Great jewellery mall in terms of variety. I purchased an emerald ring here. The store is a relatively new one so the lifts from the parking lot are not yet functional.The lifts inside the mall are operational. Staff are polite and helpful but relatively new so needs improvement in staff training.There is also ear piercing facility available.The billing and details are accurate and upto the mark.Will definitely visit again.

Had a wonderful shopping experience today at GRT, felt grt. It’s got all those you name in jewellery, Gold, Silver, Diamonds, platinum etc. It does have items covering all occasions too. It has a vast collection with vast space too for a good shopping experience. Staff are very cordial and helpful. Price and quality too is very good. It has space and varieties in Gift items and 1 GM jewellery too.

It's OK collections but not unique.. Just skipped to purchase due to a misalignment in stud screw is noted. The staff trying to convince there's no problem that's their job. But I denied and they try to rectify and they didn't meet my satisfaction. I skipped to purchase. Guys check thoroughly before you buy item here.

Good designs, used to be a regular customer but recently bought a 26 gms chain used for (thali purpose) which came off while removing it from the sarees string that got struck with the Chain . The incident happened just20 days after using it and 25 days post purchase. We approached the store on 30th day after it was purchased from the store, but the management considered the object as Old gold itslef and all the things like wastage etc. Will have to be paid again. Even while selling those gold products, the staff are not loyal they will be changing their words and terms. When we purchased the chain they told those 26 gms silver is free on it. They gave discount of some percentage off on wastage which gave some 1500 off. Then I have asked them that we don't need silver right now and hence provide us with money discount for the same which is some 2000 off, the one who agreed has suddenly left to some meeting. Some other staff(he)came and have not provided with silver nor the discount for the same and bluffed and cheated that ONLY BECAUSE U told no to silver we are providing you 1500 off.. That great their staff are And are so rude. Even if the designs are good there is no quality and no good service, better stay away.

Really a good place to buy gold and silver and you are guided at each and every step. The administration and staff are quite cordial, though I made a very little purchase I am totally very happy.

They don't have carat checking machine to tell your old gold what is the purity, I have given my chain where they checked by doing Manual process of rubbing the gold on stone and confirmed finally 18kt. As there was no hallmark I am sure my chain purity is more than 18kt. I visited GRT and checked in they carat checking machine where they have confirmed 21Kt for the same chain. So I stopped buying exchanges from khazana as they are cheating on old gold
