variety has definitely improved.

Not at all earlier quality twice with in one wash bubble came and another pant stitches out. When I approached your sales person least bother to take action. This is vizag showroom condition I was with you from 2009 started at Hyderabad . Disappointed

Generally Westside is my preferred store for casual and semi-formal wear. Found this store offers limited selection. I wish they stock catering to all similar to all Metro stores. Well staffed but not lacks customer service. Store staff could be better trained and assist customers.
