I booked two rooms in this hotel on October 14th to 19. There was a TV in the room but the TV was never played. Bathroom was extremely dirty . In four days no one comes to the two room service. The use of staff here is very shocking. And one of the staff took me 100rs for tea, but the rest did not return the money. With my personal experience I would like to tell you that no one will come to this hotel....

Yesterday (14/08/2022) I booked and stayed in the hotel , as per the tariff price of room was Rs.1,400/- & the amount was paid by me during check in and they don't provide a single towel and water Bottle during the time between Check in to Check Out, and the electrification of Washroom was very poor and the behaviour of manager and front office boy was very very unprofessional and rude. When we complain about the Same they are denied and do the unnecessary arguments with us as well as other customers. Also, there is scam Going on regarding price negotiation. So, I request all Visitors to stay away from such unprofessional & poor service hotels otherwise your vacation will be hamper. Please choose good hotels in Vizag.

Experience is very bad. Totally waste of money. All staff behaviour is very bad and not suggest any one to stay in that hotel.

Warning! Do not come here! Read the other reviews and understand this is one of the worst hotels you will ever go to. I will not even bother with writing more expect that from the staff, to the entire hotel, it all should be condemned. So rude, so disgusting, it made me sick just talking to the staff but the manager, he was the worse of them all.

Rooms are very congested & not clean. Bathroom too is very dirty. Not maintained properly.

I have booked the room from Oyo inline and have paid entire amount post receiving confirmation over mail staff been denieing to check in due to lesser amount in these peak days.. staff are very rude with us and even not responding to Oyo greviance calls...

Giving one because can't give 0. Don't visit this accommodation with women and family. They collect money and don't allot rooms...and ask unreasonable amount for stay ...they allot an already booked facility to someone and don't give the room to thise booked via oyo. Worst from both oyo and the hotel that they least care about customers.

Oyo and hotel mangement have no proper communication oyo vil confirm room but hotel fellow vil say no room for online nly offline they hav taken cancellation fee no refund n no response for complant both oyo company n hotels are playing game here

Nice hotel, allow couples, no restaurant but nearly you will get everything for dine. No room service but cost effective. itne paise me itnaich milega.

Room service behaviour not properly

it a really great place to stay... Rooms are very clean... good services calm & cool place....enjoyed stay value for money ( not for regular visit and long stay) its basic hotel with decent facilities near highway. Staff is attentive, The warm, straightforward rooms and suites come with flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans and air-conditioning.

I used to come in this hotel with my family 10 years ago. It was beautiful, clean, well maintained and had a extremely good restaurant attached to it. For that repo they made, we came to vizag to stay in the same place. But sadly, it was in a very sorry state. With cracks here and there, wear and tear everywhere, place was smelly due to water leaks, AC room was closed and stuffy, bedsheet was too unclean, washroom smelled too, dirty tiles up and down, had fungus too I guess. They were charging 1300 for three people and staff kept asking for service money on whatever little work they did like bringing soap, water, towel or Chai, and also that on asking. People still opt the hotel because of the old reputation and need of room. They don't have scarcity of customers but I will totally never recommend it.

Location is very good.. Building is also good but rent is high and don't prefer online banking and if customers want to use card they have to pay GST which is have to payable by hotel management. I stayed for 2 days and pay 4000Rs. But There is no house keeping done in room for those two days... After giving 4000 Rs rental I have to swept my room . I have to use 1 towel for two days. Bedsheet not change everyday. All over It's my worst experience ever even though I pay highest rent in my all journey... Thank you

This lordge is at best location but the behavior of the manager and employees terrifing .if you change your ming to stay at another hotel they are tacking charge of 200/- for sitting for few minutes i will not recommend you to stay there infact there is another lordge called ESSEM residency just stone throwing distance from this hottel go for that (ESSEM IS BEST FROM SOUNDARYA LORDGE) ((<not sponsred>))
