service.
I
went
to
purchase
a
mixer
and
iron
box
the
staff
is
not
at
all
responding
or
bothering
us,
I've
called
person
with
red
tshirt,
they
are
intentionally
not
responding.after
few
calls
he
is
like
mam
another
person
will
assit
you
another
person
was
also
telling
the
same,
they
are
escaping
to
give
a
demo.
Should
a
customer
go
to
all
staff
and
beg
for
demo.
This
made
me
feel
so
worse.
After
1hr
they
responded
and
they
don't
have
knowledge
about
the
product,
they
are
like
I
don't
know
mam,
this
will
be
good
take
this,
what
is
this
I'm
asking
them
why
is
this
good,
they
were
not
able
to
tell.

knowledge.
Then
one
white
shirt
guy
came
and
explained
me
everything.
I
came
to
know
that
red
t-shirts
are
croma
employees.
Croma,
make
your
employees
know
about
the
products
properly.
They
are
working
there
for
9
hrs
or
10
hrs
i
think,
they
are
not
able
to
explain
about
a
iron
box
lol.
For
price
details
they
took
so
much
time.
Finally
billing,
still
they
are
escaping.
They
took
3hrs
for
the
entire
process.
I'll
never
xome
to
this
store
for
purchasing
any
product.
Worst
service
ever.
At
last
theh
are
forcing
me
to
take
some
out
of
warranty
something,
and
also
begging
for
Google
review.
For
this
worst
service
i
have
to
give
-1,
but
we
minimum
have
1
star.
