I went yesterday to buy soundbar in croma near sampath vinaya temple road. The staff not at all interested to show want we need the person how I asked to show me sound with in my budget he just shown me and said the arte and went off not even intrested to tell me specifications and not any person is willing to help to know the details of product want I want. Such a big show room staff is horrible manner, he not even came after 20 mints after I am finding the specifications and standing for him to know more details .But no no one helped me there. Management need to focus on staff rather filling store with products 🤔 there is no minus rated if available I would given that.

The price which is shown in online is different from the actual store so if you see the price on online and think that you will get the same price in store no way.. it depends on you where would u like to buy offline or online, this is my review on it..the offer on the mobile phones is same as online,as per the latest review just on phones,and now days the customer executive they themselves are writing reviews on customer phones 😂😂,as soon as your payment is done and if u r ask some more questions regarding anything else they will not respond properly ,so better u get your query before u shop

Last time when we visited sales person behaviour was very rude. Today when we visited to purchase washing machine the staff behaved good. Good change. And I liked the large variety of products.

The store was good with all the Electronics, home appliances, accessories etc. the pricing was good. Good offers and discounts. Additional benefits are given if you have some good credit cards. The executives explain things in detail. Overall good experience 👍

I recently bought the Dyson airwrap multistyler and Mr. Javed who handles the Dyson counter and Mr. Rajkumar at the store helped me in choosing the model best for me and though the said model wasn’t available at the store they made sure to get it delivered in time to me. Bought iPhone 13 here. All kinds of electronics with various models available here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cellar parking is available and as well as charge point for electric cars and scooters is also available.

Worst service. I went to purchase a mixer and iron box the staff is not at all responding or bothering us, I've called person with red tshirt, they are intentionally not responding.after few calls he is like mam another person will assit you another person was also telling the same, they are escaping to give a demo. Should a customer go to all staff and beg for demo. This made me feel so worse. After 1hr they responded and they don't have knowledge about the product, they are like I don't know mam, this will be good take this, what is this I'm asking them why is this good, they were not able to tell. 0 knowledge. Then one white shirt guy came and explained me everything. I came to know that red t-shirts are croma employees. Croma, make your employees know about the products properly. They are working there for 9 hrs or 10 hrs i think, they are not able to explain about a iron box lol. For price details they took so much time. Finally billing, still they are escaping. They took 3hrs for the entire process. I'll never xome to this store for purchasing any product. Worst service ever. At last theh are forcing me to take some out of warranty something, and also begging for Google review. For this worst service i have to give -1, but we minimum have 1 star.

Dyson expert Javed helped us find the right product and gave us demo which helped us clearly understand the product features. After purchasing he gave home demo as well. Loved the service. Product is totally worth it, very powerful machine.

Worst service ever ! Extended warranty bought is such a waste and these people are playing the fool for covering warranty for a simple part of a refrigerator. Pathetic store

Horrible experience at croma visakhapatnam, there are no display items, we cant see it before we buy. Staff is clue less amd confused and speaks very less english. And then the search for TAB for billing was quite long. I would request please undertake some classes on how to behave with customers

I recently purchased chimney at that time i also subscribed for ac repair for 999 i guess i have tried contacting croma since one week regarding ac cleaning and gas refill there is no response or an action from them this not the way to treat customers instead of focusing feedback reviews focus on customer service

Really good customer reception and information about the product by Mr. Eshwar. He is really amicable and understands the customer need. He is very helpful in closing my purchase of a iPhone 14 pro in thirty minutes giving all details including discounts and usability etc.
