have
booked
one
room
through
OYO
with
prepaid.
It's
check-in
time
12:00pm.
But
after
traveling
i
had
reached
vizag
at
8:00pm.
Then
i
had
called
Reception
for
Room.
But
what
they
said
was
shocking.
Receptionist
arrogantly
told
me
that
all
rooms
are
filled,
contact
oyo
care
for
Property
shifting.
When
i
asked
how
the
rooms
are
filled
when
i
have
paid
money
in
full,
they
said
if
you
wouldn't
come
in
time
we
won't
be
responsible.
When
i
called
OYO
care
for
refund,
they
told
that
the
property
manager
marked
me
as
checked-in.
Therefore
refund
will
be
delayed.
So
i
have
had
worst
experience
with
this
hotel
as
well
as
OYO.
I
have
one
suggestion
that
if
you
are
going
to
Vizag
,
you
should
do
advance
booking
with
full
payment
as
well
as
to
reach
the
hotel
at
the
earliest
of
Check-in
time.
Otherwise
you'll
be
suffered
as
me.
