1.Staff is very supportive .. 2.Dietician shall more interactive and explain about diet related information which is missing 3. The Lab testing charges are very high when compare to other labs and it becomes expensive to common man getting tratment at this clinic.

I have decreased rating from 3 star to 1 star as after my previous review they are continuously calling me again and again. At last i picked the call and gave them explanation for my review. Still again i got a call today. I think they want me to get frustrated and remove my review, i will never remove my review, i am appending this response to my previous review only. I am alone and already lost hope on my life, PLEASE DONT CALL ME AGAIN AND AGAIN. DONT TORTURE ME. First thing, Both doctor and Staff are very good and friendly. The reason for my rating is serious side effects of the tablets prescribed. I got blurry vision (For diabetic medicine tablet) and serious muscle pains (for Triglycerides medicine). Before going to this hospital, i used to walk 5 to 10 km a day. But due to medicines side effects, i am not even able to walk even a meter distance without pain and stopped walking. Even if i sit ideally or sleep also i used to get pain every second. At one point of time i even thought i will became physically challenged. After stopping the prescribed medicines and taking 40 days medication for pain relief, i got relief from the pain. So please check for all your medicines side effects before using them. Observe your health while using the medication, if you get any sort of changes in your body in terms of pains, vision, hearing .... anything immediately consult the doctor. Side effects may not be there for everybody. When i reported my pain to doctor, asked me to stop the tablets immediately and gave me pain tablets, thanks to doctor. But i was not suggested any alternate medicine for my triglycerides problem which was a bit disappointing. My only suggestion to the clinic is to inform patients prior about side effects. I agree that doctor asked me whether if i am allergic to any medication and i said no as didn't had any past history of side effects. This is the first time in my life i got serious side effects of tablets. Few years back when i got triglycerides problem, a doctor in mvp colony prescribed a medicine and i didn't get any side effects after using that. I didn't intimated my blurry vision problem to the doctor [I am making clear of this point as i dont want to make a point which i didn't reported to the clinic]. I want to make it clear, i am not blaming anybody here. My intention is only to warn people to be more cautious while using medicines. My suggestion to the clinic is to prescribe medicines which are rated less causing side effects. In my entire 10 years of diabetic life even though i am using medicines i never got side effects. I got shocked of getting blurry vision. Initially i thought blurry vision is due to some dust or other issue. Later i found the irritation, water and blurry vision is due to the diabetic medicine tablet prescribed in this clinic. After stopping that medicine my eyes are ok. Telling it again, i am not writing this to blame either doctor or staff of the clinic. I am writing the problems i faced due to medicines so that anybody reading this message will be more cautious about the medicines they need to use. I thought 100 times before writing this review and finally decided to write as this may help patients in taking more care about the medicines.

My dad is regularly seeking help from this facility for his diabetes condition The staff here are very friendly and put up with all antics from my dad who has vascular dementia I definitely trust Dr.Poornima and her staff very much It is a seamless experience be it the pharmacy, ecg test, lab or eye test. All the testing is done within a few of feet of each other, it is a blessing!!
