I am visited Identity dental Hospital wisdom teeth removed purpose.The treatment was so good to compare to other dental hospitals in kadapa.The Doctor and staff will treat so good with the patient's.

Worst experience ... i had done a root canal at this hospital ..the treatment was not done by a specialist doctor its done by a bds doctors without any experience ...later that i found again some issues on the same rct teeth that which costs extra 12000 for me . And they charge absolutely 5000 for a rct treatment which it actually cost 2000-3000 at outside . Regret for going this hospital after charging that much of money i am not ar all satisfied with my treatment . Highly not recommended to this hospital please be aware

I heard doctor is good but felt that is not correct with my visit. No punctuality. He will make patient waits for hours. The front desk person Sateesh always provides wrong info, he forces patient waits by telling false words about doctor availability.

The staff is good, they smile at you when ever you visit on your appointment. The time slot is also comfortable as they give you time to come and they wants to be patient because the number of patients are also in quantity and they have to analyze your problem explain it and its okay to wait for some time. The doctors are very patient as well they listen to you and prescribe you if needed. I have visited the hospital for over 3-4 times and it was pleasant. The doctors, staff and assistants are also very understanble with you and treats you well.

The treatment was so good and most important thing was the doctor was so good in the treatment. Actually my case was an accident case I prefer 3 hospitals but I had choose theSe hospital.

Starting from the token everything is a problem in this clinic. I wanted an orthodontist appointment, but the person sitting on the counter forcefully send me to the general dentist. After insisting a lot, again that dentist send me to an endodontist, in my case I only have a mild cavity(as I visited many doctors in USA, no one suggested me to get root canal treatment), but this so called endodontist wanted to get me done root canal treatment, was not letting me at least to think about it further. And finally he ended up without sending me to orthodontist. I would say never visit this clinic, everyone is money minded, they only know how to make money, not how to treat the patient.
