This review is for Bobbili Sowndarya shopee. Since I can't give less than 1 star otherwise could have given zero rating. Very irresponsible staff, they create lots of issue once you pay the bill. Buyer has to pay delivery charges, even then they create problem to deliver at home. And Buyer has to pay additional boy charges. After all these they are very much rude to customers. This kind of sales is not at all acceptable.

Recently I bought Whirlpool washing machine. They suppose to give Top load stand and Iron box. But they delivered only washing machine but not other items. Initially they told that they will deliver by today and then tomorrow. For 5 days they keep on saying the same thing. Now they are telling to collect those items from their warehouse. Most worst experience I ever faced so far. They literally torture the customers. They don't respect customers. Very irresponsible and unprofessional people. I strongly tell other customers. Beware of these people. Never buy anything from there. Unethical business. Poor backup. Keep on giving excuses. Owner is very not responsive at all. Poor service. Definitely people will be regret after buying there. Never recommend to anyone. I don't want to give any star for this shop.

Worst service...I buy ac from this Shop on that time they cherg transfort amount..but ac not working from day 1..then they replaced another one and they again charged transfort amount..manager and sales person not answer proper way...worrest service ..I suggest to all pls don't go these kind of showrooms ,they not response ..they need money only...

Worst service after bill done, I'm purchase Samsung TV 43inchs in 2020, now TV was get the shade in display. I'm trying to contact to Store which they provided number in invoice. customer care number is not working even online what they provided that one also not working. How ridiculous management is this.....

soundarya mall in vskp, Dwarakanagar : A worst place to buy electronic goods. while buying they give one model number but at delivary they try to give other number. when we ask them they respond in a rude manner. pathetic place to buy such goods. pls people be alert while chooseing soundarya shooping mall mainly in Dwarakanagar. particularly the manager.

Very bad recently I am purchased Sony TV this showroom he given my name and phone number Sony coustomer care but address not given coustomer care of Sony company.after 2 days I am call to Sony tollfree number that person told to me showroom person not given your address.my TV installation 2 days delay this is bad experience.
